I was in store looking at some Black Friday deals and decided to purchase not one but TWO of these 40 gallon kits, regularly $240 and $100 off. The best part was instead of having to wait to get the email saying "your order is ready for pick-up" they did it right then and there. Loaded one, and too big for my little Kia Soul, so I had to run home, carry it up the stairs, go back and grab the second one. In and out, from start to finish, and I credit it all to the shift manager/supervisor, KRIS! He's a fine young man, and does the job right! He needs to be recognized and with a hefty raise too! I highly recommend this place! 🔥 💪🏾 💯

During the 4th of July weekend my family and I decided to board both of our dogs ( husky and lab). Both of our dogs had a private suite and we upgraded packages in order for them to have play time. However after the 3.5 days we picked them up and realized that our husky was not okay. First of, when the worker brought him out he peed for probably 2 min straight and his pee was very dark (almost brownish)....first clue that something was up. Once we got home our husky was very lethargic, really thirsty, he would sit down and just seem lost. He got a little defensive when we walked by the water bowl ( he had NEVER shown this characteristic). And once again he would walk with his head down and very slowly. Mind you...he also looked like he didn’t eat. So we checked his mouth because it seemed a little swollen and it looks like our husky’s tongue is swollen and he’s in discomfort (we’ve been trying to feed him and he spits everything out).I called the facility to see his file and check to see if there was any issues while staying there. However since it was passed the 7pm closing time...I was not able to reach anyone besides the reservation personnel. I expressed my concerns and that I will be calling back to speak to someone from the facility. But how frustrating that I can’t even reach can emergency number to check up on my husky’s records to see WHAT HAPPENED! Will be doing an update as soon as I have more info.

Lady on the phone showed sero interest and didn't even go check for what I was asking for to see if they had any in stock. Not cool

The lady working the counter was rude, condescending and impatient. Her attitude was cold and carried no compassion.I would not let her anywhere near your dog. She probably kicks animals when the misbehave. I will be calling corporate to complain.

I've boarded a couple pets at the PetsHotel and I've never had a bad experience. Scheduling is easy. Communication is great. They take good care of the animals and want them to be happy and comfortable.

Discrimination at its finest.. took one look at my dog and they refused to even let her play. Absolutely ridiculous treatment for no reason other than she looks like a bully breed. Go anywhere else

Staff here are very friendly and understand what the owner of pet needs. I was really impressed and now I know where to drop my cat if I am traveling! Thank you guys!
