I live in Elmwood and I meet my landlord here as it's a half way point for both of us. I've only been inside to buy a bottle of water and the second I stepped in the door 3 employees smiling and said welcome. The gal that checked me out was super nice and friendly asked if I had some sort of saver card which I didn't asked if she could sign me up for one & save me about 30 cents on my bottle of water and energy/protein bars. If I stay in this area I'll be more than happy to make the 10 or so miles trip to do my food shopping and the smell of the fried chicken was out of this world. I grew up in southern California so I rarely saw this type of grocery store. Wish I could remember the gals name that waited on me.

My favorite grocery store. They have what I need as far as groceries go. Fresh produce they have it. Fresh meat they got that covered too. Spices, milk, dry goods. Paper products if it is in a grocery store they have it. There is also a pharmacy located inside. They also have lotto and lottery. A decent selection of beer, wine, and other spirits. Staff is always super friendly and attentive. Very helpful too if you need to know where something is at they can help. Parking lot was just redone so it is super smooth.

Just wasn't friendly staff this time and normally everyone is. Guess we all have bad days but it was Thanksgiving so at least fake it. Never offered a savers card so 🤷‍♀️ I will drive the extra miles when we come up there and go to Hy-Vee's.

They are overpriced low quality products. Small cramped aisles but fairly well maintained, friendly employees. I'd rather travel 10 miles better groceries at better price. I guess you can say their prices are like a convenience store so I never buy too much here.

Sale items out of stock before or during weekend. Salespersons not helpful alot of times even rude when ask about sale items and empty shelves .Usual high prices , only way to shop is watch for sales or coupons . Another thing is green meat in the morning. All it would take is inspection of meat coolers night before or have one person from meat department at store opening . Nothing like going to the deli for carryout dinner items and find they're out of items and trying find that which you told company they could get at County Market and let down again .A exception are the morning managers, they are friendly as helpful as any persons in whole store . Management as far as prices and ordering inventory and making sure shelves are stocked for next days opening is rated POOR. No things have not changed !

Nice friendly people. Went to get a Fricks bone in Ham but they dont carry them all the time. Best ham I've ever had. Cooked for Christmas dinner. Next time will get 2 or 3 of them.

Great little hometown grocery store. Limited availability of specialty ingredients. It's great for staples and it's in town so you don't have to go 10-20 miles for them.

County Market is a great store and the people that work there are helpful and friendly. The ONLY problem with the store is they do not have enough people working in the evening and they have no supervision. However, they do their best and I will surely continue to shop there.

Not bad for a small-town grocery store. Has a few unexpected items for a smaller area, including gluten-free options. Meats are sold without saline solution, though no sausage is available without added MSG.

I have been shopping at County Market for over 28 years and love the small town friendly service. My hubby and I shop here once or twice a week. Today we want to thank Tammy in the bakery for the lovely marble rye bread,. Delicious!We love the Deli for Kretchmar ham or hard salami, also Shullsburg cheeses, like their baby Swiss & Colby Jack cheese. Their bakery always has lovely cookies and cupcakes, donuts, breads and muffins. Aways helpful and if you ask, they will try to get it for you. Last year they had baked old fashioned fruitcakes . And the produce department helps with our weekly fresh vegetables needs. Fresh lettuce, spinach, greens, cucumber, green pepper, onions, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, etc.🍅We tried their Lent special, the crab cakes were delicious. I had the dinner with eight shrimp, and my husband had the cod filet, came with Cole slaw and 2 sides. Very good.Try the new raisin pie in the Bakery Dept.Delicious.Nice store to do business with and we will be shopping here in the future, since we live in Farmington.

Its a nice little grocery store with great people however it is very pricey I paid 5 bucks fir a gallon of milk where walmart has them for 1.80. You definitely pay for the convenience.

While attempting to pay my DISH Bill yesterday, it became clear that you can't pay dish with 1/2 cash and the other half payroll check!After explaining to the office manager, Lenny Martini, my predicament, he offered to help me find a place to cash the check.This Work Horse of a Young Man got on his phone and called neighboring Banks and Grocery stores looking for a place to cash my check.Lenny Martini is a Good Man !After about 20 minutes of dialing, he found Kroger's in Canton would cash it for me.I found him to be an Exceptional Asset for ME, and in Doing so, an Excellent Employee for County Market !!Tammy Lindsari, Customer Service Manager, agreed with Me about Lenny : "He is a Good Man !"Both Lenny and Tammy were so Helpful and Appreciative of "Good Old Fashioned Kindness," I look forward to my Next Visit !They BOTH Impressed me so much, I made them "Honorary Italians !"You see...,It's Lenny Martin, Not "Martini." Very expensive prices compared to kroger or hyvee .I can't believe they are staying in business .you can drive to canton and pay for your gas and go out to eat at mcdonalds. This is driving from Farmington to canton and back and the money saved will pay for your gas and you can go out to eat.

I wanted to give it 5 stars but the pharmacy is not good . The rest of the store is great but the guy working in the pharmacy is very very rude and I had to go back twice. That was after I asked the first time for medicine for my mother and father
