Did the drive up they were extremely busy but Its towards the end of november so thats ok the guy that came out to bring my order was very helpful and friendly! a lot of room to park a lot of things inside to see definitely recommend this target the staff is very efficient and helpful in answering all the questions I had!!

My boyfriend paid for our (5) items at the self checkout. There are little signs that said "no cash transactions". We paid with a card, but out of habit, he accidentally hit the $20 cash back option. The machine wasn't equipped to give cash at the time so that was a problem. The attendant who helped us, greeted us by saying "Not to be a snot, but what is your people's problem? I mean how hard is it for you to read the sign? It says right here!" Then she called over another 2 attendants to help us and loudly again said, "He hit the cash back, even though it said in numerous places this is a no cash machine! I don't know how your could possibly miss it! Even though the sign is right there! You know, we've been doing this for months now."I mean, what the heck? We had a great experience until checkout. I did not appreciate being belittled at the checkout for our 5 stupid items. The other two attendants who came over did not do anything to stop the first attendants loud, snide comments. By the way, we are from out of town so the "we've been doing this for months" comment is irrelevant. I have never been treated with such disrespect at a retail store by an employee.At the end of the transaction they were able to take $20 out of the drawer. We apologized for inconveniencing the employee and left.

Similar to any other target store. You can order pickup or buys the store too. Selection of clothes should have been better

Arrived at my local Target just after they opened. Every single team member, I encountered, greeted me with a “good morning.” While I paused to look at a selection of items, a team member stopped to see if I need help. I do like shopping at Target, but it’s treatment like this that makes a real difference.

Love shopping here, it's organized, clean and efficient. Target has everything you need and want. I always find what I need with no problems! Self-checkout is fast and convenient. Target is always my go to with anything I need! I found so many treasures at this Target. Its great having it really close by, and I stop over often whenever I need something fast. Like this one as it's a nice size and always seems to be well stocked. I've always had friendly cashiers and employee. Target has a good quality products and great customer service. I've always had a good experience here.

We love this target its usually very clean an organized. And you can never go wrong with a starbucks during your time in the store. Also just found out you can get refills on your drink. This location always has what we are looking for.

As a hispanic living outside of Mexico I have a Mexican consular ID that is valid everywhere through the USA I've always used my ID to purchase things in target and never had it been an issue until now, I tried buying medicine for myself and once I showed them my I’d they didn’t bother to take a good look at it but instead said they need an us ID when that ID is given to every Mexican citizen outside of Mexico as a form of id and is valid for identification in the us, but they wouldn’t hear me out. Went to a different target and had no issues there. So I feel like the issue wasn’t the id it was because of my race.

The Store manager Will, came to service counter and quickly solved the problem with my return of an extended warranty I had purchased for a hover board I was returning!! His customer service skills and knowledge of this problem was OUTSTANDING!!! Target has a wonderful manager to its credit in Arltn. Hts. , Il!!! Lucky us!!!

Price match is no longer guarantee !!!I love my local target but tonight for the first time your associates refused to price match a hot wheels track set . With the excuse that it was out of stock at the near by Walmart so they couldn’t price match their price . This is ridiculous!! One of them was Daisy ; Daine or something like that . Hispanic lady . Looks like a new lady because I haven’t seen her before . Anyways what happened to price match Guarantee? I feel like Target let me down . I read the price match guarantee policy and it doesn’t mention anything about not price matching if competitor has the item out of stock!

This experience is based solely on a single target employee and by no means represents my experience with target as a whole. I came to this target at 9:30am looking for trading cards and was told a flat no they didn't have any at customer service desk. I pointed out someone else buying some(from another service desk employee) and she didn't have an answer and said everything we have is out on the shelves. On a whim I stopped back at 12:30pm and see 5 different people purchasing the stock they "didn't have". Inevitably the person before me bought the last of the stock I was seeking to purchase. The distributor did not stop back in the time frame, there was new stock on the shelves. The second person to help me was super nice and apologized. The first employee couldn't be bothered to do their job and was even rude about it. So now I have to buy something from scalpers who charge a huge mark up. Very poor customer experience. Should be a 1 star rating but the second employee was super nice and tried to be helpful and was apologetic about my experience..

This store front end manager tonight has very poor customer service with an attitude. There was a shelf sign when you buy two pouches of a certain cat treat you get a $5.00 gift card. After we paid we asked the checker where our gift card was. She scanned the item with her phone and said there is no deal like that. I said then why do you have 6 shelf tags showing that? She called over the front end “manager” who did the same thing. I ask can you have someone go and check the shelf. She did they said we were right. She didn’t even say sorry for the inconvenience until I asked for an apology for waisting our time and calling us liars. Wow what poor customer service. Don’t waste your time shopping this location.

As someone who has been desperately looking for a job i was given the opportunity to work here. NOT EVEN ONE DAY did I get to work. The HR department never called me and just sent an email giving me a set pay and a time to start. Nothing else. Extremely unprofessional. Still really needing the job, I hesitantly arrived the starting date. Only to be sent away. BY A MANAGER.(Amanda) I was told the WHOLE HR DEPARTMENT NOT ONE, THE WHOLE DEPARTMENT, was gone for excuses. Again I had to wait. This went on for a month of no communication. When I was finally given any information they dismissed that it was their fault from the very beginning and declared I was not going to take the job and set it so I declined the job. I have never felt so neglected and tossed aside every in any place I have worked and I didn't even start! I felt like a pawn in their big chess game, just another expendable piece that could be tossed whenever. I will make sure none of my friends, family, and etc come here. If the HR is poor imagine what other departments will be the same. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other targets. This one clearly doesn't take care of their own people who know what care they have for their customers.

