Great place to take care of your furry baby. I got the feeling that pets are welcome and i asked if our puppy could get a sample which she received. Since she is a picky eater we got got some treats. She loves her new toy too.

Hands down Wendy is amazing ! I have searched for a groomer that is kind, compassionate and understanding of dogs with nervous and anxiety. Wendy is all that and so much more. I know my pups are in the best care and she will give them what they need to make it a positive experience. I am so grateful for her and Krisers. Thank you for putting the furry customers first !

I loved my experience here, and I plan to make this my first choice of pet supply store. Mike is so helpful and friendly, I felt welcome the entire time. Picked up some dog toys, cat & dog food, and some new trainer treats that have been a big hit with the pups.

Disgusting. Todays my dog’s second birthday and to celebrate I got her an $11 cupcake… only to find there were two LIVE BUGS INSIDE HER CUPCAKE. I am disgusted and upset. Most of all I am sorry for my dog. Poor girl was really looking forward to her birthday cupcake. (See photo, other bug is in the garbage w/ her cupcake).

We have been going here for grooming for a little over a year now and couldn't be happier. Our guy has had some anxiety issues with other groomers, but he loves his spa day with Wendy. He is all smiles when I pick him up.

I love this place. Ariana is the most sweetest and she really knows what she's talking about when it comes to supplements and dog food. She understand exactly what you're looking for. I had to switch my dogs food due to allergies and she helped me find the right one. Next time you're in ask her. She's absolutely amazing

Kriser's is the best! Ariana is awesome, our pups know and love her! We get Zignature food, which has helped our allergy dog quite a bit. I also love that Kriser's is involved with animal rescue and providing shelters with food and toys.

Wendy has been grooming our two dogs—a 20lb Terrier mix and a 50lb Lab mix—for about a year now, and we plan on continuing to only use her services for all of our grooming needs. She is remarkable!Our biggest has anxiety issues, but Wendy has been patient, caring, understanding and joyous throughout the entire process which has gained our lab’s trust and has built a stronger relationship. We ourselves also fully trust Wendy and know she does not instill any fear or cause for concern. She is consistently able to successfully groom them and has always provided good feedback to us. She is also efficient, finishing in no more than 1.5hrs (and that’s WITH teeth brushing, which also has been a success!)Overall she comes highly recommended. We appreciate her skills and personality!

I take my dog here to get groomed (he’s a cavapoo) and Wendy does an amazing job with him. She always listens to what I want and delivers every time! My dog can get really anxious at times but Wendy is always patient with him. You can tell she has a love for animals as well as the rest of the staff. They are all so knowledgeable and friendly. My dog loves coming here and so do I!

We buy food for our three dogs here. We love that they have great options for grain free and freeze dried food. They also have this great rewards program where you get vouchers for $10 off as well as for $50 off big bags of food. It's helpful since we come here so often!

On Wednesday 6/7/2017 I went to Kriser for the first time. I purchase treats for my dog and had her nails clipped. I then made an appointment with groomer. The groomer and I talked about my dog condition, I told her that she had just been in the hospital. I dropped my dog off before 8:00am the next day.. Got a call from the groomer less than an hour later telling me to to pick my dog up and that she was charging me extra because she had pooped again all over the cage. She sounded mad. When I got there the assistant manager standing there had a nasty attitude. They would not release my dog until I paid for the groom. I was charged a total of 75.00 dollars. Outrageous! I still had to re-wash my dog at home. The next morning I went to kriser to talk to the manager, instead the police was called on me. The manager sat in her car and refused to talk to me. I never met her before. I think it is poor management, disrespect to a customer, treating me like I had committed a crime. Several polices came. I had no idea what was going on. My rights were taken. The police conducted the managers business with me. I was told that I would be arrested if I came into the store again, I asked the police over and over again why? What did I do? The police never answered my question. This whole situation has totally made me sick. I paid kriser with no problems, even after being over charged and my dog still uncleaned and I believed may have been abused by the histerical crying groomer, no telling what she told the manager on the phone. why was I mistreated and my rights violated. Horrible situation! What did the manager say for so many police to come? What lies were told to them? This could have been worst;The way things are now, I could have been shot or killed. Not knowing still today what I had done or said. Could it have been because I'm a woman of color? Police says its a civil matter. Even civil matters are not handled this way. I don't feel so American now. What a sad cruel way to treat a person for no reason at all.

I cannot comment on the management or grooming as I have not experienced either but the employees are always very nice and you can tell they care about you and your pets. I personally have never had a negative experience here.

I like the store but they changed their hours till 6pm now and are closed when im on my way home. So now i have to go to Pet Supplies Plus which is out of my way, sadly Krisers lost out on about 1000 dollars from me alone during covid oh well i guess

Cant comment on the grooming, but pet food and treats had good pricing. Also does an outdoor puppy sale once a warm month from a nearby place, which is great to see!
