My wife and I are so happy to find Hollywood Feed. They have an amazing selection of quality dog foods at fair prices and their staff are exceptionally knowledgeable about the benefits of each. Makenna walked us through the different brands and varieties until we found the perfect food for are cherished fur-baby. The manager Sam was so pleasant to talk with and was there to assist with additional questions about flea and tick prevention. Thanks Hollywood Feed 😊

Hollywood Feed in Aurora is the only place I will shop for our puppy Bo . He was 8 wks and a rescue when we adopted him .After noticing some digestive concerns w/him I realized I needed to switch his food to something better than what the rescue had him eating .I went online to research and seriously became a bit distraught over the huge debates online about what is the best food best ie: grain free, freeze dried, frozen raw , kibble w/choice grains etc - even veterinarians disagreeing w/one another. Each vet or dog owner relaying huge success stories and equally horrific stories w/various types .I went to Hollywood feed to talk to workers about my puppy issue and see what may have helped other customers .The employees were so helpful and knowledgeable. Lifesavers . I listened and made a decision . Within a matter of a few weeks switching to a better quality food every single digestive issue went away . They have a great price match policy , but also return policy as well (Bo doesn’t like chicken) . Now that we have settled in on one certain brand that Bo likes we even get a nice savings every 12th or 13th purchase of that particular brand.We love all the workers and seriously every shopping experience is met with friendly , kind workers .Theresa W.

This place is the best! I've never walked in and not been greeted immediately. The workers all recognize me(vice versa) and we talk. On top of that they are all so kind and helpful. I highly recommend coming to a place like this instead of big name pet store because it's a nice sense of community along with great prices on things. The workers here have shared their own experiences and what products they used for their dogs to help me with problems I've had with my dog and didn't know what to do. Absolutely love this store.

My pets have never been healthier!! They have the best suggestions for the raw food diet I feed my 2 cats & 1 dog. My friend even got a bunny & the sales person there just happened to be a rabbit expert & helped us get everything needed. All of the employees know my dog & ask about her if I don’t bring her shopping. In simpler words this place is amazing!!

I personally really like this pet shop brand. It’s a little smaller than the ones carry Hollywood Feed store name, but this one is more like a pretty high quality boutique store. I was able to find a very comfortable dog pet that’s made in Canada, although it’s over $100 but it really feels very different, and I’ve been looking in many places but was never able to find something has this solid quality. And they also carry some very good snacks are have simple ingredients, that’s very essential for me to find treats made out of clean ingredients, and they definitely have a good selection of that. There’s also a grassy area across the parking lot, my dog had a lot of fun going here!

She was very nice and helpful in explaining how everything works 😀! We have 2 rescue dogs that we adopted at 11 weeks they are now 4 yrs old my husband shattered his ankle last yr putting us about 9 months behind in bills And now he was forced to take a early retirement this yr so this will be a big blessing we love are dogs so much ❤ this will help to keep us together!! She was amazing and very understanding did not make me feel embarrassed at all for having to ask for help 👍this would be a wonderful place to donate to !

From the moment we walked in we knew we were in the right place. The customer service is excellent and they have been able to make great suggestions for our new puppy as I have not been a dog owner in many years.So far all products we have purchased have been a cut above the rest! We ran out of disposable puppy pads while waiting for the reuseable pads we ordered online to get here and they were much more durable than the pads purchased at the chain pet store. Our puppy also LOVED the venison treats they offered him.

They are always great to talk with and can answer any questions I have had. They treat people great. They have a rewards card and a punch card. They even have a self service pet wash. Absolutely amazing place. Focuses mostly on dog and cat, as most small pet stores are. They carry much higher quality foods than your typical stores. Even have a great selection of raw foods. If you're a person who really wants the holistic or organic foods, they have a pretty decent selection here as well.

I have been a customer for over a year now, every time I enter the store someone is offering a warm welcoming and always is offering their guidance an knowledge, I’ve also used the bath tubs which have everything you could possibly need for a GREAT price. What actually prompted me to leave a review is, I bought a “Tuff toy” rated 8 out of 10, now I typically stick to only one brand... I thought I would try a new one but my dog ripped it open within a hour. When I brought it back to see if there’s anything they can do they just told me I’m welcome to pick out another toy or have a refund, so I went to the typical brand I’ve been using, all and all this locations management training and staff is killing it!!! Made it so easy and great customer service! 10/10

Love this place! So welcoming and a great selection of all pet products. Nice frequent buyer program. Clean, well-located and great hours. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Fair return policy. So great to have this store located so close to home. Lots of parking, too. Can't go wrong here.