When I was returning my items on 12/27/22, the cashier working at 18:40 named Marelis/Mavelis threw the items I was returning on the floor, stormed off, and asked someone to relieve her. I asked the employee who replaced her if something happened but he said he didn’t know anything. I even asked my daughter about what happened but she said she didn’t know either. I asked the employee what the cashiers name was but he didn’t know, so I called for the manager and asked for her name. The cashier was rude to me unprovoked and didn’t even give me an explanation as to why or even apologized for throwing my things in the floor.

Nicole the cashier deserves a major shoutout! She was extremely friendly and helpful. Not only did she make the little girl I was with giggle absurdly with absolute joy, she let her hand the total over and take the change, then hold onto her toy after checkout. You go, girlfriend! You made this little girls day!

Just want to share a positive experience I had at Target! Walked into the Eye Center as I was having an issue with my glasses ( a problem of my own making). Met Glen and he immediately offered to assist. My problem was fixed within minutes and Glen's attitude and demeanor brightened my day!

I ordered an LG soundbar from here a couple days ago. I left an hour after I ordered it, and by the time I got there they said it was out of stock, despite the fact that the transaction went through in my bank (ok my fault for not waiting for the email). So I decided to go see what other options they had. I went to electronics, and the item I ordered was sitting front and center on the shelf. I brought it to the front and they said the order was already cancelled. I asked if they could uncancel it and immediately got an attitude from the little girl with glasses at the service counter. I tried to explain that the charge was already in my bank and she made it very clear that my legitimate concerns were irrelevant. She said I could come back tomorrow after the money was back in my bank. I said "just put it through". She literally SCOFFED at me and walked away while her coworker dealt with me. I then had to argue briefly with her coworker about the "online only" sales price. This turned a purchase I have been looking forward to for a long time into a very sour experience. I have never had a worse experience with any company!

The register attendant wouldn't even put our merchandise in our reusable bag and was a Fitz. When the price came up wrong on the register we corrected her and she said that we were wrong and argued with us. I had to show her the tags and it was even her dept. that the items were from. The manager came over and didn't offer to do a price check on one item that had an incorrect replacement tag on it that was the same as the other 2 just in another color. We will not be returning to this Target.

Bad service experience at this Target today. All of the checkout lanes were empty of staff except one; that one checkout had two employees standing at it talking. I approached them to check out and they told me that only the self-checks were open. It's horrible customer service to ONLY have self-checks open, no opportunity to be checked out by a staff member. And why were there two employees just standing at a checkout talking? Why couldn't they check out customers? Rude and vile.

Worst customer service. I had an order for delivery to the car. The Target employee came out and demanded, while standing within inches of my car, that I roll down my window. She needed to tell me that I didn't notify press the "leaving home now" button soon enough. I wasn't complaining about waiting. Not sure what her problem was but definitely not following Covid distancing.

I usually have no problems at Target. However, this past time I was a self checkout and the machine stoped working and the young man that was supposed to help did not come over. So I moved to a different machine. Then promptly got yelled at by the employee, he was extremely rude to myself and a mother that was there at the same time. He should not be handling customers. I will not be returning to this location any time soon.

Terrible customer service at this location! Very unprofessional employees here! I asked for help at the guest checkout and a employee named Catrina was beyond rude! She refused to let me use my circle app number in the system. I left all of my items behind after receiving a unnecessary 10 min speech from her about how I needed to have the app on my phone to get the discount! She was mad because I interrupted her from her conversations she was having a chat session with a couple of other employees that were just ready to go home. I don't recommend going to this store at all besides that shelves were very empty out of stock on alot of items. Teach your employees how to treat customers! Or get rid of them! Unreal!!!

Communication at this location ( Arlington Heights) is horrible and the staff at the online order department are rude and condescending. Recently went in to pick up a Xbox series s console and was told the only way to get one is to order it online even though they had it in stock in the back and I was already in the store ready to buy it. The electronics department employee went into the back to check and make sure they had some in the back and he confirmed they did. After placing the order on line from the store, I proceed to the online pickup cash register to ask if I was able to get my order filled since I was already in the store ready to pickup and it was already paid for. They started telling me that it is a 2 hour wait while they prepare and fill the order and that there are people ahead of me that ordered items online. There was no indication on the app that this was an online order only and I tried to explain that to the manager but they were not interested at all. The first manager told me that there were 45 orders ahead of me. I waited 30 minutes and came back to check on the status and the next shifts manager told me that there is no way they can tell how many people are in front of me ( either the first manager lied to me or this manager was lying to me) I was told in a rude and disrespectful way to either wait 2 hours or come back. I asked if they could at least tell me if I am guaranteed to receive the Xbox series s and was told condescendingly yes. I left to go home and wait for the email, within 15 minutes I received an email that my order was cancelled. I found another location in Palatine that filled my order within 1 hour and I had the console in hand. Very disappointing customer service and I do not recommend the Arlington Heights location.

A whole time I was at the cashier, the cashier and the other employee were bad-mouthing about one of their workers' frequent absence and I, the customer, was basically ignored. No "hello, how are you?" or no "thank you for shopping". It's okay to talk about the problem they have, but absolutely not when whey are dealing with the customers. Very bad manners of them.

Remodeled and organized.Great customer service, good music, and clean modern bathrooms.However the clearance is on a delay at this newer store so the prices may be a bit higher at this location but you can actually find what your looking for and for that I will pay more and day.
