Worst target I’ve ever been to by far. Every time it’s just disappointing. Girls at the Starbucks counter too busy talking and acting like you’re not there. Then the entire chilled sections is taped off for no reason other than to wax floors. Self checkout is never open so you have to wait in line even if you’re only buying one thing. I keep giving this location chances but I’m over it!

Armando was super helpful at the customer service desk. Returned my item which had a joystick and paddle issues with no questions asked, he also answered every question I had about returns and a warranty I had without getting annoyed or agitated. I then had a pricing issue on the item I was buying and he assisted me with that as well. Easy return experience and super helpful employees.

I live target buy hate this one and the knock off is why in the world are there so many handicap partying spaces! I mean I totally am supportive of our handicap people but wow there are a lot and never used! Every time I go it's all empty up there.

Inventory at this Target is constantly low or out of stock. Also they will just cancel items that show in stock without substituting despite having substitutes chosen. Trying to shop here is frustrating. Traveling to the Batavia location moving forward.

Target is a one-stop shop that meets the needs of most, with a decent selection of most anything you'd need, from household items, clothing, toys, school supplies, groceries ,and the list goes on.

If a promotion is advertised in store, you should be able to access the sale while shopping in the store. Apparently I am supposed to scan every sale with my app and read the fine print. No where on this sign does it say "Pickup order or Same Day Delivery Only."Im out the 20 dollar gift card from the last daiper promotion because of this same confusion with the signs. The app tells you that the gift card will be applied to your circle app once purchase is fufilled, so here I am thinking that if I type in my circle number at check out, my gift card appears in my wallet. NOT TRUE if you buy in store. As a mom who has to do her shopping with kids in tow, having the sales be more straight forward and not having to look up every single one to read the fine print would be really nice. Super frustrated but grateful that they honored the promotion for me this time. I guess I have to create more work for the employees and myself and put in online orders for all my daipers now.

I had a target circle coupon for 15% off of digestive items & a $15 off for buying $90 worthof items. You only took off the $15 not applying the 15%. I went to customer service & explained the issue she said there was nothing she could do. That Target automatically picks what coupon you can use. I told her that originally I had everything in my cart for drive up & it used both deals. What you did is very wrong.

I love shopping at Target! Online or in-store I always find what I need and something else that I want. Maybe two things I want. The drive up order pick up delivered me my Starbucks latte, too, and I felt like royalty. Thanks for pampering me, Target!

Love Target. However this is just one of many companies that lie they need workers! “Because of a system refresh, the job requisition you have applied for is no longer available. “. And who’s job is that that should be fired on the system issues!? Instead of posting your hiring try fixing your workers you already have. On their system issues. If I had that job it wouldn’t happened to job seekers. In fact I bet I can come up with 1,0000 problems with your storeS and workers and contact other big wigs to see those problems. I bet I can fix your problems. For instance you pay workers to stand around all day. Not one worker available for help in each department. Items not even placed right on shelves. I’d of loved to fixed all your problems. Been a amazing help to the team but ya know your system deletes people’s applications! And in fact iam more than willing to video tape all the problems your company has because I don’t feel the workers are competent enough.

The employee at this target is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond to be helpful and courteous. There is always parking and it doesn't take too long to find help when you need it. I am also grateful for the number of registers as it speeds up getting out of the store. I’ve been shopping here for years and I always have a great experience! They have a decent selection of items and always had a variety of things. I will definitely be back for your quality products and excellent customer service. Favorite place to get groceries and necessities. Definitely recommend shopping here!

This store is fantastic! Clean, bright with quite a through grocery section. Self-check out was really quick and the scanner so intuitive. why can't all self-checkouts be so easy!

