We have been bringing out cats to Bartlett Animal Hospital for years. I took two of my cats in for check ups and shots. I was worried my 1.5 year kitty (first vet visit) would be hissy and bite. Dr Baker was awesome. He told me not to worry let’s see what happens. My kitty was so calm. Not a single hiss. Dr Baker and staff are wonderful with animals.

I was given a same day appointment with Dr Baker even though he was booked out until the end of the month. He gave our fur baby a very thorough exam and he’s genuinely compassionate and you can see he loves animals. Only vet we will use and have gone to Bartlett Animal Hospital for over 25 years with 4 different dogs. The BEST

Dr Baker and his team never seem to stop impressing. Over 25 years (and 5 dogs), we have a doctor who is very dedicated and compassionate toward our pets, and his team delivers the same personalized attention to our dogs. We have a new puppy Banks. From his neuter surgery to nail clipping, we have peace of mind every visit.

Dr. Baker and his staff are truly amazing. We have been bringing our pets to Dr. Baker for 20 years. Dr. Baker is patient and kind. Anytime we have questions or concerns he always takes the time to explain everything so it is easy to understand. Even when we had to make the hardest decision about putting our dog down Dr. Baker was there to walk us through it and the staff was so caring. We have my aunts dog now and she has become a patient of the practice. I just can't say enough good things about Dr. Baker and all the staff. Keep doing what you do.

My family started going been Bartlett Animal Hospital 30 years ago with Dr. Baker back when they were in the downtown Bartlett area. He has taken the best care of my childhood pups.When I became a dog owner as an adult I quickly returned to him and the practice after having a terrible experience elsewhere. Dr. Baker listens and truly cares about his patients and their family. He takes the time to explain things and listen, which makes the world of a difference as pets really become family and he recognizes that. I have the upmost trust and respect in him, and know he and his staff will treat us with care and compassion.

Bartlett Animal Hospital has the best veterinarians. They care about our pets like they are their own. They take time to give you exceptional service and make sure you understand all your options and answer all your questions. I have been going here for 15 years and trust the vets take good care of my dogs. They go above and beyond when I am there. I started taking my baby Heidi to this vet about a year ago. I was referred by the family of the dogs I dog sit and I’ve never been happier. Dr Siebert never makes me feel incapable as a pet parent and always reassures me that I’m doing good as a pet mom. Been going here for years, with both my cat and my family's two older cats.Recently, both of our older cats had to be put down. This is a wonderful place. The staff are all about the pet and making the parents feel capable and happy about what is to be done to fix things. All the up front staff are extremely polite and remember my two kitties names and who they are. All the vets are great. They are all about my pets. They do a great job of taking care of them. And they are not too proud to say, "I am not sure what is going on here" They will ask for a second opinion and get back to me. They even have professionals in different fields they recommend. As well as a24 hour emergency places to go to. I will be staying with them for a long time to come.

The staff from the time you walk in and up to seeing the Doctor her or himself have always been great. Very friendly and informative. The vets are very knowledgeable and not pushy. My pup tore his mcl and we were given several options to choose. lol we’re explained in detail and price estimates given.

My dog had multiple fractures and the doctor never even recommended an X-ray. My second pup had a chest congestion that was also misdiagnosed and they made me do a bunch of expensive tests throughout the misdiagnosis. I unfortunately will not recommend as it seems more than a commercial business establishment than a clinic that cares about my pet.

Because it doesn't allow 0 stars. If the vet would have had a reasonable conversation and used clear medical judgement, they could have determined our beloved cat was past the point of labwork, and compassion would have directed them to help instead of judge us. To pretty much say we are not a good family because we won't spend hundreds of dollars on testing and then treatment was insane. Go somewhere else

The staff and vets are all beyond wonderful. They are friendly, knowledgeable, understanding and accommodating. They definitely show you and your pet that they care and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else. Dr. Baker is the absolute best. He takes his time (with you and your dog) and doesn't get annoyed when you ask too many questions (I'm guilty of this). If you want the best care for your pet, take them to BAH, they're the best!

I was referred to Bartlett Animal Hospital by my neighbor. I am very grateful. I have been desperately working on trying to cure my pup’s ear infection. I called and quickly received a return call, an appointment for the same day was made!!!! I was quickly escorted to a room and the tech ever so patiently listened to me, took notes and engaged my pup. Dr. Siebert and staff spent an hour listening to all of my concerns and the course of our ear infection history. We addressed every aspect of my concerns and a plan was created. This was a great experience!

Everyone is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Everyone we have encountered there has been wonderful but Dr. Baker takes the cake. He takes the extra time to explain things, returns calls and talks you through difficult decisions, and is truly one of the most compassionate people I've had the pleasure of meeting. Unfortunately, I will never return to Bartlett Animal Hospital. We had been seeing Dr Nelson for several years, but i cannot deal with the reception any longer. Bartlett Animal Hospital has by far the rudest customer service ever experienced in any sort of Dr's office of any kind (human or vet). we have dealt with a downright nasty receptionist here several times who implies she is doing you a favor simply by just picking up the phone. Dr Nelson is a fabulous Veterinarian, but i will never bring any of my 3 animals here again just so we never have to deal with the receptionist. just one more anger inducing phone call to get their records transferred.

Dr Baker and his team are the best! I am always impressed with Dr. Baker and his team every time we go for a visit. Dr Baker takes the time to explain and educate our family on any issues that have come up throughout the years. He has always been very attentive and caring towards our dog!
