A few weeks ago I had been diagnosed with a UTI and had a prescription to pick up. CVS got it filled right away which was great but when I went through the drive through to pick it up I asked if they would get me a bag off chips - they did.Today I needed to pick up Musinex and, having just tested positive for covid went through the drive through. They never even raised an eyebrow - came back with Musinex, made sure it was the one I needed and rang me up.I love this pharmacy!

Don't do pharmacy deliveries here. There the only cvs that doesn't have deliveries ready and will take 20 minutes. So it takes to much time that the delivery prices are not worth it. Any other cvs is great for having deliveries ready upon arrival.

I have been coming here for nearly two years. I am from St. Louis and this pharmacy is the best I have ever experienced - and it's consistent. I'm here about once a month for refills and new prescriptions, as well as vaccines. These folks are always so kind and patient, pleasant and helpful; they don't treat you like you're one of hundreds of folks they've seen today - they know your health is important to you and they have always treated me as such. Thank you, Bartonville team! (Also, Taylor is especially helpful and knowledgeable)

Ezra in the pharmacy is outstanding. Great customer service. He was patient and kind when a mistake was made by our doctors office. He went above and beyond to help us get it resolved and get the needed medication for our baby boy. A+. We need more Ezra’s in the world.

The pharmacy keeps you on hold for half an hour and when you ask a question you get one answer on the phone and a completely different answer at the pharmacy. They were supposed to inform my doctor's office that my son's prescription needed prior authorization, but somehow the doctor's office never got the message. So here I am waiting endlessly for a prescription that will never be filled. I didn't know I had to micromanage these people.

I've been coming to this store for many years. I've never had long wait times for prescriptions. They're always available when I get there because they call when ready. Never a problem getting a vaccine or shopping in the store.

I needed to refill my son’s medicine. I called her office and they said there was a refill for the medicine already. I went to CVS they said the doctor never sent it? So this time I Physically Drove the half hour to the doctors office. The doctor said she sent it again. She should’ve just given me a paper prescription because when I drove back the CVS said they still don’t have it and Thanksgiving tomorrow so I won’t be able to get it then either. I called the automated system for help and 45 minutes later, a nurse finally calls me back to say there’s nothing she can do before she HUNG UP on me!!! I don’t know if it’s CVS fault or the doctors either way I’m switching pharmacies and pediatricians.

Never had a problem until now with the pharmacy. Very bad customer service that I experienced today. With it being the first of the year I completely understand that insurance companies change things but to not inform someone the new information. I dropped off a prescription at 8am and could not pick it up till 730pm and it could not be filled. Not one person called to let me know and that was almost a 12 hour span. Glad Krogers was there to help me out!

I ordered a bamboo picture ornament for a christmas present. I was completely unsatisfied with the quality. The picture wasn't straight and uneven trim around the edges. I spoke with Lori at the photo center about my concerns and dissatisfaction. Lori proceeded to trim it with scissors stating " I made it worse." She had poor customer service and did not seem to care that the customer was dissatisfied with the product. It will be a cold day in hell before I find myself back at this location.

My daughter got her vaccine shot from here.... The first one the woman was nice and kind the second time a guy did it and literally jabbed her with the needle. He put a bandaid over it but was a half inch off so blood was dripping down. If I was my daughter my leg would have had a reflex and kicked him in the jewels!!

Long waits for prescriptions every time. They will always tell you come back in an hour (no one else does this). If you make any changes when checking out be prepared to be told to wait another hour. Very frustrating!!!!

I have been using this pharmacy since I moved here 3 years ago. I am on 5 prescriptions and I have never had an issue, they are always courteous and helpful.

Can't seem to fill a prescription on time. I've called in, sent it in by email and everytime I go in it's always something along the lines of "we hadn't gotten to that yet" . They aren't apologetic either and act like I did something wrong.

Hours online say they close at 9 but in reality they’ve been closing at 8 for at least the last month or 2. Super inconvenient when it’s the only pharmacy in town.

Waited in drive up for someone to come to window for 10 minutes, kept saying they would be with us. Finally left and went inside. Two vehicles left line while we were in line!!
