I purchased a puppy one year ago and was very happy with the experience at the time, however at 6 months old (3 months after purchase) we noticed our puppy constantly walking into walls and chairs. We took her to the vet, who sent us to an animal eye specialist who determined that our 6 month old puppy went blind due to degenerative retinal vascular blood flow. We contacted this store multiple times over the previous 6 months explaining the situation and hoping to be compensated for the specialist bills, but every time we have called the employees told us that they will speak to a manager or the owner and get back to us. After 3-4 calls with the same promise, we still have never been contacted. I would avoid this establishment, especially due to the price, and try and find a reputable breeder. This Is a picture of her 8 months after we got her staring at a counter because she hears us but cant see us, and some photos oh her trying to look at me when she obviously cant see me. The only blessing is that our vet said they would have probably put her down if we didn’t purchase her before they realized she was blind.

I can’t be thankful enough of the great service and the time that the team at Furry Babies Aurora invested in me and my new Golden doodle. Issa, one of the amazing sales rep took the time on multiple meetings to help me find not only the perfect breed but also the perfect puppy for me. Chai and I are at home for now a few days and the transition was smooth due to all the goodies and supplies provided for my dog. I highly recommend their expertise and help. We will go visit soon!

Doing an update a year later: I got my frenchie from here he was pricey but I wouldn’t change him for the world! I love him so much! He’s super healthy and energetic never had any problems so far! He just turned one a month ago and been acting like a bad teenager that’s my only complaint 😂Old review: Izabel was amazing very friendly and nice, I just purchased my first frenchie I’m very happy, the process was simple and easy to adopt a puppy! I highly recommend anyone looking for a puppy to come here!

A friend of mine told me about this cute puppy store in the mall..I had never heard of it before. I went into this cute store this past Sunday and was so impressed with the wonderful service I received from the ladies that work there! The owner of this cute store Jessica was so friendly, helpful and so informative! When speaking with Jessica I could tell that she really loves and cares for the puppies. And that she has the best interest for the puppies and the customers that come in...in finding them the perfect home.Also what impressed me was how pretty the store is set up...mostly Pink! A beautiful Valentine's display was set up in the front of the store.But let's talk about the puppies...they are all so precious and what a wonderful variety of puppies!! If you have not stopped by yet...you should go!!

Smelled strongly of bleach and I looked at what product they used to clean the little cribs they are in and sure enough it’s bleach. Some of the puppies eyes where red. They should use puppy safe products since it’s known bleach isn’t good for them to breathe in… I left there feeling so bad for the puppies.

Very attentive and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and were willing to show us multiple puppies when requested. They took our listed wants and found multiple eligible puppies. Plus, we left the store with a lovely little floofer.

Just got our mini poodle from here, staff was so helpful and friendly, walked through every step of the process. Gave us all her information off the bat and answered any questions we had. Plus they let us spend plenty of time with Prada so we can get to know her and make sure she was a good fit for us. Definitely recommend coming here!

We just went in to look at some puppies with no intention of buying one but after talking with Kayla, she explained to us throughly the whole of process of purchasing a dog thru them. She let our children play with Teddy and told us all about his history and what to expect with a little puppy. Kayla provided us with great customer service and gave us a new family member :) we will be forever thankful for her!!

We got our new baby from these guys and wow! I was really impressed and how everything was handled and how my baby was prepared for when we showed up. :) All the babies cages are really clean. The babies are all happy. I love my baby so much. You guys are so awesome thank you again.

They look like they needed more help there but they were extremely friendly. We did like that. There was not too many restrictions which made our trip enjoyable to see the puppies and play with a puppy that my family liked a lot. But I knew that I would have to take care of and.I would have chose a different one.. If they had the one that I like...

poor puppies. dont ‘shop’ in this puppy mill!! I pet one of the babies and all i felt was bones and fur. Some of them are so skinny and they arent properly cared for. The shop smells like pee and cleaning supplies, that cannot be good for them. All the puppies look so sad and i doubt they get enough attention from the staff, so why not let us pet them and give them some love? You should not support businesses like this.
