Recently went into this CVS to grab something for my dad in the freezing cold weather. I am usually a Walgreens Gal but this was the closest convenience store. However, I was greeted with the best customer service. Robert at CVS deserves a raise for his kindness and care for customers. He helped me find my item immediately, and provided such a pleasant interaction. We need more people like him in this world that make us smile.

I just had my rights violated in public by a CVS employee.I had to verbally provide my date of birth just to purchase 2 non-alcoholic tomato concentrate mixes. What is next CVS? ID required to purchase candy?The lady didn't care when I asked why do I need to provide my birth date. All she said was "the system tells me to input birthdate"What is the sense in this? Who came up with such an idea. Alcohol I can understand, there is a law in place and you have to prove your age when purchasing. But tomato sauce? Come on. CVS looks silly now. Fix it and you'll get your stars back.

I have only had good experiences with cvs pharmacy at this location. Medications are filled at a timely manner, Pick up is quick, and every interaction has been friendly. Thank you!!

I cannot keep track of how many issues I have had with the pharmacy. Just too many! Needed a handihaler for my husband who has stage 4 emphysema, and the pharmacist could not assist. No empathy....drove to Family Pharmacy. No empathy!!!!!

The MinuteClinic is clueless. I just wasted an hour of my life trying to convince the MinuteClinic nurse that my annual physical is covered 100% by my insurance. She refused to give me a physical and claimed that "no insurance company covers physicals." Which is strange because I had a physical at this same site the year prior (this fact was confirmed by both my wellness provider AND my insurance company [both of whom I had to call from the parking lot]). I guess I'll just have to find another CVS and another hour.

Absolutely horrible experience of getting a covid 19 test at this location the staff is highly unprofessional, If you want to save your Time go somewhere else. All folks coming to this location are having horrible experience, see other reviews too.
