Aside from pharmacist Melvin and the two young male techs, the other staff working here are useless. I called multiple times and was told that my prescription would be ready for pick up today. I decided to drive over 30 minutes before closing to pick up my medication. Apparently now the Pharmacist is deciding to put a HOLD on customers medication. This was not relayed over the phone. This is not coming from the Doctor. I have been using this pharmacy for 4 years and use good insurance. A controlling pharmacist deciding to hold back medication from somebody is crazy. You do not get to control when I can pick up my medication. I will be reporting this pharmacy to Jewel Osco corporate as well as the State. Ridiculous.

Before you review this pharmacy...make sure you have a reference point from other local Naperville/Aurora drug stores.Typical Naperville pharmacy service makes the low SES CVS locations in Humboldt Park look like the Mayo Clinic!Don't believe me? Send a script to the Walgreens on Raymond and let me know which MONTH they find your script. And that's if they don't just put you on hold only to hangup after you wasted 30 minutes of your day... (I wouldn't say anything if it was once)I tried 4 pharmacies before landing on this one. You will be happy with service unless you run into the Nigerian-Naysayer (aka. the early morning black man from Nigera with less personality than the taste of warm water).All-in-all, best around. Thanks Osco and thanks to everyone who makes the place run right.P.S. Fire the impersonal depressing sociopath that clearly makes your staff and customers VERY uncomfortable and unhappy.P.S.S.
