One day, my cat was acting out of the ordinary. I called the hospital and was told to bring him in for an exam. I found out he had a urinary tract obstruction. The doctor and her staff were professionals. I appreciated how she made my cat a priority and was able to treat him immediately. It saved my cat's life. I recommend this place.

I have been coming to this Vet since 2016. They are amazing and so kind to all my animals!2021-2023 they helped me with my pet rat Croissant fight a respiratory disease and removed her tumor in order to give her the longest and healthiest life possible. When she passed they were so kind to send a card with their condolences.Recently I had to take my newest rat Sesame in for tumor removal surgery and once again they did a fantastic job! Sesame is currently healing and is acting like herself. I am so happy to have this trusted vet clinic in my area and I will continue to bring all my animals to this location.

My dog has been having this ear infection for over 2 months!my dog has been hurting for over two months!We’ve been at the vet 3 times already and his ear did not get any better.Two of the three times we took our dog there ,we paid for some labs/test.This was their last time they scammed me for money!I’m about to look for a professional/skilled/knowledgeable vet.

Dr Anda has been taking care of our 3 rabbits and kitten for as long as they’ve been alive. Full disclosure: I’m one of those “my animals are my BABIES” people, so to trust someone with them is very hard. Dr Anda has earned that trust and, much more, my respect. She handled 2 of our rabbits spay & neuter and everything went so well. She will eventually be handling our kittens spay as well.Dr Anda was also with us through the sickness and loss of our oldest rabbit Wybie, and every single person there was so kind and respectful during that time. It’s a hard conversation but I really believe that euthanasia can be a gift, I was lucky to have a provider who thought the same when that time came. It was very comforting.I can’t say it enough how much I appreciate Army Trail Animal Hospital and Dr Anda. If you are in need of a vet that undoubtedly cares about you and your pets, I definitely recommend Army Trail.

Dr Anda and entire staff are Awesome!! I am Very picky when it comes to vets to treat my Goffin Cockatoo's. They always make Chance and Charlie feel welcome and cared for. Dr Anda clearly explains options for treatments and testing. Chance has Finally started getting a lot of feather growth including a new tail feather due to Dr Anda's care! My cockatoo's actually enjoy there visits 🙂 I couldn't be happier with the service and care at this clinic!!

I started taking my cats here after we moved to this area five years ago and the doctors are great. They take the time to make sure you understand what's going on with your peers, can ask questions, and work with you to find solutions. I have two senior cats and they really helped navigate one's recent diabetes diagnosis with patience and empathy.

I absolutely love Dr. Shabib at this hospital! He is so knowledgeable and takes his time with all of his patients! My dog is VERY anxious at the vet and he handles him slowly and gently. He will always address all of our questions and frequently check in. The staff is also great. They have learned to know my dog by his name, Rocco, and are very personable and loving! Love this hospital!

We really enjoyed our first time visit to Army Trail Animal Hospital. The staff was friendly to us and most importantly to our puppy. We are looking for a vet closer to our home and Army Trail Animal feels like that place.

My dog became severely ill on the Friday night / Saturday before Labor Day. My local vet was closed and I called several other vets that either denied us because we were not current patients or they were closed due to the Holiday weekend. This Army Trail Animal Hospital made an appointment available to us. After an exam and blood work, we received very bad news about our dog and an extremely difficult decision was made. They could have suggested additional x-rays and other tests to squeeze more money out of us but did not. Dr. Faisal and his staff were nothing but compassionate and supportive of our situation and my children. I am so thankful for them.Thank you from my family and the bottom of my heart for showing us such compassion.I highly recommend this facility and its staff. When we are ready to adopt a pet again, we will be back.

Last night was our first time here. My son's guinea pig became very sick. After callingevery vet on Google, I finally found this place. Not only do they see guinea pigs, but they were able to squeeze us in for an emergency visit. The staff as well as the doctor we saw were compassionate and patient with us. We were given all the information for best/worse outcomes to make the best possible decision for our little guy. Not once did we feel rushed into a decision. They gave us time to talk things over and say goodbye. I honestly wouldn't have been able to keep it together for my son if it weren't for the staff here. They went above and beyond for us. Thank you guys for making a terrible situation just a little bit better for us, we appreciate you and all that you do.

I'm only going because I adopted a dog associated with these veterinarians as part of the adoption processI like a more holistic veterinarian approach, not that c they v will offer vaccinate. Hard to feel as part of their clients I'm just putting my time in while the adoption process is over. I not a fan of the bedside manner here. Despite not being able to be in the facility when my chicken received care I was confident that she would be well tended to. Upon completion of her check up my girlfriend went to pick her up and was allowed in to learn how to administer the medication we were given. Our little ruby was wrapped in a blanket and hanging out comfortably until we were given a demonstration of how to administer the medicine. Prices of each test were communicated to me before any additional work was done and I feel happy knowing a have found a vet for my chickens that isn't 40 minutes away.

