First time I've been to this Ace Hardware, really clean and very nice. Been to a few that didn't look this updated. Nice to see they have updated some of the stores. Been to a few others that have been short staffed. This is the first ace I've been in with the most employees I've ever seen at an Ace. Isles are clean, they are following all the covid guidelines. The staff was very helpful had to use two or three people to find different items each one of them walked me right to the item. I would definitely come back to this Ace Hardware.

Clean store and the employees are helpful hardware folks. I got some keys cut with the fun patterned ones they sell and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM! I also picked out a cheap usb desk fan that works great.

Ziegler's is a gem of a hardware store hidden in the center of Bartlett. The staff is so helpful, and I prefer going there over going to a big box store and wandering around trying to find what I need on my own.

I stopped in to have a key made which someone helped me very quickly. It's a smaller size Ace store but it gets the job done.

Usually friendly service and help locating items from their staff. Bartlett village stickers are available here which is convenient. Also great is Ace often has those one or two things you need to complete your project but the big box stores don't have in-store. Especially screws, bolts, springs, roll pins, nails, nuts, etc. in their unparalleled fastener & hardware section.

The are so very helpful. I was greeted when I walked in. I was asked if I needed help. I asked where two things were, and the gentleman, walked me to each item, unlike at the big box stores where they just point in a direction. You have a 50/50 chance that they are right. If not, someone else points you to the other end of the store.I HIGHLY recommend this Ace Hardware store. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I needed help splitting a water valve for two freezers. Jack helped me out, and he was very knowledgeable. The guys at Home Depot were wrong, even though I explained what i need with photos. I wished i went to Ace first, because it would have saved me a couple trips. Thanks again Ace!

This place has absolute zero consideration and horrible customer service. Simply called to ask them if they had an item in stock and I was left on hold and forgotten for 30 minutes. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for four nuts, bolts, and some washers. Cameron was incredibly helpful! Did not have to buy more than I needed. If you need good information and GREAT customer service, avoid the big box, and visit Ziegler's Ace in Bartlett.

I was so pleased to learn, after buying a home in Bartlett, we had a local Ace Hardware. After my first visit, I knew that I'd be back – most likely – once a week. Like any good ol' neighborhood hardware store, it's all about the people that work there. The staff are always helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to hear whatever I'm looking for. It's the way a small hardware store should be in your 'hood – not an appliance store. Get in, get what you need, and get out.

So glad Ace has come back to Bartlett. The staff is awesome and the store is very organized. Competitive pricing helps out too. If you don't need anything for your house; you have to at least stop in to by a bag of Dot's Pretzels. Yum!

Luke was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store is clean, organized and well stocked. Not a huge hardware store but seems to have everything. For me the location is very convenient. As a cheapskate I have a hard time with their prices. Outside of sale items it is very expensive.
