Richard has taken care of me for 23 years will always return home to his store to buy boots he never forgets who I am and we always catch up on the gossip of the times I won't forget the first pair of wings I bought went back too him told him this isn't gonna work he's like whats the problem kid I told him he's like let me take them to the boot vise and work on them come back and see me if they don't work unfortunately I was back Richard gave me a new pair and the rest is history guess they re-engineered heel cause they was having trouble highly recommend his shop if you in the market for your first pair or your 35th pair he attempts to the best of his ability to take care of his customers in hopes they will always come back the old roledex is a testament to that
