I love this place!!! The staff is super friendly and so caring! All of the staff is awesome, sometimes you just want to stay and talk with them for hours! Very clean and spacious facilities as well. I was so nervous when taking a weekend trip and leaving my pup there, I had upgraded him to the luxury suite to make sure he would be comfortable. When I was dropping him off the staff told me there was a live web cam!!! So I can check on him if I missed him too much. 110/10, I recommend them highly!!!!!

Our 7 year old rescue dog had very severe separation anxiety when we adopted her in November 2023. We needed to find a solution so my husband and I could both be gone from the house at the same time. We are so happy we found PetSuites! She goes several times a week to play with her dog friends and the staff gives her lots of love. She can go just for a few hours or a whole day. We even boarded her there when we took a trip. Their hours are great, you can drop off or pick up anytime 6:30am-8pm, 7 days a week, which is perfect for us!

When my Daisy walks in, she is so happy to be here her whole butt wiggles! The front desk staff always greets us both so cheerfully it starts my day off with a smile. My dog has lease anxiety, so if another dog is by the front desk, someone comes out to get her. I am appreciate their consideration so much! Everyone here is terrific. The groomer does an excellent job and the trainer is conscientious about what my dog needs for her development. I even get pictures and commentary from the trainer. The management staff is always available and are often seen around the facility. The facility is clean and the prices are reasonable, especially for the level of care the dogs get! The dogs have a large room to run and play in, and as weather permits, a large garage door opens to a secure play yard. When I leave my dog, I know that she will be well cared for with professionalism and kindness. Thank you all for all you do!

If i were you i wouldn’t ever take your dog here. Not only did they send my dog home looking absolutely ridiculous, half shaved, but they cut him and left bleeding wounds from the clippers i assume, he also developed kennel cough a week after being here. My dog gets anxious so I assume he was not the easiest to deal with, however, i’m sure my dog is not the only one who doesn’t like going to the groomers and this is what they are trained and paid to do. they were rude, unprofessional, and didn’t seem to care at all. if you love your dog, don’t take them here.

PetSuites is the most amazing place. I have been bringing my dog several days a week since she was 4 months old. We have used all of their services...boarding, daycare, training, grooming. Everything excellent with no complaints. My dog has benefitted from the personalized care by the awesome staff. She is a happy and well adjusted dog with humans and fur kids alike. We love PetSuites!

It was first time for Rocky at PetSuites. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They took care of our frenchie. He was happy! We were receiving updates and pictures. He stayed there for 6 nights.

I cannot say enough good things about Pet Suites. I have been coming here for over a year helping with my daughters dog who has a problem eating dangerous non-food items. We had been through at lot with 5 other daycare facilities with their promise not to let anything bad happen and thousands in vet bills. Then Pet Suites opened. They don't give the dogs toys in the all day play daycare-I will never understand places that do. Before and after the 8 hours of play the dogs stay in suites with no plastic trays to snack on. When she was at dogtopia I would watch on the cameras as the dogs just circled around the room all day. It was very stressful and for the animals too. That is not the case at Pet Suites. Thry have indoor outdoor play weather permitting. I never see dogs circling - just playing or lounging!When I unexpectedly got a puppy from the shelter during a very busy work time I signed her up right away for the puppy preschool. I could tell my puppy was happy, loved, and well cared for. The program is great. She is now in the regular daycare and I am more than happy with how the days are scheduled and how they are cared for.Having a clean, great facility and daycare/boarding programs is only part of it. The people that work there are ALL incredible. They all care for animals that much is obvious, but they are all great with people too--they must have high hiring standards. I thank them all for making rescuing this puppy possible. I can name them all as they all keep me coming back, but this is already too long - thank you Tina, Kaitlin, Jillian, Amanda, Danielle, Lauren, Mia....everyone else!

PetSuites has been a great experience for 3 month puppy. This is our puppies second week. The staff is great and know my puppy by name. I love the puppy preschool. I feel that they have helped him to learn more manners and reinforce commands. My puppy comes home happy and I know he has had lots of stimulation throughout his day. I love the daily photos and report card from puppy preschool! He even got to enjoy the baby pool during the beautiful weather last week. The facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend it to all dog owners.

PetSuites Arlington Heights ALWAYS do a great job taking care of our Shorkie, Nugget. The entire staff are always accommodating and I know when he is staying there overnight or days at a time, they will take care of him just like we would. I really love the updates they send to us with pictures of Nugget. Also, along with a paw-gress report that has my entire family laughing. Thank you for being Nuggets home away from home.

Our first experience boarding our dog and it was easy and friendly service, drop off and pick up. The initial reason why we chose PetSuite AH, was because they accepted a one-nighter with pick up on a Holiday which was very important to us as we did not want to leave our dog boarded for the 1st time for 2 nts. I did not tour the facility, but looking through the window from the reception you could see play and outdoor areas which looked very clean and bright. Our dog did not seem to have any effects from boarding. We will go to PetSuites in AH again and with our brief experience, we certainly recommend them

This was the first time I have ever boarded my cat, and I was so anxious about it, but the employees were so nice, and even let me go to the back and see where they keep the animals and what they provide. They were also very friendly with her and just put me at ease so much. My baby was picked up and was completely fine, healthy, and taken care of. Would absolutely recommend, also a great low price. The only recommendation I would make is that they only offer grooming services to dogs and it would be nice to also be able to get cat services.

