Our beloved dog passed away recently. Vet techs were great and probably the only redeeming quality of this place. But I would NOT recommend bringing your pet to this place! A day before, the dog was diagnosed with pneumonia. The main vet appeared very lazy saying “it could be a heart problem, and we could do an EKG but it would take hours to get the results back” sounding as if he didn’t want to do it. We were told if she (dog) got worse to bring her back. Well, she did, and what happened? He told us to keep her at home. She was also diabetic and was known to have glucose spikes when going into the vet office. However, the vet withheld that piece of information of her glucose going up. Then proceeded to say “if I didn’t think it was okay to give her insulin, I wouldn’t tell you to give her insulin” when we called cause she wouldn’t eat. Around 5am the next morning, she had passed. We called the vet over and over to try and prevent it and when she was gone we called again to share the news, he never called us back to say “sorry for your loss”. Rather he sent us the bill for her cremation BEFORE we picked up her ashes. In short, vet techs: great! Very understanding and doing anything they can to help. Main Vet: Insensitive, Lazy, only appears to be in it for the money.

All the vet techs are super sweet and very knowledgeable. I especially like Stacie. They clearly love any animal that walks through the door. The vet himself was very helpful. Encouraged and answered all my questions. My dog has been in to be spayed and to suture a puncture wound and even through all the pain, she still loves everyone in there!

Don't go here. They don't care about your pet. I called this AM because my elderly pet was ready to be let go. I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then told the soonest they could do "it" was 3 days from now. Always taken my pets to them and never had a complaint. They now seem indifferent. Luckily I'm in the healthcare business and know how to keep my pet comfortable until she passes or can be seen by AVC. No empathy or compassion on their part.
