The groomers and owners here are great. They provide excellent customer service and provide affordable and thorough grooming options. This is no like your chain grooming service where they only spent 15 minutes with your pet and move on to the next pet. They spend whatever time is needed to properly pamper your pet. However, they do offer quick walk in services like nail trimming/grinding, ear cleaning etc. if your pet is just in need of a quick visit.The staff are also very animal (and people) friendly. My dog is excited to go here which says a lot about how well they treat their pet patrons.They are open regular hours on Saturdays which is really helpful for everyone that has to work a regular 8am-5pm work week. I can comfortably schedule a visit during on the weekend, unlike many places that have extremely limited or no weekend hours.Skip the big box grooming shops and give this shop a try. You’ll get a glimpse of what customer service used to be and your pet will leave looking totally pawsome!

Highly recommend this groomer! We were VERY pleased with the services provided to our dog. The space is clean and comforting, and Kim is extremely kind and caring to costumers and dogs. We will definitely be back next time!

I had my toy poodle groomed by Pawfect Grooming several times now, and we’ve always been so happy with how our dog looks afterwards. Our little guy may be small but has a lot of personality, but the owner is so gentle, patient and kind with him that he loves seeing her. I highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking to freshen up their paw pals.

I visited here with my maltipoo. She gets very nervous when she’s getting her fur cut and nails trimmed. However, they were very gentle with her and she was calm the entire time! We will definitely continue coming here.

Kim is absolutely amazing. My toy poodle loves her more than me! She makes him look like a professionally groomed show dog that makes every one ask where he was groomed! She started this business not too long ago but groomed dogs for almost 20 years! I highly recommend!

Lily, mixed austrailian shepherd and blue tick coonhound has severe anxiety and she needs to take medicine for seeing a vet and groomer. But Kim is the only groomer who can care Lily without taken medicine. Kim knows the dog, loves the dog and has professional skills to do fast and perfect. I’ve been her customer for 6 years even before opening her shop. I’m so lucky to have her for Lily. I highly recommend her.

Took my very dirty King Charles Cavalier to this store and from the moment I entered I felt immediately that I had come to the right place. Place is very clean and loved the personal attention my dog received, the owner/groomer was very professional. This shop does not take multiple dogs which is very nice. I have been to groomers that take way to many and I feel that my pet doesn't ever get the attention that I paid for . I highly recommend you try this place you wont be disappointed

It was my first time visiting, and they treated me very well.. All three children are like dolls...^^
