Dirty Dog is decent, they don’t have a lot of competition around for self dog wash, and because of that I feel like the pricing is a little high. With all the add-ons that should come with the self wash it comes out to be about 40 dollars for one self wash. The place is run by younger people, so I’ve gotten attitudes here and there. But for the most part it’s decent.

We have been using Dirty Dog for their done-for-you grooming self-serve dog baths for years and have nothing but great things to say. We have large dogs (85-lbs and 105-lbs) who don’t really like baths, so the gated bath areas, stairs, and handy wall connectors to keep your dog in place in various directions in a must for us!Owner/groomer Cindy and staff couldn’t be any nicer, or more professional. They are always great with my large dogs and even give peace of mind to my anxiety-riddled dog.In addition to their full-service and self-service grooming menu, you can also find an array of food, treats, clothing, and accessories that are sure to excite you and your pup (or Kitty!). A girt certificate from Dirty Dog Grooming would certainly be a welcome gift for any dog owner!

Our dog Gibbs was skunked last night. Dirty dogs was able to get him the next day and clean him up. He came out smelling so good nice and shiny and with a scarf that had skunks on it!🤣. We just love this place and everyone who works there. Always friendly, treats the dogs with kindness and patience. Plus they have a great sense of humor. They made our day several today!!

I have brought my 6 year old husky here twice now and he is a big 120 pound boy with low energy. The ladies here do a great job with him. He is all white and loves getting dirty, so they always have their jobs cut out for them with him and it usually takes two groomers to complete his de-shedding visit. The customer service is great, scheduling is easy when I call, and pricing is good. I will continue to bring my husky here. He is always happy when he comes home too!

I'm pleased with the results!!I have been looking for a new groomer for some time since my dogs didn't seem to like the one that's closer to our house.Right off the bat, I knew they were in good hands when they went in tail-wagging and didn't even look back when the groomers took them.I was expecting the usual 4-6hr wait from the previous groomer, but they were both done in about one hour and a half!!Highly recommended!!

They did a wonderful job grooming my two mixed breed dogs. They were able to trim Maggie's ( extremely nervous beagle/Lab mix)nails which could not be done without sedation previously. I am thrilled.

Decided to switch groomers for my havanese, he needed a haircut but came out bald. When I picked him up I did not recognize him at all. I understand he had a few mats around his ears but as an experienced groomer they could of came up with a different cut instead of shaving his whole body. Also I noticed that he had cuts on both ears, I was told that he was very aggressive and he never got complaints from his previous groomers about that. Hes been acting a lot different after he got that haircut, hes been less energetic and hes usually a really energetic puppy and when he came out of Dirty Dogs he was shaking and acting more distant. I do not recommend this place at all, going back to my other groomer where he always came out looking cute and smiling.

Fear free! Great experience. I take dogs there that are learning that nail cutting is fun. I go back with them give lots of hugs and cookies. And we are done in 5 min!! Wash your dog yourself or have them do it

I used to love going here. The last couple of times I've had issues with the grooming services. Today, I called in advance to make a nail trimming appointment, they gave me a time, I show up at that time and they told me the groomer left 5 minutes ago. No call to me when I made an appointment? The response was, sorry, but I was busy. Not returning.

Brought my Husky, Oscar, in for the first time today. Super easy self-service! Friendly staff. Will definitely be back to use stall for brushing and blowout. I am now deaf after having Oscar scream in my ears for an hour.

They are so friendly here!!!! Sam took care of my puppy’s nails and the matting she was experiencing under her ears. My pup was getting a bit nervous but they were so gentle and patient with her. Thank you ❤️

I’ve been wait for appointment almost 2 weeks drop a dog at 1 PM like we set appointment time.After 3,5 hrs I had a call from redhead girl(Very rude unprofessional and antisocial person) That she will charge me $30 more ($150) and she claim that she did not start yet.I told her Ill be there for my dog by next 5 min wich I was.She said TAKE YOUR DOG AND LEAVE.On my question where is the previous groomer because she was lovely she said they fired her (The owner has not confirmed this fact)After Conversation with the owner(very nice people) they have finished. Ask $140 I paid $150. I will never take my dog there again

They did a wonderful job grooming my pup! She's a bit nervous during bath time and when getting her nails trimmed but they managed to have her in and out within an hour. The price is very reasonable as well and I LOVED the surprise of the cute little Halloween neck tie and complimentary goody bag for her.

Sarah took extra care and was very gentle with my Chibi. My mom was watching Sara as she gently patted him between snips. She did a wonderful job. Chibi is only 3.5 lbs and very tiny. Thank you Sara.

I’ve never been happier!! I’ve taken my yorkie mix to a few other places and none of them cut my dogs hair to my liking, they always did a trim and never listened to what I had to say.This place was amazing! I am not disappointed at all :) my dog is a yorkie mix and she came out looking beautiful! Thank you team! 💖

I am so happy with my experience here! First of all, my cat came back super clean and smelled soo good. He wasn't too grumpy when I picked him up so I am guessing they handled him very carefully. The customer service was also amazing. I am super horrible with dates and actually came a day early. They still got me in, which I appreciated so much. This kind of understanding and treatment is why people come back again and again. Thank you so much!!

Took my dog here yesterday for the 1st time & I noticed he seemed off I look under his arm and see redness as you can see they are razor burns & he also has it on his belly. Won’t be coming here again the groomer also was not gentle with him as soon as he came out my dog started barking because he didn’t know him & he just yanked his leash! You can definitely tell they don’t treat them very well. NEVER coming here again!!

I love doing the self serve wash. I have a Sheltie and having to constantly bend to wash him in the tub hurts my back. Dirty Dog has personal stand up tubs so you don't have to bend over. They also supply shampoo, conditioner, brush, towel and add-ons. When you are done ....they clean it up. Highly recommend!! Also, Ray the groomer is great!

Staff is always super helpful and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Tubs are always clean. The bath buckets come with a treat. There’s always items on sale, fresh cookies and new toys.

This place performs God's work. My dog has never allowed me to clip his nails and she helped me get everything clipped. All staff is super nice and helpful. The baths are a great height so you don't have to bend down. Everything is provided to be able to wash your dog. I washed 2 dogs with a nail trim and ear cleaning for 60$ which I don't think you can beat the price elsewhere. Also there was plenty of treats to keep the pups happy

Came in with my siberian husky and had a wonderful experience. The groomer Tsuda was very well experienced/patient with my dog that required a bit more attention due to my dogs separational anxiety. By the end of the wash, my dog was a lot more confident that she was in good hands at Dirty Dog. I will definitely be back again in the future.
