Everytime I come here I'm disappointed. I haven't been in 6 months and came back tonight. My "dipped" cone looked like it was dipped in chunky spit. My daughter even said...ew why is it yellow? It was supposed to be confetti dipped and it had no confetti but was instead partially covered with an off yellow nasty chunky...thing...we tossed it in the trash and I gave her my cone which was hilariously lopsided. Nasty per usual.

Ordered 5 cheeseburgers plain with only cheese among other things. Had to repeat it two times. Waited a good 25 minutes, and no one has been in front of me. Felt sorry for the one car behind me, we finally got our food. My daughter took one bite and it was fine the second bite not so much. We checked the rest and some had ketchup some had pickles and ketchup and one with all the condiments. Went to get back in line and no way I was waiting behind four cars that had just pulled in. When inside the first girl was very nice about it she apologized all over herself the second one who I'm assuming is some kind of manager even though she was on her phone for a little bit not as friendly I said look I can eat two of those I don't care whether I have the condiments but you have to make three of them because they do finally got my food went out told my daughter to check the top three because those would be hers and our dog they were fine get down to the two that I was being nice about saying I can eat them and I realize what the one that gave me was the one my daughter and I already ate a couple bites off of very nice will not be back love supporting local but not this one.

So my mom, daughter and I stopped into this restaurant for a bite to eat after watching my daughter play golf. Thankfully prior to taking a bite out of my cheeseburger, I noticed a cockroach that was smashed into the bottom bun 🤮 We all quit eating our food. The manager offered a full refund in the end. However, our family will not return.

Used to eat here once a week, but that last few times have not been a great experience. The last time, no clean tables in the entire resturant and only two tables had customers. We cleaned our own table before we could eat. The last few times, the young person behind the counter has had trouble getting the app to work. The gravy sold with the chicken strip meal was like water. Mostly kids working there now with no adults present. Not sure what has happened there but it has really gone down in quality. Not sure we will be back.

This specific DQ location hasn’t failed to disappoint me every single time. At this point, I’ve only gone back because it’s close to home. This location is like buying a Gucci belt from a ghetto gas station. You’re skimped on everything from ice cream toppings to fries. I almost wonder if this is even an official location, because they don’t use Dairy Queen specific utensils. I personally don’t care what color my spoon is but it’s quite strange. Maybe there could be actual improvement if the proper policies and procedures per the company itself were followed.

Have visited twice in the last couple of weeks both times getting a med Pecan Cluster Blizzard. First time got half way down and all that was there was ice cream. Figured it was a glitch. But low and behold the last one had less toppings than the first one. Do not normally complain but we are paying more and getting less.

I was passing through the area and wanted a chicken strip basket. I was greeted by extreme kindness from the beginning to the end. The service was impeccable. The crew was very pleasant! What stood out most was seeing that my hands were full and the offer to assist me to my car. I travel often and cross a vast of fast-food establishments so I can elaborate on “customer service”. The crew was made of a younger age group that showed clear appreciation of their job! I definitely will be back to receive 5-star style restaurant treatment.THANKS wholeheartedly for putting a smile on my face!

My wife and I have tried this place 5 times, and they have made mistakes on our orders every single time. It is unfortunate, but we will no longer be taking a chance on this location. I highly recommend double checking your order before you leave… It will absolutely be necessary, I promise.

Passing through. Long wait for really cold food which sat on counter for some time. Asked nicely for a French fry redo - return glance from counter gal was a glare of death without acknowledgement. Asked politely for ketchup as I thanked her for the fry redo - nearly threw them at me as she sighed. Kitchen seems to move in utter chaos. Recommend that all keep driving for lunch elsewhere. Reduce coolness of AC from 60 degrees to 70 & shift cost expense to training staff in process flow & customer etiquette. Buzz kill. However - while waiting - the PB parfait was awesome!

4/2022 4* Was a bit slow service. Only one in the store. Made me a shake. I asked where the whipped cream was. He said they were out! What? Got a store attached that could have gotten them Whipped cream probably. And even if they did not. Go get some! Or at the very least, tell the customer (preferably up front)! Don't just ignore. Poor service for a newer place.

This place has really gone down hill quickly. They charged me for gravy but didn't give me any gravy. When we called to ask about it, they said they were out. This has been the third time we've eaten here and been disappointed. We probably won't be back.

Awesome new Dairy Queen in Atlanta IL, one of the best around! All the ice cream selections and food is all made perfectly! The customer service has been outstanding every time! So glad to find a new Dairy Queen that is doing everything right! We will definitely be back!

Waited 30 minutes to see everything in bag had napkins wrapped around it. Had at least 30 napkins in my bag. I'm down for a joke but makes you not trust the business if they are going to pull pranks with your food. I ordered 2 burgers. Cheese curds, fries.

This place gave us the best food and all around experience we've ever had at any Dairy Queen location. It was my son Mason's 6th birthday. The entire staff went above and beyond to make it special for him. I wish I could post a picture of the birthday treat they brought him out after we finished eating the best meal we've had in awhile. It was huge, and they all even sang happy birthday to him. Thank you all so much. We live in Lincoln and we are super excited to have a Dairy Queen that serves hot food too so close to us.

Nobody here makes the same item the same as the next person. One time a blizzard may be a simple vanilla ice cream and candy bits (which is my preference), the next time it's some weird algamation of chocolate and vanilla with the bits and some flavors of syrup added in. I swear my last one tasted like cross contamination of strawberry flavors in my hodgepodge heath blizzard. This location is however pretty consistent in serving up disappointment. I've given them enough chances to impress me just once. I'm over it. You'd think with limited choices in a small town chains would do their best to make those locations stand out the most, in a good way at least.
