I absolutely love this store ! I find it hard to go in and not spend $100+ , but not because the prices are crazy high, just because they have so many incredibly good quality items for my puppy and I want all of it ❤️ such a good supply of all the best foods, supplements, toys, etc. Not to mention, they have a groomer on site. Her name is Rachel, I'm pretty sure? She is always so sweet with my puppy. She comes back her appointments, all clean and soft and smelling good. They bathe her, clean her ears, clean her teeth, they do a nice paw treatment for her, and they file her nails soo perfectly. Thank you to everyone at Healthy Pet ! 💗

Hello beautiful people, I wanted to share with you my Excellent experience at the Healthy Pet Store in Aurora. My family has a Fur Baby White American Bulldog that has many Allergies. This pet store is by far the most accommodating pet store for all our fur babies that have a sensitivity to every day brands. We drive from Freeport Illinois to get our pets food. They have a wide variety of options for all fur babies. Please see my photos to show some of the amazing products they offer to All. They even offer obedience classes. There's a rest room in the facility for our young little ones complete with changing table. The facility offers a brand of dog food called Farmina which is an all natural brand of dog food. I also want to let you All know that they have a rescue kitty named Scully if anyone is interested in having a very Loving cat for a companion. He is so loving and waiting to find his Forever Home. I pray you all have the Best experience as myself and please let's find Mr. Scully his a real Home. Bon appetit to All the Amazing Fur Babies in the World 😁

I have a dog with lots of allergies. They helped me with a mail in test that told us what he is allergic to. They also carry the raw diet food that will be best for him. Love there selection of treats.

I have always loved this store. From the special doggy baked goods to the healthy treats, they are fantastic. I also appreciate that if you purchase something and it is recalled, they will contact you. Great items, great staff!

I absolutely adore this store. I live close to Chicago, but everytime I have a reason to go any where near the store, I stop in. Staff is super knowledgeable, and there is so much variety! It is great for people that feed a more natural diet. It is also a great store to explore novel proteins if your pets have allergies.

I went into Healthy Pet yesterday looking for a new food for my two special needs pups. Their vet advised that they lose some weight which would make it easier for them to get around. Megan is a paraplegic, Popcorn is a puppy mill survivor with a deformity to his front legs. I spoke to Nicole and she was wonderful! She didn't suggest the most expensive foods in the store and in fact, I came home with one that was a third of what I thought I'd be spending. She also gave me a bunch of samples and a safer alternative to one of the supplements my vet prescribed for them. Being disabled, my pups do need a variety of supplements and I think Nicole knows more than my vet does in that regard so we'll be going back for more soon. Switching my dogs from a canned food to a dry kibble, I was concerned they wouldn't eat it. They wolfed their new food down! I couldn't be happier. Thanks, Nicole!

Love this store!! I love the fact they have Health Extension dry dog food here, and to those who know, they don't sell it anywhere close by, so thank you!!! They have so much space to walk through with your furry baby and the cashier was super friendly! Thank you for recommending the barktober candle! Definitely coming back!!

We went in looking to get more info on raw food for our dog who has allergies. We were overwhelmed by the options available. Danielle saw we were overwhelmed and helped us navigate to options and suggested we do a home pet intolerant test to see exactly what he is allergic to instead of buying expensive food that he may not be able to eat. We are so glad we went in. The store has a huge option of foods toys treats etc for all pets.

I have shopped at this store since it opened. I buy dog food for my two dogs, food and litter for two cats. Treats, toys, clothes, everything. I decided to try out their grooming services. Big mistake. I was told my tiny little dog would take three hours to groom. I went ahead and booked the appointment, understanding she would be ready by a certain time. I had plans for later that afternoon, so when I didn’t hear from them by the agreed time, I called. I was told my dog will not be ready for another hour or two because “another dog had to be ready before her”. I went and picked up my dog, because I had to be somewhere, she was half shaved, no bath, nothing. Meanwhile, I had paid full price. I was in a hurry so I told the groomer I would call to make an appointment to finish her. When I called back, the girl offered me two options of times neither of which I could do. I asked for the next weekend day, and I was told that I would have to pay full price again if I brought her in then. I called the store and left a message for the manager and no one ever called me back. For the price of a groom, they have lost a customer for life.

took my puppy there around 1 picked him up just a few minutes ago, and you should see him so cute and adorable. hes nice and clean now. they trimmed off some areas I was unable to do and trimmed his nails as well as clean his ears all for $30.00. prices vary depending on the size of your dog and or type, overall nice friendly staff good experience. #cute and friendly ❤

This is the first time in 8 years that I have something negative to say. I am very disappointed in the service that we received. My Maltese mix did not do well after the his last grooming visit. Something got into his eyes and he couldn't open them for at least 24 hours. We called back shortly after we brought him home to see what happened and if they could suggest something to help and they told us to send pictures and the manager would call us the next morning. Needless to say. She did not. My husband call after work to talk to her and someone told us she was on maternity leave and has been for a while. He then asked to speak to someone in charge and there was no one available. They told us someone would call. It's been over a week and no one bothered to contact us.WE WILL NEVER GO BACK. THEY HAVE LOST US AS CUSTOMERS!