First time I have ever boarded my dog. Actually I've had dogs for 60 years and have never boarded a dog. Pet Suites is a fantastic place! My Poppy got top treatment, and being able to watch video of her during the day was a relief.

I usually have no issues here, which is why I gave 2 stars. However, what happened the last time I boarded my dog with them was unacceptable. I had her there for about a week while I had to be out of town. I had asked for her to be bathed prior to pickup. When I went in to get her, she had brownish/yellowish stuff on her paws. It looked like poop but I didn’t make too much of it because dogs play around during daycare and can get dirty. However, once she was home, my dog diarrhead 7 times within 24 hours (without me feeding her anything), the first as soon as she got out of the car. This led me to think the stuff on her paw was probably her diarrhea that she stepped in. Nobody at Pet Suites told me anything was wrong and I had to find out when she went on the floor inside. I’ve spent the last day having to clean and take care of her.I very much know dogs can catch things when they play in daycare and can come back with an upset stomach or a bug. What I do expect is to be informed on my dog’s health by whoever is supposed to be taking care of them. This was pretty much unacceptable in my books and I’m not sure I can ever trust my dog to be at Pet Suites Arlington Heights again.EDIT: Just talked to the a manager (Angela) and they were very apologetic and concerned. Pet Suites offered to try and make amends by giving me some credit and told me if they hear any other dogs having issues, they’d give me a call right away. Not a great sequence of events, but I am very happy with the attempts to amend things and explanation of why things went wrong and how they should have gone. It truly seems like a 1 time mistake and not a lack of care.

They didn't return everything I dropped my dog off with. I should have checked before leaving, but I assumed they gave me everything since they gave me a bag of stuff. To my chagrin, the bag only had 2 of 3 items. They stole/lost/misplaced my dogs antler that she loves to chew on ... I'm not sure what to call why they failed to return everything, but that kind of poor service is not appreciated. I expect businesses to be organized enough to ensure this kind of thing doesn't happen. My advice to all is to inventory everything when picking up your animal. This was my first time at this place, and I plan to call tomorrow to see if they can fix this, but even if they are able to return the antler, it sucks that I'd have to drive back there.

Inky and Zena, my two kitties, did so well for their first stay at PetSuites, and the staff could not have been nicer, or more caring. I picked my babies up after a 10 day stay, and they chatted about their adventure all the way home (5 hour drive). HaHa. I will absolutely book with PetSuites again!!

It was my first time boarding my fur-baby and I must say they made it very easy to for me to have them watch her. The process from start to finish was amazing, the staff is pleasant to work with (Rosy and Yami) and they made sure all the details were covered. The team at PetSuites Arlington Heights is outstanding. You can tell they really love pets and take good care of them. The groomer, Sam, is the absolute best! She is meticulous, skilled, and super caring. Violet looks adorable and smells great after seeing Sam. :)

They took excellent care of my Oliver! He loved playing with the other dogs in group play! He really liked his new trainer Sophie! She gave us lots of great tips to train our dog better! Love this place! Can’t say too many good things about it! I would recommend that you also include group play with your dog, do they get out the their crate more than 2 times per day and are able to see, smell and play with other dogs!!! It costs a bit more! But we’ll worth the money!!

My two dogs had a wonderful first stay at PetSuites Arlington Heights. The facility is new, well organized and extremely clean. The staff are cordial and well trained to take excellent care of pets. I recommend that everyone who is considering boarding their pets here take a tour of the facility. I think you will be as impressed as I was.

First time we brought our dogs for boarding (one is 2 years old and the other 6). They stayed for 4 nights while we were out of town.The staff was very nice with me since I was super nervous to leave them. They explained the plans they have and if I had any concerns I can call them. I picked them up after the 4 days and yes, they were like crazy when they saw me (and a little stinky too!). They were fine, one of them still anxious and the other one with a little of diarrhea but just for that day! Is expected though since the excitement and my dogs are very anxious too.I thought the price was fare too and I've seen a lot of dogs come and go while I visit there, they all seem happy to be there. Recommended!

We were looking to board our dog for our wedding and one of the staff members was super helpful in seeing if they'd be able to handle him and his people suspicion/kennel aggression and spent almost 30 minutes with my fiancee evaluating our dog and offering to do a trial run.One of the managers, Kay, recommended to us a boarder that would be a better fit and even called them before talking to us and was extremely helpful even though they couldn't accommodate us and had no problem refunding us our deposit for the spot that we booked.Excellent service and helpfulness and would definitely recommend to others simply based on our experience vs. our experience with other boarders at even seeing if our dog would work in their facility.

I adopted a dog in January that was rescued from the middle of an interstate in December so he was a mystery when it came to many behaviors. He is the only dog in the home so socializing has been almost non existent since I don't do leash meet ups. I set him up for day boarding while I had a busy day outside of the home. I requested an individual suite with individual play not knowing if he could join a group. The staff did a tremendous job of evaluating him and he started in group play! I received messages throughout the day and he was very happy when I picked him up. That makes Mama happy!He is set up for a weekend with group play both days!It is wonderful to have peace of mind!
