This is the second time we used their in store shopper and the second time we got coffee cream that was past the sell by date today is the 21st and the sell by date is the 19th. The dairy Mgr is pushing older product to lessen his losses and passing it on to us. I use the jewel cause it's close,but there are plenty of other options to get my dairy SORRY JEWEL IVE HAD ENOUGH!

Update: when you order curbside pick up and they say they're out of stock of your needed item. Walk in yourself and the aisle is full of the product you need.Need some better training of online shoppers And I'm sure they need more of them cuz the current ones are overworked and underpaid. This is the fall of the management not the associates.Normal Jewel experience. I hate their produce.

I went out of my way to go to Jewel because they always have a wide selection of flowers. When I tell you they had zero flowers I am not exaggerating not one bouquet. I am still amazed at all of the empty buckets.

Jewel has always been priced higher but the last couple years it's gotten crazy. You can hardly find anything here for under $5. Bags of chips are $5.50-$8 and up. Every time I go here I end up getting about 7 things and still spending at least $50. Insane. Also they suck at honoring discounts or digital coupons. Most of the time it's like they just hope you won't notice. Woodman's prices are much more reasonable.

I purchased two things from this jewel and when i left i went to the crosswalk but noticed it wasn't giving me the option to go. i thought it was just broken but i still kept waiting until some fat man that worked there came up behind me and took the bag straight off of my scooter with no explanation and said i didn't pay for the items even though i spent almost $6 on them so then i had to show him my receipt to get it back. some women i didn't know was next to me and said he should apologize to me multiple times but he didnt apologize a single time. i dont know who this guy is but i think hes some sort of manager because he knows how me and usually my friends are there almost every day. I will try to find his name but in the mean time i dont know but he was wearing some type of white and black plaid shirt from what i remember. Also i have ptsd from getting in trouble for things i didnt do and this made it 10x worse. i was thinking about this the entire day and possible will be the whole week or maybe even the whole month. I don't feel comfortable coming to jewel anymore because of this. If you read this jewel please talk with this man if you know who it is or even fire him. Once something is done please tell me so i can possibly feel comfortable going back again. The guy was also very rude and quite hostile which made me feel scared and uncomfortable in the moment

I was sent with a grocer's cheque to pick up a few things for the holiday meal and they treated me like I was misappropriating food stamps. This was the most demeaning and condescending grocery experience I've ever had.

Love our local Jewel! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I’ve had very few food quality issues, but the few times I have had them I’ve taken the items to customer service and they’ve refunded me or I’ve exchanged the item. My only complaint is the prices. Definitely one of the more expensive places to shop!

Should be 0 stars for real. The employees here are rude and combative, especially the cashier Sarah. I went in for some groceries at 9:30pm and while checking out, I noticed that the coupons didn't get applied for one of the items. So I asked Sarah to see what the issue was and she started raising her voice and getting all up in front of me about needing to have the app on my phone. I wasnt blaming her and she was being rude as heck for no reason and another person got involved too because of how rude Sarah was being. She should not be working customer service if her first response is yelling. Even my 4 yr old was surprised by her behavior. I am never going back to this location again, the other Jewels in the area actually have decent staff unlike this one.

Everything is so far so good! But when I come to the meat and seafood location. The guy help me get the meat is not nice. I wait and he show up with angry face. He push the door so strong even can here the show “ bump bump”. It’s first time it’s happen to me, because I usually buy fresh meat in Wholefood, but today it’s just on the way I came home. So bye bye here. It’s happen on July 7 at 7h45 pm.

It's a decent neighborhood store. A little on the small side and laid out kinda strange but they have what you need at decent prices. Store and lot are clean. Only complaint is they do not properly stock the front coolers. So often when I come in on my lunch break, I can't find the cold Dr. Pepper and Protein shake that I sometimes require.

Shelves are full of a variety of items. You see members of mgmt in the store, either stocking shelves or helping to locate items - very responsive to questions and comments. Deli is a little slow on waiting on people but the friendly bakery staff always have something good to drool over.

Way to frequently do they let people stand out front for whatever charity at both doors (they had loud speakers today) no way in without being shamed. I never have cash I’m only card. I literally leave and go down the road to mariano's now most of the time to not feel bad. Prices are wayyyyy high without the shaming. We can’t wait more for the Aldi to open up down the road.

I've been going to Jewel for 30 years and today they lost a customer for life. I've never experienced worse customer service. I was flat out told be the manager they don't want my money out my business. Unbelievable!!

Highest prices but food selection is big. ALDI FOODS being built at Devon and Bartlett road should stop those price increases. After all Jewel bought old Dominicks and kept any food stores from locating there, keeping prices up. THEY also said they needed a gas station to stay in business, yet they sold it?

I go to this Bartlett Jewel Osco at least once a week to buy my grocery/perishable/beer needs. The customer service at the self counters and the manned counters is always courteous and good. I have been going here for many years and never had any issues. Also, the selection of craft beer is decent and recommended for anyone who wants to one stop shop.

Nice clean fully stocked store . Meat tenderizes are free and Custom cut to your liking. Great 🍷 Dept. Easy parking lot to get in or out. Drive thru pharmacy. Prices are excellent. This is a traditional grocery store which is nice. If I want to buy shoes or a TV I'll go to the appropriate store. I like Jewel they have been around for year's

They are the only grocery store in Bartlett and the prices reflect it. The staff and selection are good enough, but they are not a good value and price is very high. I only go here if I need something at the last minute, otherwise I do my weekly shopping somewhere cheaper.

I love shopping at Jewel-Osco. They have good deals on a lot of items at most times. They are fairly good at keeping in stock items on their sale list, though there has been a few times they didn't have the advertised items. The employees are friendly and helpful. I think they need more help at the deli counter, sometimes it's slow, but most places are. Produce items last me throughout the week sometimes longer. I'll always be a Jewel shopper as long as it's here 👍🏻
