Out of date store design.Not enough room for customers to comfortably shop.ONE register and one self checkout which does not work all the time.Frequently out of stock or very low stock of items like milk, bread, soda. certain types of medicinesRegister system has been known to overcharge customers and frequently does not recognize sale items the last day of the sale.Store occasionally closes VERY early due to staffing issues.The store entrance may not be ADA compliant either.

They have definitely cleaned up a little. No roll carts in aisles at my last visit. You could maneuver thru with your cart. No dead mice in the corners.

It's a dollar general... not the same standards as walmart but this place was a wreck. Shelves blocked with carts of other stuff had to climb over things to get to other places. Unbelievable I wish I took pictures now just to share. But they did have a wide selection and I was able to get a laugh with another person so there's an up side.

People there are nice but even with the "remodel" inside its still cluttered, crowded, and hard to get around in with a cart. Because of that it also didnt allow for proper social distancing during covid either.

Staff are always friendly only negative thing is all the clutter from roll stock carts and iles not being enough. Positively great place if you are a couponer like myself. Would reccomend.

Very cluttered most of the time. Customers can barely get through the aisles. If you are handicapped, you definitely aren't getting around in there.

The worst Dollar General ever. Better since a remodel, but still same problems. Staff is usually very friendly, but the store is a dump. Corporate responsibility.

This Dollar General definitely needs work. I keep overhearing that they may be getting a new building. But until then I recommend not coming here.

Well good place to find things cheaper ..but they need to bring more different stuff with much variety and also need to clean the store and the floors more often ...and be more organized

Every small town around Beardstown has a new store. This building is old ,crowded,always restocking carts blocking the aisle. Come on get us a new Dollar Geneeal!
