Surely dissatisfied with the shipping, we have automated orders for dog food, we posted the order on the 1st of february, our food arrived on the 7th of february. A week without food only sold by prescription ! Disappointed, 24 mins away food , shipped overnight with fedex 7 days later. NO EMAIL OR ANYTHING SAYING ABOUT DELAY.We are thanking your shipping department so very much, for their top notch service!

This place unloads pretty quick. Overnight parking available, and don't be suprised if they knock on your door before 5am. Bathrooms inside check in, nice staff.

Never had an issue here, delivered 3 times. Overnight sleeping is allowed, if you drive around back you can check in there, and they have a bathroom. Also takes about an hour to unload. Pleasant staff work here.

I am a retailer and have had issues with this company, prior RFG, for twelve years. They get my invoices incorrect, they ship incorrect product, they miss product, their ordering system has product abbreviations for some products and not others, ex. beef is bf., The Real Meat Company is TRMC, but then some have it written out. This is a time waster. If you are a mfg. please offer other options. In my area American Distribution is great. I have steered clients away from products I can only get from Animal Supply because of their lack of customer service.
