The team at Pet Supplies Plus at Golf and Arlington Heights Rd is always friendly and helpful. Yesterday I needed some heavy items that were overstocked up on the highest shelf. One of the staff members saw me looking up there and quickly came over and got the items down and loaded in my cart. If I have a bunch of heavy items (like a full cart of cat litter) at checkout, they always ask if I need help bringing the items to my car. (I usually decline) Yesterday, when bringing the cart back from the lot, a staff member saw me coming and came out to meet me and take the cart back in.

Pretty standard pet supply place. They probably have what your looking for. They carry a wide variety for cats and dogs. No live animals except reptile food and betas. The staff is always friendly and offers to help get your stuff to your car. Parking is close. The facility could use a spruce up but it is a pet supply house so who really cares. Prices are in line.

The staff here is so helpful and friendly. I ordered online at 9am for curbside and it was ready by 9:20am. Super fast, reliable, and even came with the most adorable drawing that made my morning! Great customer service.

What I hate most is people spying on you when you're shopping. They only have fishes which was kinda disappointing. Would recommend only if you have a pet. They dont sell small animals. Smells good with clean floors.

Pet Supplies Plus on Golf in Arlington Hts has a great selection of premium dog foods. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Rene in particular has been very helpful.

The only pet store in the area i will give my business to. I have a pit bull that is sweeter than sugar and everywhere i take her she gets very nasty looks from other customers and even employees. However at this specific pet store they are nothung but loving to my fur baby. She loves the attention, pets, and treats she gets from the wonderful employees here. And an extra bonus- they do price matching! Save your money and make ur pets happy all in one. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this location!!

Used to give discount by giving phone number to cashier or they use to give coupons in mail. Not anymore and I spent $50 or $60 easily every time I shop there for dogs treats.

I loved their sales and their prices are so cheap but the cashier was so rude. I asked if I could sign up for a membership and she rolled her eyes and then made me type up the membership details. She made use her computer across the counter and I could barely see the screen so I could sign *myself* up for the member ship. I can’t imagine what I did to make her upset but she was annoyed the whole transaction. I’ll be going to another location now but just an FYI for any customers: the cashier with brown long curly hair is rude.

Renee was VERY helpful, friendly, and professional. She helped me with all of my needs purchasing (mostly cat) supplies for an Animal Shelter--I don't know anything about cats. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Great job by Renee and great selection of supplies!

Love the fact they carry Redford Limited Ingredient dogfood. This place has amazing selection of pet food for very good prices. Just by signing up for their club I saved $10!!!

I have been coming here for four years now to get my supplies. I was really stressed about money and my cats had just been at the vet. They had both been sneezing and I was worried what I could try and give them before taking them to the vet to spend more money. I had a lady named Donna help me. She was so nice to me. She talked calmly to me and it helped me feel calm about my situation. An she asked me if they were adopted at a shelter and if I knew they had feline herpes or not. An I remembered they do. They just haven’t had any issues in a few years. She said to take the L- something tablets for ten days and they will get better. I’m happy to say they are and she saved me so much money. I’m Greatful you have people that are so kind and helpful. Thank you!!! 😃

I live across the street from this place and I ALWAYS pass it up. We got a new puppy and I said what the heck. Why not. Let me tell you, they had every color dog leash and collar ot was like a doggy heaven in there. To hell with Petco, this location has everything you need for you pet at a AWESOME price. I couslnt believe the cost of things here. You will not be disappointed.
