I arrived at the pharmacy drive up at 8:55pm at the Bartlett location. There was one car at the window so I waited my turn to pick up my script for my wife. The car ahead of me finished their transaction and pulled away. I pulled up but the staff inside quickly pulled down the window shade and closed the window. Even though I was in line at the window before 9pm I couldn’t get the prescription that was sent by my wife’s doctor and she needed. Closing while there is a line is wrong. We will send our prescriptions elsewhere going forward.

I placed the order on Sunday and I came to pick it up on a Tuesday not even paying attention to count my items. I ordered six items, but I actually only received five items. I return later that day to let them know one item was missing the young lady, the middle age woman, who is the manager call herself, looking at the camera stating that she can see the item in the bag. I checked My car still no item so I asked her. Hey can I look at the camera? She was like oh you can’t look at the camera because that’s only for police only which is fine. It wasn’t the point about me getting an item. It was actually the fact that I wanted them to prove to me that I walked out of the store with all six of my items which I didn’t she never apologize. I didn’t get neither one of your names and it took six employees to stand around to look at me as if I was a thief that will steal a bottle of $7 downy and I will be taking this to corporate headquarters

it’s absolutely appalling that the service here isn’t regulated. i’m sure there are associates who are able to provide basic customer service but based on a more recent visit, i’m surprised there aren’t more complaints. it’s ridiculous really, two of the associates this evening were nothing but rude and insensitive and it leads me to believe that their intentions were to demean and humiliate.

0/5 Pharmacy. The convience of the location and drive-thru was not worth the hassle. Consistently do not have medications in stock. Very slow service. The pharmacist had been rude a few times. I live just a few minutes away yet this pushed me to go to Costco, and I previously had never had a membership (which isn't required for the pharmacy but can provide a nice discount). I also have to walk to the back of the store for my medications. The pharmacist there has been wonderful the few times I've gone. It's been worth it.I decided to write this review as a result of my partner having a very frustrating experience and we were unable to reach a resolution because they were too slow to get through their calls to talk to insurance. Guess I needed to feel like I could do something about it.At least choose another Walgreens. Anything but this one.

The pharmacist on duty tonight (01/11/2023) was extremely helpful in OTC guidance considering all of the needed drugs are out of stock (children's Tylenol/Motrin) and my son is unable to swallow any size pills. His experience was a blessing as this mother was desperate for help for her son.

This location has one of the worst managers I’ve ever seen. This location is horrible. Do yourself a favor and drive to a location worth spending money. Short Middle aged manager with a short temper.

The store is great. When I need help finding something, I get it. The pharmacy, on the other hand, is a particular type of torture. They forget I am waiting for my prescription and don't call my name. Happened twice and yes, they are VERY slow. Let's update this! COVID testing drive thru so be prepared to wait 30 minutes (and then your prescription isn't ready so then you have to come back). Ugh

I would give this place 1/2 a star if it was an option. Terrible incompetent employees working at this Pharmacy. The wait time inside and outside in the drive thru are just horrible. Scripts are never ready when you go there. The employees must not know how the alphabetical system works because they can never find the correct bin. Used to be a good Pharmacy but has gone down hill over the years. Don't waste your time. I'm ditching Walgreens and it's incompetent staff.

Pharmacy: 1.5/5.Pretty sad that every pharmacy trip is a pain. The lines are long and slow, often serviced by one person that both accepts and fills orders. My regular wait time is 10 times longer than CVS, more even if you factor that I need to go through the same process twice. Ironically, I tried two other Walgreens and experienced similarly long waits.Store itself: 4/5.I've never had any real issue with the store other than they run out of stock on items I purchase. For instance, the Nice! Sour Candy Ribbons... They've been in stock I believe once at this store. It's a shame the pharmacy is such a horrible experience 90% of the time that its rating effects the store itself.

Didnt put one of my items in the bag, I called about it. She told me up and down it wasn't at the register and to look around my house. I looked and looked, decided to go back and it was right there on the register!! Lied to me and this isn't the first time things didn't make it in the bag. I got 4 items. I was definitely going to notice.

Very nice store but the drive thru pharmacy is so slow. I have been waiting for 25 minutes and it seems the tech always leaves in between car. Even when there isn’t a line at the drive thru it takes forever for anyone to acknowledge that someone is waiting. Not sure if it just isn’t staffed or what the problem is. Just disappointed since it is a new drive thru area

Worst Walgreens EVER!!!! Always, always, always very slow to fill any prescription. Very poor management and organization!!! Wait time is ALWAYS RIDICULOUSLY LONG!!!! Drive thru line for pharmacy is always a long wait and inside is worse!!! If under staffed, put more employees on shift when busy on nights and/or weekends..... Seriously Walgreens, get your act together!!!

This is one of the slowest Walgreens I have ever been to. The pharmacy customer service is terrible. Was waiting at the pharmacy for 10 minutes they called for help 5 times and nobody came. I finally left to go wait in the drove thru line and get served that way. Yesterday came in for the same script after being told it’s ready and it wasn’t.The pharmacy night manager needs to be fired.

New to location & when I filled a script I was very impressed with customer service, that the slightly longer wait didn't bother me. I have been visiting many healthcare providers so waiting in line is nothing new to me but at least so far with this pharmacy the orders are correct & employees are thorough

It seems that someone at the Bartlett. IL. Walgreens is cutting corners on the budget by keeping the AC to a minimum. Just yesterday I went there with my elderly Mother to pick up her prescription and she got a bit light headed while waiting in line from the heat but she wanted to stay in line since she said she really needed her medication so we did and I kept my eye on her. I spoke to one of the employees to voice my concern about the AC and they said they would inform the manager. So I went back in again today to pick up what I forgot yesterday and temp was the same so apparently the AC was still not having much effect on the store. Please mention the heat to the manager when you go in. I'd hate to think of my Mother, or yours, passing out while in line at a pharmacy.

Ehh not that good I was waiting in line for 30 mins and the person didn’t even give me the correct prescription and I actually relized the person there at the cashier was falling asleep and I was kinda mad because I got the wrong one and I told him that and he said “no I gave up the right one” and I’m like “no you didn’t I’m not (I’m not going to say their name) I’m Samantha” and he’s like “Next in line!” And so I left very angry.

This place gets 5 stars today. I was in line and the guy in front of me decided he didn’t like how much his stuff rang up to so wanted several items cancelled out... the girl at the photo counter noticed and opened up her register and took me!! That is customer service in my book!!

Employees are fairly clueless. Opening on time seems to be a problem for them. People who work in the pharmacy are dressed as if they just came from the ghetto. Nice store, poor work ethics.
