Very clean and organized, very safe as they check I.D. multiple times. Everyone was very kind and helpful, as well as efficient. CARRIE helped me get an account set up and was patient with me as I ran back to my car to grab a few more dollars. They have a wide selection of great and safe brands. Long overdue reviews - Lil Jess is always so kind and helpful with suggestions; Tara is incredibly knowledgeable and also FUN! Always a treat when she takes care of me. Hannah helped get my email notices running again when she wasn’t even serving me, she just popped over and helped. If you have 2 Jackies they match up with all the above. Happy you are moving so my hubby can come in now (I’m his caregiver and he can’t do stairs). Anyhoo, y’all treat me like family each and every time. You’re not getting rid of me/us anytime soon. 😘

Love this place. For such a high volume business, they really do a good job of making sure everyone is taken good care of. Every time I’ve been there I’ve been treated right, however today stands out a little more than normal. I wanted to thank Tara for her help today, she brightened up my day! I've been a medical patient in several states for nearly two decades, and unfortunately, my recent experience here was the most disappointing. As a returning patient, I found myself waiting for 47 minutes in a small room for my pre-ordered items online, while watching seven recreational customers being served and leaving before I received any attention. My intention isn't to come across as entitled, but it leads me to question the benefit of obtaining a medical license if it doesn't facilitate the process or provide any precedence over recreational purchases.The staff's approach was notably lackluster and unprofessional. They seemed indifferent and were dismissive when I expressed surprise upon being requested to present my documentation once more. Despite showing them my online profile containing this very information, their demeanor remained unchanged.The product variety is also disappointing and stagnant, with the same brands consistently available and items nearing their expiration. This is not only frustrating but also a financial strain considering the limited budget I'm working with.While my order was being confirmed, the errors made in reading it back to me were not just inconvenient but potentially dangerous, highlighting a lack of seriousness that should be inherent in any establishment dealing with health-related products regulated by the state.This experience has been remarkably unsatisfactory, undermining the establishment's credibility as a provider of essential alternative medicine and failing to meet the expectations of patients relying on their services.I will never return here, and I advise you take your business elsewhere.

First time there today. I am a novice with this field and I got detailed and friendly help with the product range from Haley. Carrie, who filled my order was also wonderful and helpful. In fact, everyone that I dealt with were very friendly. Glad to hear from them that they’re moving closer to my home. I will certainly go there again and recommend it highly.

I have visited the dispensary over 100 times, and today was my best experience. Mario was an absolute gentlemen and a help. He asked if I was interested in some “expired” items for a very cheap price. This stuff never really expires but the store has to legally put an experation. He was able to get me the best deal Iv ever had in the past 4 years. Thank you Mario!
