CVS is a heartless company that puts profits before your health. Did you need life altering drugs after a surgery on a Saturday, sorry we close at 630 and no one can transfer your prescriptions to a different location. The manager assured me she could do nothing to help, I would have to spend my first night home after spinal fusion surgery with no painkillers, no anti inflammatory drugs, no muscle relaxers, and no nerve suppression meds. CVS and it's heartless management should all be placed in a similar situation.

MinuteClinic and the pharmacy is great. Pleasant and friendly staff. Easy to make a MinuteClinic appointment online. Laura the NP was fantastic and got me in for my appointment on time. Highly recommend her! The store is well stocked, but there isn’t always someone up front for checkout I had to search the store for help to check out my items.

Most of the people that write reviews are unhappy. The happy people get what they buy and leave. I like this store a lot and they should get credit for satisfying the customer. Good job!

Went to pick up an Rx for my 3 year old. They didn’t have it and had to transfer to another location, which fine, the pharmacist was helpful and kind about it. I asked if we could get a flu shot for her while we were there and he told me that would get done at the minute clinic. I tried to check in on the kiosk but it malfunctioned, so I asked whoever was working the minute clinic if we could get one. She told me that was done with the pharmacy, and I told her they just sent me to the minute clinic. She was very rude in telling me they don’t take walk ins for *anything* (mind you the place was empty, and we’ve always been able to walk in for flu vaccines at this location, my husband literally did so one week ago at the same location). Not sure why she was so rude or why their staff is not on the same page about a service that used to be very simple to obtain at CVS.

Lack of employees. poor service. We were waiting to take passport photos and the associate was busy counting red bull delivery and the same person had to attend about 4 more people in line for payment. When we finally managed to talk- she just casually told us- No photos. doesn't work. We stormed out. They should be closing down soon

June 16, 2020Went to pick up prescriptions after E.R. visit,Waited our turn in the drive throughNeeded Asthma Inhaler, along with two other prescriptionsThe Pharmacist Lady would not help us in the drive though, and disconnection of the speaker, after ordering us in.She didn’t want to be bothered, other cars waiting. Wowyour here to help? This isn’t a order of French Fries,Needless to say, we had to walk in with assistance from my son,All the way to the back of the store.Triggering yet another asthma attack in the thick of humidity.

Came to pick up prescription around 3pm with my 3 year old daughter.My daughter grabbed a ball she wanted.There was not one person in a store besides us.She was right next to me and bounced the ball few times.The older lady working there stormed in the aisle we were standing and said "give me this ball, you can not play with it in the store, you can hurt someone ".My daughter is very well behaved and was not running around the store and again there was no one there.I was shocked...We proceeded to walk toward the exit be because my daughter esd upset and almost crying.I stopped and saw the lady 3 isles over and told her.. "we were gonna buy that ball, it was very rude how you just grabbed it away from my kid without even asking me to have her not bounce the ball or ask if we were gonna buy it."All she said was "ok" and looked away.It was very unprofessional and rude thing to do.We went to Walmart to get her a ball.

Pharmacy is ALWAYS helpful, I believe the pharmacist I work with who is ALWAYS on his game is named Tejas.. he and his staff are always trying their best to make filling multiple scripts as smooth & pain-free as possible, even with weird insurance "issues" like prior authorization problems, etc..he doesn't mind taking the time to get it right from the start to avoid issues later. Only reason I take one star off is due to the condition of the store, which feels like it needs a major update or overhaul in terms of appearance and cleanliness...new lighting and paint & carpet would go a looonngg way to make it WAY more appealing to shop at.

Went to get covid testing after a few symptoms and it was the worst experience. I had all my insurance information but they still required the card even after putting all the information online! I had my Driver's license and State ID. After they told me no I asked if I could pay in cash but they said I needed my insurance card. Thanks for caring!!

Amazing people here. I had a physical and these 2 people came in for an appointment without a mask.... hi people if your sick, but on a damn mask. So selfish. I added their photos :)

DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID-19 TESTING!! I was tested for Covid-19 on 7/02. Today is 7/16 and I still do not have test results. I tried calling last week but I was on hold with the 800 number for over an hour and ten minutes before I gave up. I provided my insurance and will call them today to see if a claim was made and if not - I’m going to tell them to decline it since processing the lab is pointless at this time. I’ve talked to several other people that had their tests after me at other places and they all have results back already AND they did not provide insurance info because the gov’t is covering the testing. I know Quest Diagnostics is performing the lab work, but shame on CVS for testing, making insurance companies pay for it and then leaving patients high and dry without a way to speak to a human being at all. Minute clinic my a**! Shame on you CVS.

If I hear "an agent will be with you shortly" I'm going to scream.After 10 minutes an international agent in another country answered the call. No help at all.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Got worse. After 2 phone calls got the pharmacist who knew NOTHING about their covid testing.

Was told I had to use self serve kiosk today because employees are no longer allowed to stand behind counters?? What kind of nonsense is this? The women there hovered over me the entire time to show me how the kiosk worked, even though I told her I knew how to use it, just don’t prefer to use it. May have to go somewhere new

They said my covid19 test would be ready from 2 to 4 days and I have more than a week, they don't even have a phone to ask, the app does not work well, I been more than 1 hour on the phone waiting for a representative. Awoservice.
