Hands down the best groomer around. I have a small poodle mix with terrible anxiety. He hates going places and even more hates grooming. But he loves going to Hairy Beast Dog Pawlour. It is hard to find a groomer that works with him as he is not an easy pup to groom and can get a little nippy with past groomers. Not here. He gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and can't wait to go inside for his grooming. He always looks great afterwards. Everyone here is so nice and really takes care of your fur babies.We were forced to find a new groomer when we moved to Aurora and I was worried about finding someone that will take the time and work with my feisty boy. I had no need to be worried. From the very first visit they were kind and you could tell that your pet is in great hands. We shave my boy close, and he always looks great after. No red irritated skin or razor burn. We LOVE Hairy Beast Dog Pawlour!

Go for it if you want to gamble with your dog’s looks. First visit was great, the second visit no less than an apocalypse. My pup had much less matted hair the second time around but the groomer put that forth as an excuse to completely shave off all body hair. Our pup was unrecognizable. The groomer spent just a couple of hours on my pup as against 5 hours in the previous visit. Absolutely lack of professional commitment to do a job for they were paid a big amount. Would never ever go back there again.THE PARLOR CAME BACK WITH USELESS EXPLANATIONS COVERING UP THE DISASTER THAT THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR. BELIEVE WHAT THEY SAY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Brought Rufus in for grooming and gland expression. Great location for downtown Aurora. There is parking in front of the store, so you don't have to park on the street. Pricing is great and didn't take long at all. Will definitely be coming back.

Loyal customer since 2020 I have 2 Bernedoodles and they never hesitate going into this Pawlor. My Beasty has very curly hair and gets matted fairly easy so this last appointment we took him in and we were prepared for our dood to come home shaved, in the past we have expressed to Hairy Beast our concerns when he gets shaved Beasty gets very depressed and won’t eat or play and they did everything they could to keep him at a comfortable length and we couldn’t appreciate this enough! Beasty & Soldier love this place they get treated like family! Oh and I can’t forget to mention the adorable pictures after their appointments!! Thank you Hairy Beast for taking such great care of my doods!!

We absolutely LOVE this magical grooming pawlour! We took our two dogs there for the first time today and were very impressed with the beautiful space and overall cool vibe of the shop. The owners gave a very warm welcome to all of us, explained pricing and procedures, and were super friendly and professional. We felt very comfortable leaving our dogs in their hands. I was thrilled with how absolutely clean and adorable they looked when we picked them up!! Love this business! They're incredibly passionate about what they do and it shows in the way they treat and handle each animal. I have one dog that is extremely anxious and this is the only groomer that's been able to successfully trim all of his nails. It's personal for them so they get how personal your pet is for you. And their attention to detail spans beyond the care for each pet into the experience they create in their shop. Definitely recommend.

The shop is so charming and there are lots of unique collars, bow ties, and more to pamper your pooch.We are always treated like royals when we arrive at this parlor. The best groomers that my dogs have ever had! My dogs look and smell better afterward than with any other groomer. They also notify me if anything needs attention. There is genius in all of parlor decor, especially the self-done backdrop paintings. It's also no small feat to maintain a five star rating with hundreds of fussy customers, not to mention receiving all the awards that they most assuredly have deserved. They even presented me with a comforting gift after one of my beloved dogs passed. It doesn't get better.

My two 75-lb dogs are not easy to work with and hate getting their nails done. I started going to Hairy Beast last year and love it- Josue & Veronica are the nicest people. They always remain calm, build a relationship with the dogs, and work together to ensure a high quality grooming job. They go above and beyond and do a phenomenal job at a reasonable price. We love Hairy Beast!

I wish I could recommend this place for your pup to get a hair cut however, I would say to look elsewhere. I took my puppy here after numerous friends highly recommended them. Their customer service is good and they are kind and seem to handle the dogs with care.. however the actual quality of the cut is not great. My pup came home with a very uneven and choppy cut. They did fine at getting rid of her “grinch fingers”, she smelled good and nails were trimmed.. but I just can’t recommend them after the way her cut looked. A friend of mine recently brought her dog there and had a similar experience of the same choppy uneven cut. If my pup needs a bath or nail trim I might stop in, but I unfortunately won’t be bringing her back for a haircut specifically.

I love this place so much! Today was my first time taking my dog Fawn. She was a little nervous at first. She hates the blow dryer but the workers said she did amazing with it which I was happy to hear. She came out smelling amazing and looked happy as ever! I will definitely be coming back! Josue is great at making our pups feel comfortable. He does a great job and is always available for a walk in nail trim. He handles our 100+ lb dog amazingly. And Veronica is so sweet! Would recommend this place 100 times over.

Both my dogs went 1 got a face trim with bath and the other just a bath and they both got nails done. They certainly home clean and happy and they stills.ell great today. Highly recommend them for your dog grooming needs.

Love love love this place!! They always have open slots with 1-2 weeks and can actually groom double coated dogs. My dog, an Akita, actually SMILES during her bath. And I love that they do a mini photo shoot with season themes!

Really an outstanding groomer that loves what they do, engages with the dogs immediately and takes pride in their work. We had our grand dog (Australian Labradoodle) with us and we were able to get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame. We would return in a heartbeat if he was with us all the time. This will be our "go to" groomer when he visits for any extended period of time in the future.

Wonderful owners! Took the time to get to know me and my dog. I am here from out of town and they did their best to work with me to schedule an appointment and get information from my vet about my dog being up on her shots. A well deserved 5 star rating! Definitely recommend this quaint little groomer!
