I have been coming here for 9 years, I don't think any of the staff at this location has been anything but kind and accepting to me and my family and others in the neighborhood. The staff through out the years that i have been coming here has always been kind to my little brother and just children in general. It feels like when you step into that 7-Eleven that the staff truly cares about you and how your day is going and never get tired of their job and take it out on customers. They always offer you a bag and have a wide variety of chips, candy, beverages, ice creams, road trip essentials, coffee, SLURPEES/ICEES, and always have a great attitude.Although many people may have had bad experiences with staff, you should not take it personally, and put yourself in their shoes. Some may not know how to speak english or have had a hard day at the store dealing with all kinds of people and issues. We never know what is going on, on the inside but they still show up and do their job well.Although many could have had issues with the food such as coffee or rollers, that is not normally the employees fault, and if your looking for good quality coffee go to starbucks or dunkin across the street.The coffee is fine and drinkable but it is still gas station coffee so don't have too high of expectations and then complain when they were crushed. This 7/11 makes everyone feel welcome and on a nice summer or spring day with friends and family at least one of us ask "do you want to stop at 7/11".

The cashier asked me to put my phone number for my points but I'm not a rewards member she was ok then I saw on the screen that I had 1400 points I was confused but guess what she put her phone number so she can have the points for herself that doesn't seems right to me but the way I was not interesting in the rewards program but why not ask if I was interesting intead of just using hers🤦‍♀️

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I came in to purchase 2 roller items that had a price shown of $1.29 each, or $2.29 for 2. I confirmed the price with the clerk. When she rang up the order, it was nearly $3. I asked about the discrepancy. She said it was tax. I looked at the screen again, and I had been charged $1.49 each (with some kind of discount). I pointed this out and asked for the correct price. She whisked the product away and put it on the other side of the counter and said she had to go by what the computer said, and what did I want her to do. I said I simply wanted the correct price for the purchase. She said "that's it. I'm not paid enough to deal with people like you. You need to leave." I asked for contact information for a manager and was told to Google it. Not sure what is happening at this location, but clearly customer service is not a priority.

I went to pay my boost prepay phone bill. They refused to process my payment here. the boost cards say pay at register( not a loadable card ). I was told they don't do that here and to go to the gas station across the street to pay my phone bill if it needs to be paid

Bought an item I buy all the time tasted terrible. When I called to explain the situation the clerk hung up on me will never visit this store again.

Great place most of my childhood revolves around riding up to this place with my buddies great service and great place lots of Choices in food and drink. They pretty much have almost everything you need.

Store hours are 8am - 6pm. Gas pumps are shut off as well

Open 24 hours posted. Clerk has doors locked at 10:45 pm. Completely unacceptable
