Ok, so we stopped in Beardstown Hardee’s on our way out of town to use the restroom and grab a quick sandwich at about 1:30pm. Ladies restroom was clean enough. My husband said after walking into the men’s restroom he was ready to leave- it was so filthy (and he’s a construction worker, he’s seen everything-had he told me before we ordered we would have just left). We placed an order of a hot ham & cheese combo and a frisco burger combo. The cashier stood plucking at the cash register for approximately 5 minutes before walking into the back - not saying anything. After several more minutes she came back to the register and plucked on it some more. Then asked me what I would like to order saying she couldn’t put it in the register at the front and would need to use the drive in window register. We gave our order again but this time we advised her that we just wanted the sandwiches and drinks - no fries. Her register issues gave us enough time to really look at everything. The food area was so ran down and broken. Fries laying in the bins with no warmer. The gentleman cooking in the back was cussing and obviously frustrated at whatever situation he had going on back there. There was food and debris laying all around the floor behind the register, the area where sandwiches were placed to wait for bags, and even the counters and soda stations. There were only 3 patrons eating at tables - no one in line behind us. I think there were only 3-4 employees there total including one girl who walked through from the back who I think might have been a manager - but she wasn’t doing any cleaning nor helping with any of the work in prep or front. A car pulled through the drive thru while we waited for our food- it was the only transaction we witnessed in 20 minutes of waiting for 2 medium drinks and 2 sandwiches in a to go order, a frisco burger and a hot ham and cheese. (Came to $23.45 because the medium teas were $3 a piece!🤣)When we got out to truck we didn’t even get the order-had a frisco sandwich and a double cheeseburger.Sorry 😣 , but we definitely won’t be back unless there’s ever obvious signs from outside the building that the owner has started making changes and reinvesting in their business.

Only giving 4 stars because the manager working on 6/23 in the afternoon was one of the nicest people I've ever met and did a great job of taking care of us. I was disappointed in the burger quality. Fries were great but burgers and bacon definitely needed some help. They all tasted like they were microwaved and not cooked on a grill or flat top.

The biscuits were hot and fresh. The 3 stars are the result of the extremely slow service. I received my coffee and then they closed the drive thru window. No one said anything about a delay so I knocked on the window after several minutes. I assumed that the server forgot my food. The server came to the window to see what was wrong. I told her I did not get my food and she replied "I know, we are waiting on biscuits." It would have been helpful if she told me that when I got my coffee. Anyway, the food was very hot and fresh but took way too long.

Food was cold, restaurant too warm, dust and dead flies between soda machine and wall, bathroom(women's) was disgusting. Will never go back. Guy behind counter was pleasant. Food extremely overpriced (not franchise fault)

The time before we had gotten the 2 for 6 fish sandwiches and they were fresh, hot and very good! This time however they were Luke warm with very little tartar sauce so we had to drive around and ask for tartar sauce! The curly fries which are usually fresh and hot were Luke warm and must have been sitting under a heat lamp! Was a dissapointing visit and hope next time will be better!

The staff was really friendly, but my Frisco was not toasted, my curly fries were not very warm and the Coke Zero was running clear. I was in a hurry so I just dealt with it and went on, but it was a sad visit indeed.

Slow service. And just the drive thru as completion for time. Took 20 minutes to receive 4 meals and they were doubles of each other. No apology, just excuses about being " really" busy.Asked for no mayo on both burger meals. Got it on 1. We let it go due to time constraints.Good food, clean dining room, easy to order.

It was very good we were the only ones at the window and the order taker was very freindly. But sad to here they didn't have breaded zucchinis like Carl's junior. Thought they were the same and this was our first time at Hardee's.

Much better atmosphere here, food is decent, and its quiet, their is outdoor seat. And two rooms for larger grounds. The food is made to order so staff bring it out to your table when its done. Breakfast meals are always good, you may pay more than McDonalds however remember Hardee's cooks their to order. Staff will great you with a smile, friendly hello, and greet you by name, will bring around coffee, and make small talk with you. Would recommend anyday.

Food was very good. Little disappointed lobby wasnt open for carryout, we have a cargo trailer and thats difficult to go through drive thrus!! But we ordered and walked up to window to get food.

This establishment nails the ideal expectations of what a Hardee's should be.My food was made after I ordered. My tots were perfect. Friendly staff. Great service.

This Hardees has the most friendly and fast service. Eric was our cashier. Such a friendly guy. Our "go-to" place when we meet family half way.😊

I didn't get the right food today. I called and the manager knew that the food was wrong. What kind of manager knowingly sends out the wrong food. And it might take me two minutes to get to my house none of the food was even hot. I'm done and will not be going back!!!! 7-31-2019