I went there around 11:30 and went to starbucks. It was a dude with long curly hair and then a girl with lashes. They did really good and made my drink really well. When i got there they were dealing with a difficult customer and they handled it really well! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

I had 2 issues out of the 3 times I went here. 1 was resolved. 1 was not. Customer service employees had a poor attitude and clearly do not care about their job performance or helping people. Just their paycheck…The issue that was not resolved was over a LEGO set that had a $10 gift card with purchase. It did not ring up correctly. The customer service employee said it was not for the set I purchased without knowing what set I even bought. Then she said she would honor it if it was “priced incorrectly”. I purchased the last item available, so of course when she went back to the isle with me she said it was not “incorrectly priced” saying it came with a gift card and wouldn’t honor it.I showed the customer service employee my phone showing the set was on sale with the $10 gift card. She said that it was an online only promotion (which I had never heard of and sure enough was bs) I called Target customer support 1800 number. I was told I had to go back to the store. That’s how wrong and ignorant she was.I went to the Batavia Target location instead the next day instead and they DID fix my issue and apologized, however, it was not their fault, it was this locations fault. Also, the employees should know the current ads and sales… especially working customer service. I know it’s hard to get quality employees right now but wow..The other issue I had was resolved after waiting over 40 minutes for my item I ordered to be found. There were 2 girls pulling orders together for whatever reason working as inefficiently as possible and didn’t say a thing to me after helping customers that arrived after me for the next 30 minutes. Then I was the only car. Still the 2 “tag team employees” had not acknowledged me. They didn’t say my order was being pulled or anything- just left me in my car waiting in the pickup order spot. I checked in correctly. I checked in on the way to the store and then again when I arrived with my pickup order parking spot number.Finally a guy came out and asked if the 2 employees told me what happened. I said no. He was very apologetic and explained my item was missing and he was looking for it. He actually did help and found the item in the next 10 minutes. He brought it out and gave me a gift card for the inconvenience. It was not $5 but it was something and was better than the 2 useless employees that said nothing. SMH The Batavia location is MUCH better. Like night & day from location to location. If not for the employee that found my item and actually helped me I would give this location 1 star. But he bumped it to 2…I DON’T KNOW WHO THE DISTRICT MANAGER IS, but they should be made aware of the poor customer service from this location and the great service from the Batavia location. And I am sure they can figure out how to improve this locations poor service.

Nice store but it could be better organized and associates could help out more with finding things. Associates stocking shelves seem to be so caught up in just doing that. I have walked past associates in the past and made eye contact and was never asked if I was finding everything ok. Cashiers are very nice and have always been very talkative.

I would always go to this Target with my wife just so i can shop for Hot Wheels until I was told by an employee that they have employees that are short stocking or taking all the collectible cars out of the boxes in the back room before stocking the shelves. Made me think that if they are doing this with $1 cars then what else are they short stocking and maybe the managers know too. We haven’t shopped here since.

Love the drive up order pick up. It is so convenient, specially on those days where it’s difficult to walk inside the building due to muscle pains or weather. Target employees have always been kind and helpful.

They always have everything I need from household items, personal care, clothing, seasonal items, to electronics. Target is the place to go! Target saved the day by closing later Christmas eve as our heater of 5 years gave out today, they had delonghi heaters available that saved the day. The heaters aren't really heating up well 😕 will give them another 30 min before stepping out to a hotel 🏨 but regardless they had the heaters and thats all that matters 😉

This is the WORST Target, ever. Staff and managers here have no idea what they are doing! I’ve had 5 terrible experiences here now either at customer service or at the register with issues. I never ever ever ever have issues at other Targets. Bunch of rude young people running the place who clearly never heard of “the customer is always right.” Instead, they will blame you, the customer, for their mistakes. It’s ridiculous! It truly is! I’m done shopping here.

For those of you reading this in the near future, this was "pandemic time". Was in today. Carts are cleaned and readily available. The store is clean. The workers are nice and helpful. They are decently stocked. @Eddie good job cashiering today. Nice, chill guy, but you could tell he was doing his best to keep things moving too. Very helpful. I don't envy cashiers and people working in the public right now, but some people have a terrible attitude that makes it very difficult to even be around them (and that goes for plenty of shoppers too). I feel like zero percent of the workers have that here and I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work and stay safe!

NORTH AURORA IL TARGET BY FAR IS THE BEEEEEST TARGET EVER!!! Always willing to be helpful and I don't have a problem getting what I intended to! Oh, the Drive-Up is phenomenal!