Their friendly and knowledgeable staff have helped me with many of my pups most challenging issues including calming and allergies.My latest senior pup Chaz says go! It's his favorite store. 😁

I have been taking my dog her for a while and they always do a great job! I took my other puppy for his first appointment here and he did get a razor burn unfortunately :( but that was only one not so great experience out of Many years of going here, so it’s overall pretty good! I definitely recommend Tina, she is very patient and always leaves my dog looking very nice! Their prices are also not too bad considering the size and length of fur :)

Great place for quality pet products at an affordable price. Most of the products you'll find here have tons of positive online reviews. Plus, you'll be able to find products that a lot of big-box pet stores don't carry.I have also personally used their grooming services for the past year and every experience has been great for my pup and always ends up looking great.The staff is one of the best parts of this place. You can tell they're all animal lovers. They all genuinely get excited about every four-legged friend that comes through their doors. They also have been extremely helpful by answering any questions I may have on various products or services they offer.Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place if you're looking for high quality pet products that can't be found in big-box stores that is also run by extremely friendly and helpful staff.

Great place to get pet supplies for cats, dogs, and small critters. The staff is very knowledgable, friendly, and accommodating. If you're furry friend has a special diet, Healthy Pet carries a variety of minimal ingredient meal options including raw options as well. They have tons of health and grooming products, toys, accessories, and more. You can also schedule a grooming appointment for your pet or diy.

Phenomenal groomers and staff.UPDATE:I just took my dog again to be groomed. Seriously.. This is the best she's ever looked!! I'm so grateful for the amazing groomers there!!!! I highly recommend this place over Pet Supplies groomers or any other place. My dog loves them to boot :)

This place and its people have become a staple to my precious pup's life. They'll even help keep track of weight and growth. Definitely recommend the super easy sign up with them to get frequent coupons and perks on bags of pet food.

This place is the best!! They’re always super helpful when you call in. We have 2 dogs (a senior and a 7month old pup). I’ve taken the older dog there to use their wash station which is great and such a great price. Both dogs have a specific diet and when I asked about a certain food for the pup, they started carrying it for me. The older dog requires some CBD and joint supplements since she has arthritis and they always have what we need. We love to support local too so we really only go there for our supply needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Love this store! Great selection of food and pet health products, and the prices are good too. I don’t get pushed to buy things like at other similar stores. One thing though, please make sure all your employees wear a mask.

I would love to shop at the store for all my pet needs but every time I come here they don’t have what I’m looking for… Cat food, litter, no today it’s birdseed. I think that this store is just for dogs.

Was rather disappointed last month when I called to verify walk in nail cutting hours and 15 minutes later when I got there, a “no grooming today” sign was being put up. The time before that when I went to get my dogs nails cut, we came in 30 minutes after grooming had opened and the groomer wasn’t ready and told us to wait 15 mins for the nail grinder to charge. We used to love coming here, but the last 2 times have not been a good experience.

We LOVE coming to Healthy Pet! When I ask my puppy if she wants to go shopping she knows we're in for a good time. The staff is so friendly and they have a birthday program you can sign your pets up for. They have a huge selection of treats, toys and anything else you could need for your furry or feathered friends. Some of the toys can be a bit pricey, but they have tons of options. While we haven't used it yet, they do also offer grooming services here.

Wide selection of treats and foods. Was able to finally find a treat one of my cats will eat she is so picky, the other less picky. Better scratching box prices then normal stores. And found two new collars out of their extra small dog collection that my cats liked. They choose their own collars after i got them home and woofed down on the treats. And have enjoyed them almost every day since.

Great selection of pet products and services (grooming) in a convenient location. Healthy pet may be more expensive than big box stores for your pet's needs, but the products they carry are high-end in comparison and their customer service is incomparable. Also, their groomers have always done a great job on our dogs, we've taken 4 different dogs there over the last 6 years.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the help you have provided us in properly feeding out dog. She has poor functioning kidneys and the vet suggested a prescription food. When I called you to ask if you offered the item you suggested a raw and natural food diet. While our dog will never be cured, the changes in her are dynamically different. She also gets so excited when she sees any of us preparing her meals now. She would most likely write a thank you card if she could. Plus the automatic orders and local delivery is a blessing! Having a toddler and remote learner at home doesn't allow me the opportunity to go to store much these day. So thank you for the awesome service you provide our community.

When first walking in, it is a little overwhelming just how many unfamiliar products there are to choose from. The staff here is super helpful though and you can tell truly are "animal people". Much like myself. The range and quality of the products that line the shelves here is actually quite impressive once you get over the unfamiliarity of not being in a big box store. I must also mention prices - WAY less than I expected. Competitive even! This place is definitely worth checking out with you're a pet parent that wants the best products for them.
