How disappointing for a pharmacy to be so unprofessional when they are supposed to be helping people. After calling half a dozen pharmacies, this location claimed to have my son’s medication, that we needed urgently. After not hearing back for 24hrs we attempted to call them, even sitting on the phone for TWENTY MINUTES worth of ringing. Moral of the story, they lied and never had the medication, they didn’t even attempt to fill it, nor could they have taken the time to call and let us know.

I have been to this cvs for weeks, maybe even a couple months, and they haven’t stocked the drink section this entire time. I have a specific drink I get with caffeine and it has been out of stock for a ridiculous amount of time. And every time I ask someone if they know when it gets restocked they say they don’t know or that it’s the drink company’s job. Honestly? Call the drink company then and GET THEM OUT HERE.

Stay away from this particular pharmacy, Bree who works at the pharmacy was very rude over the phone. Very unprofessional and not caring at all about the patients problem.I never had such a bad experience with any other CVS.

Cvs pharmacy was a joke today, Brian the pharmacist works the pace of a snail and when people are in pain he wants to be immature and act clueless when they have all my info and details .My experience at this cvs was the worst I ever had at a pharmacy. Don't plan on goin back or referral to anyone.Thanks those at Walgreens with better customer service.

In terms of the minute clinic, it was a bad experience. I arrived at 11:40am with my sick 9 year old daughter. During check in I didn’t realize I needed an appointment for an “immediate care” type of facility, but the kiosk offered me a 12:20pm appointment. I took it and went to sit in our car so my daughter could be more comfortable and to lessen her exposure to others. We re-entered the clinic at 12:15 and checked in at the kiosk to confirm we were there. Another woman came in after us and checked in. I asked her for her appointment time and she said she also had a 12:20pm. At 12:35pm she was called back and my daughter and I were not even acknowledged by the PA or NP. There is no one to speak with in the clinic nor call on the phone to ask questions to. It was my first time trying to use the service but was just really disappointing. At no point while we were in the pharmacy did anyone ask if we could be helped with anything. We got up to leave and because I myself worked for a pediatrician for 25 years I thought the right thing to do was to cancel our appointment. The kiosk confirmed it was cancelling my 12:20 appointment and even sent me a text confirmation. It was like a bad joke.

This place is an absolute joke. The pharmacy is atrocious: it took 4 separate visits for me to actually get my medication since it seems their system tells them something completely different daily.This is not the first time I've had to come back on a different day because the information provided to me by one worker is claimed to be incorrect by the next worker upon the next visit per the information given by the first.They ask for your information, but then just stop listening to you because they think they have your profile, then tell you you're wrong about your medication when they've pulled up the wrong profile.The Minute Clinic doesn't have anyone staffing it and their kiosks don't work. I couldn't even tell you what the actual service is like because there's no one there to provide service.Perhaps it's this location. Perhaps it's all CVS locations. Either way, this place must have been created by evil scientists to see how long humans can endure incompetence. And I'm forced to go there thanks to my insurance.TL;DR - If you have a choice: Don't go here.

This place is atrocious. They never pick up the phone and walked in 3 times to the pharmacy just to find out the status of the prescription. They took 2 weeks to transfer the prescription from another pharmacy and took another 2 weeks to place the order. Its been more than a month now and I still dint get my prescription. I filed a complaint twice to the Corporate still doesnt work. I am planning to move to walgreens.

The most unprofessional Pharmacy staff ever witnessed. They confuse insurance payments and companies, they give wrong medication amounts, their customer service is awful, the little Indian pharmacist in the evening has a Napoleon complex, and doesn’t care about anything, but his own kind, maybe because they don’t complain, the Pharmacy tech and Clark are awfulIf you need medicine, go someplace else, it takes them forever, whether you’re inside or outside to even acknowledge you. . I wish there was a minus star system to give. I give them a -5.

t was a very pleasant visit at this CVS - Daniela was very friendly yet professional. She knows what customer service means and definitely a great ambassador for CVS. She went above and beyond trying to make the customer satisfied even though the store is minutes before closing she waited and I am not sure if she was scolded by the manager for doing so, I hope not. She is an amazing addition to this store! Very Pleasant and with a warm smile!

True story. Got a false positive test result at CVS MinuteClinic, 300 N Eola Rd, Aurora, Illinois, 60502. Then tested three times by a doctor, Walgreens and self within the following two days (including later in the same day) - all negative. Finally cured with prescribed antibiotics. Don't trust anyone's diagnosis except MDs.The nurse practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic stopped the test halfway, transferred the sample to another machine and redid the test without collecting a new sample. Well, I have a Ph.D. and I am familiar with scientific experiments. What she did was to falsify the data whether it was intentional or not. If one of my students did an experiment like that, I will definitely give him/her an F. Our society deserves better nurse practitioners.After giving a false positive result, she suggested going to the ER. Amazing!

Ordered online to pick up in store, 4 hrs later I had to call the store to find out why I had not received a notification that the order was ready. The order was not ready because nobody had picked up the items. Sorry CVS. Customer service used to be great at this store.

This Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. They get to know their patients and they genuinely care about you. Pharmacists have to deal with a lot, they are always busy, I do not think they get enough credit! If you need a pharmacy that goes above and beyond, this one is the one to try out.

Worst store. I very rarely go to CVS. Mostly I go to Walgreens. Based on my yesterday's experience with them, I will try not to go there ever. I was buying a few things and didn't have the CVS card. Usually, the cashiers have their own card to help such customers. This cashier did not do this and charged me $2.48 for something which could have been $0.99 if he could scan his own card.Plus, the doctor on this clinic was also worst. She failed my son's physical just because his grandfather died of cardiac arrest. He has been passing sports physical from DMG for years. I did not have insurance this month and therefor had to go to CVS to save some money for physical.

This CVS Pharmacy sucks! They never have the prescription your doctor sends in and tells you to have them send it to the South Eola location at the last minute! So then you have to wait even longer. Also, beware because once a pharmacist didn't know where my prescription was and claimed they sent it to south Eola and had me drive all the way there just to be told that it was at the NORTH Eola location. Which was verified by the same person who sent me to that location originally. She did apologize, but it was a waste of my time and gas!

Horrendous customer service. Got hung up on twice while on hold. Then visited in person to see what the deal was. The blond girl with glasses just sat there on her phone while I was standing waiting to be helped. Never come here!

Love CVS, the pharmacy and associates and the Extracare discounts. We wish we could use our discounts on sale items especially the 40% discounts because its per item and not the bottom line. I ask you all to rethink this. Thank you all.

Customer service is sorely lacking. The workers look disheveled with their shirts untucked and dirty. Manager Shawn clearly doesn't take customers complaints about the attitude of Eileen seriously as he himself was very confrontational. Will be avoiding cvs at all cost. Cross the street to walgreens!

worst cashiers! worst attitude! every now and then I have a nice one. but Eileen is the worst of them all. I hate going there unless i really need to. It just so happens it is the closest to my job and I only get a 30 min break. Ugh! they act like people are wasting their time always irritated to do their job!

Safety dividers at the checkout, Disinfecting the places and all safety measures are being taken care over here. And minute clinic is one of the best service they give along with the wide range of medicine available in the store.