I've been here 2 times with my dog (and several times on my own to pick up meds, food etc)We see Dr Shabib & he's very nice and knowledgeable. The techs / assistants are very nice, most of the front desk staff is friendly.My only real complaint at this point is wait times. 1st appointment I waited 40 minutes past appointment time. 2nd time I waited 1.5 hours past appointment time (yes you read that right). So.... we will see how things go

From the vet, vet tech. and the support staff, nothing but professional, friendly and great communicating staff! They always make sure our pet needs come first and answer all questions we have. Our dogs, though skittish, always get through their visit with wagging tails (a few extra treats = ] ) as they are leaving. Thank you ATAH!

I was beyond grateful when they said they can fit my guinea pig in between appointments as it was an emergency and all other places didn't have time until at least a month out. Beyond grateful. But when the actually vet herself came in to see my pig, she could not have been more rude. She made back handed comments the whole time, one of her comments saying that her sister probably did it to her because I mentioned she is a bonded pig. This woman is NOT an exotic animal doctor.I set aside my frustration with this catty woman and came in for a follow up one week later, for the health of my big pig. Whatever "test" she did on my pig the week before did more damage as her eye began to severely go downhill after that visit. And to come in a week later to this woman being just as nasty as she was the first time, I paid my bill and took my pig to a real vet. The comment that officially sent me walking was when I said "her eye gave up on her" this woman, in a very snotty tone while looking up at me said "it gave up.. or YOU gave up?" Seriously. A professional, she is not. I was so kind, so respectful. And then she sends her assistant in to try to gouge me for more money because they both knew after that comment, she blew it. I strongly advise anyone reading this to rethink taking your small, exotic animals to this lady. She is not a professional. She does not know how to treat small animals. She does not know how to treat human beings for that matter either. Never Again with Army Trail Animal Hospital.

We are new to this vet, and each visit we had with our puppy, we left unhappy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt..but after 5 visits, we are no longer customers. They were never on time for our appointments and the front desk does not communicate when they are running behind. The last time I was there, I had to bring my kids due to not having a sitter. I waited in a room for over an hour with 3 kids and a puppy. It was not a good experience and the vet made sure to correct me, and tell me that I didn’t wait an hour. Believe me, when you’re sitting there with 3 kids under the age of 7 (and a puppy), you’re watching the clock like a hawk! I would have been fine if they told me they were running behind, I would have just rescheduled. Instead they made it a point to tell me I was wrong about how long I was waiting and thought a complementary nail trim would make it better. It doesn’t look like I’m the first person that had this same issue. I don’t normally submit reviews for businesses, but I am amazed at how they treat their customers and felt people should know. Makes sense now why they were the only vet in the area that had appointments available the next day after I called, when the wait for other vets was 3-4 weeks out.

Stay away!! Scam artists!!! They don’t care about your animals, only about how much money they can squeeze out of you with unnecessary testing and vaccines. Before my mother (who doesn’t speak English that well) could say no or even ask the price for anything, they already ripped my puppy from her and started “healing” him. Came in for a basic rabies shot, got stuck with a 250 dollar bill. Awful business practice. You should be ashamed of yourselves (you will be getting a phone call and an in person visit by myself)

Dr Anda is amazing especially for exotics. I have taken my birds to her for many years. Last night she saw my rabbit for an emergency and again gave quality care. I appreciate not only the quality of care her and her staff gives but the Affordable cost of care. She clearly cares more about your pets than the money. I travel towns away because I can't afford the vets near me. Thank you for such amazing service. I would not take my pets anywhere else!

New vet for us since Ambassador Animal Hosp. closed last year.They seem very polite and so good with our dogs. Have one we rescued that was badly abused as a puppy and does not like going without us being with him. He did really well with them and they truly handled him the way I asked them to. He wasn't so stressed out by the time he came back out to us. We will for sure be going back to them with you for babies.

The entire staff is wonderful, compassionate, and attentive. Dr. Anda is very thorough and is patient to answer your questions. She takes a lot of time with your pet. We have 3 dogs and recently had to put one down. The staff was so kind to us and to our dog, and made the experience as peaceful as it could be. Very grateful for this vet

This place is completely unorganized. I made an appointment for routine vaccines as a new customer and showed up to my appointment on time. I was put in a room with my dog and waited 20-25 minutes until someone finally came in and that's when they told me I needed my previous vet records before they could proceed. I gave them my previous vet's info and waited another 20-25 minutes until I finally left. Within minutes after leaving the doctor called me and asked why I left. I explained that I left because of the lack of communication and that I could of had the info they needed sent over before my appointment had I been told they needed me to, again they knew I was a new client when I made the appointment. He tried to explain that there was a critical patient that came in which would be totally fine had one of the girls up front come in and explain that rather than sitting behind the desk in an empty waiting room knowing I'm in the exam room waiting with my pup. So now I wasted almost 2 hours of my day with the drive time for shots I never even got for my dog. Simply ridiculous.
