We've been buying our dog food from this location for years. Their staff is always very helpful and knows our dogs well. This year they even had Santa there to take pictures with our pups. We're grateful to have this store and its wonderful staff in our neighborhood.

Walked up to the door at 359 on a Sunday and was waived off. I’m not normally this irritated, but I had to drive to Kildeer to get dog food. Will be shopping somewhere with normal Sunday hours moving forward.

Went in for a quick trip to the store with my pup, Nelly, on Friday. Store staff was SO nice, made a positive impression even only spending 10 minutes looking for a toy in the store. Really good toy selection, picked out a tough toy Nelly already loves to play tug-o-war with! Thanks, Arlington Team!

Decent Pet store. Parking is challenging in the area which makes carrying huge bags of dog food back to your car a pain, but that’s not the business’s fault. Prices are a little high but their variety of products and brand selection is excellent, especially for a store of that size. The manager on duty was intelligent, helpful, and well informed on all matters related to dog food/products. I called in advance to see if they had the specific food I feed in stock and the hourly employee who answered the phone originally told me they did have it but when I arrived I found that they actually did not. It was an honest mistake (and an understandable one—the food in question is very easily confused for another variety from the same brand which they did have) but I did wind up leaving empty-handed and wasting the trip as a result so I’m removing one star for that reason.

I went in for calming chews for my dog. The woman helping me took a real interest in my dog’s issue and gave me personalized recommendations that had my anxious pup happily snoozing in 15 minutes.

I was in a hurry to get a pet carrier for my cat, the young man there and another woman said that Bentley's does not have a large stock of carriers and the ones I did see were too little. It's okay I will stop in again to see what kinds of car toys you have. I live 10 minutes from your location in Arlington Heights. NO worries!

The staff here is wonderful. The loyalty rewards program really helps, with two dogs on expensive raw food. My dogs did have a reaction once to something we sampled there, and the staff was so concerned and knowledgeable. Awesome variety of treats, home baked goodies and natural chews. If you want your pet to live healthy, this is a great place to shop for and with them.

What a great pet store! Usually stores like this tend to over charge for items in their store. We found that everything in this store was in line with the big chain pet stores. We were pleased with the pricing.This store also offered quite a few dog items that we had not seen in other stores. The staff was friendly. The store was neat and clean. There is easy parking in the back or front.If we lived in this area, we would be at this pet store all the time. It is a great place to bring your pet to get a treat!

Love it here. Yes, the first response people give that is critical is the price and i get that but these people genuinely care for your animal an incredible amount. When finding the right diet for our dog they’ve given us samples to use for over a week at a time to make sure we didn’t make a big purchase that wasn’t in best interest for our pet. Very good and caring people here - if you have a pet you love I can’t say enough good things about shopping here.

The staff here really helped me with recommended dog food for my new pup. She wasn’t eating anything I tried and not only did they help me find a food she’ll eat but it was even cheaper than what I had already been buying. They also have some really great non rawhide bones here that I have a really hard time finding other places. I’ll keep coming back here for sure!

I had always heard nice things about Bentley's so when I adopted my cat I went there for his food. My cat had dry skin and fur and they helped me pick out a nutritious option for him- the food really did help! However, it was not a flavor that they usually carry so I had to special order it every month- which I was happy to do. And every month it has been a complete hassle to get! The first time we ordered it, it took two weeks to get and I had to put my cat on another kibble that upset his stomach. When we finally got it we asked to reorder it right away and they told us we had to wait until a week before we would be out. It has now been a week and a half and I called the store to check on my order. They told me if I didn't get a call then it is not available, I had to ask them to please give me some sort of update. They then proceed to put me on "hold" and say very rude things about me, though I could hear their conversation. Finally I was told it could be weeks before I get the food and they have no way of knowing. Instead I ordered the food direct from the manufacturer at a lower price for 2-day free shipping. I will not be shopping at this Bentley's or any other one for that matter. There was a complete lack of customer service and they showed no empathy for the fact that my cat is out of food due to their disorganization.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. My dog loves going in there and checking out all the treats and toys, and the staff knows her name. They have even searched and ordered a specific ball (solid rubber and indestructible!) for my dog when it had been discontinued. They are always willing to answer any questions you may have about your pet's diet, etc. Love this place!

I had to visit this place after seeing them featured on the TV show, the profit. When I went there they were in the process of moving to another larger location. The selection of dog outfits was impressive compared to other chain stores. We also liked the treat bar and picked out some goodies for our pups.

We have been going to Bentleys since before they expanded from their original location in downtown Arlington Heights. They have great staff, a great rewards program, and an amazing selection of toys, treats, food, and more!!! So long as they stay in business, we will continue being a patron of their store as our source for all the things our dog needs.

Great knowledgeable staff. Tried CBD drops for my Corgis anxiety which was recommended by the lady at the register and it worked great. Love bentleys to come for birthday cakes and healthy choices in food for our pups. Lifelong customer and hope the expand greatly.

Overpriced little shop. 18 dollars for 32 oz of goats milk. 3 dollars for one pig ear. Made sense as to why I was the only customer in the store. There are plenty of pet stores that you pass to get to this one. Staff didn’t know what a grain free cookie/treat was and showed me jerky.
