The product was better than I expected. One of the ten units in the package came broken but the broken part was serviceable enough to be used in a limited way.I placed the order with an incorrect ship to address. There is no way that I could find to correct the error on their website automatically. The company eventually corrected the address after two emails from me requesting a change.

To send it back they charge a 30% restocking fee and I pay the return shipping. They also wanted me to ship in the original container which was 2x larger than necessary and all broken up. Because of their return policy I will not order from them againl

Called to cancel order and sales associate said the order had shipped already. Asked for tracking order and it wasn't available. Received tracking confirmation 36 hrs after I had tried cancelling.Refused delivery of items so will see how hard it will be to get a refund. Willing to pay shipping but if Hardware & Moreee drag there feet on this I will be forced to let my Credit card company resolve it. If that becomes the case they won't even receive shipping charges.

The shelf brackets I ordered where excellent but not the solution to the project I thought they would be. Because of the shipping and restocking fee I gave them to my neighbor as retuning them wasnt worth the money. Read the return policy well before ordering online
