We could not recommend Monroy Hardwood Flooring highly enough.RJ and Rudy installed hardwood floor upstairs and refinished the entire downstairs plus the stairs. The whole process of working with them was seamless from initial consultation and getting pricing to choosing stain and actual labor. The process of such a big renovation seemed overwhelming at first but RJ and Rudy were there to answer every question and were extremely patient and helpful with stain selection.From the very beginning, you could see that they take pride in their work and everything needs to be done perfect without cutting any corners. They are not only experts at what they do but are just very nice people. We are very selective when it comes to contractors and any work being done in our house but would work with Monroy Hardwood Flooring again in a heartbeat.

I recently started my search for a flooring contractor to refinish some old and poor conditioned hardwood floors. I called probably 20 places. 2 called me back, 1 answered immediately and that was Monroy.Being a tradesman myself, if a company can’t answer the phone when you want to spend money imagine how they’ll act if you have a problem? Having said that,They offered to come and give me a quote same day when I requested and despite having already worked a long day they came out to see the floor. I was presented with several options and we picked a day to do the work. The floors came out excellent, the company is incredibly responsive and trustworthy. Communicative throughout the entire process and I’ll be referring my friends to them for any flooring needs.

Monroy Flooring refinished my hardwood floor. They sanded the existing floor and restained the floor with a custom color. The final result was a beautiful floor. They are hard working professionals and true craftsmen. Something that is hard to find in this day and age! The original floor was a red mahogany installed in the early 2000s. Rudy removed all of our existing flooring and installed unfinished oak solid hardwood flooring. He stained and put 3 coats of the clear coat. His pricing included the installation of the flooring and the installation of new baseboard and base shoe. The floors look great. Rudy showed up every day and finished the job on time. I recently got my maple hardwood floors repaired, refinished by the Monroy team of experts. The whole process start to finish went really smooth.I didnt think my floors could be repaired as they were extremely worn and scratched, scuffed and rotted. However, now it really looks like I have brand new floors, in a beautiful new stain color that brought my floors into this century.You could really tell that this Father and Son team and their crew has a passion for hardwood, and took 0 shortcuts to get the job done right. They also used pet friendly, kid friendly products, which I really appreciated.
