First time customers here! Our boy, Flynn had the time of his life at Andrea’s Pet Spaw! Andrea’s Pet Spaw was super flexible in scheduling and took us within a couple of days. It’s rare to find a groomer in our area that has such eye for detail. We are so glad to have found them! They took their time pampering him and we are 💯 satisfied! They did exactly what we requested. We finally found our groomer and highly recommend them!

I've had some bad experiences at a couple groomers so I'm glad I found this place. I like that they have these "suites" or little rooms your dog can wait in instead of a kennel. It's a bit expensive but the hair cut is so cute it's worth it!

Tyler and the rest of the staff are awesome! They are the first groomers my doggie, Candy, isn't afraid off. They always take care of her 100% and 365 degrees. It's been over 2 years now I switched to them and never looked back! Higly recommend! They use good and natural products too. She smells so good after every session! They are just perfect for the needs of our little snuggler girl!

We are not picky at all ! But we want our dogs looking nice like how we would want to look after a salon visit! Andrea did not disappoint! She groomed both our dogs and they look absolutely gorgeous!! Highly recommend!

Andrea and her crew did an amazing job!First time here (recommendation from a neighbor) couldn’t be happier.They were very patient with him. He doesn’t like his paws being touched. He normally gets a cone at other pet groomers. Not here with her patience and experience she was able to groom him cone free. Thank you soo much he will be back!

Had a great experience yesterday at Andrea's Pet Spaw!We adopted our goldendoodle in February. She is anxious and when I picked her up from her first groom at another groomer she was really shaky and I could tell she was fairly upset. That groomer said that we should give her CBD before her appointment to calm her down, which I wasn't so sure about. Took her yesterday to be groomed at Andrea's Pet Spaw and what a difference! Andrea's technique of giving dogs breaks during the grooming so they are not overwhelmed worked great for our nervous pup! At first I was a little nervous since she was there for over 4 hours, but when I picked her up she was much more relaxed and I could tell they had treated her right! Thank you, Andrea!

Andrea and her team are OUTSTANDING! My new sweet foster pup was covered in matting - some the size of baseballs! Andrea donated hours of her time to help my foster look and feel like a new pup! When I arrived to pick him up, Andrea spent 20 minutes talking me through everything she did and explaining next steps to help my foster. I am so grateful!

Andrea's Pet Spa is simply the best and most reliable groomer I have ever hired for my very hairy Golden Retriever. Not only does Andrea herself care immensely and take pride in her business, but the team she has assembled to execute on her mission is super friendly and talented as well. It really takes a team of well trained groomers to handle the volume and keep everyone (including the pets) happy! When I call in to setup an appointment, my call is always returned within 24 hours- completely reasonable given they are hands-on most of the day. When my appointment comes, they take the time to listen and take notes on what I'd like from the grooming session. When they are nearing completion, they call me to give me a heads up, so my pup doesn't have to wait around thereafter. When I pickup my pup, she's happy to see me yes, but she has great energy like she's had a good time and enjoyed the hours of attention and pampering. Months later when we return, she heads right back into the spa no problem (unlike the vet). All in all, we are very fortunate to have Andrea's pet spa in our community!

My dog has a hard time with grooming and Andrea and her team are amazing with him! They are willing to work with him all day to complete his grooming with minimal stress to the dog. I cannot say enough about how patient they have been with him! Highly recommend Andrea's!

STAY AWAY!!! My pup had an ear infection after visiting this place!!! I took my 4 months pup for grooming at this place. Initially I was told that they can only do the puppy package that does not include a full haircut. With summer months around, I asked, if possible, they can trim some of her fur as well. After excuses and phone calls that my pup's fur is tangled, Andrea agreed to keep her longer and try to work with her. I get her back after 2 pm (drop off at 9:30 am) with a terrible cut, but I was fine because the hair was shorter. Two days later, my pup is in excruciating pain from ear infection in both ears. After a visit to our vet and hundreds of dollars later, here is a place that I will never visit again.Andrea - don't try to respond to this review. There are no excuses and I have to question the cleanliness of your place and if you clean/sterilize your equipment.UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I don’t feel Andrea, the owner, does not handle issues properly. She called me with an attitude to cancel my dog’s appointment. Not sure if she is admitting that she injured my dog the last time she groomed her by cancelling our next appt. After our last visit, I called to ask her about abrasions/scabs under my dog’s front “arms” after our last grooming session. She asked me to bring my dog in so she could see the injury as if she didn’t believe me. I had sent her pictures prior at her request. She denied that anything happened and suggested it could be allergies or abrasions from her leash . I let it go and did not take any further action. I did not ask for my money back and thought we were on the same page. Telltale sign that she is afraid to groom my dog because she might hurt her “again”. Very annoyed at how she handled this in the end!

Andrea has groomed my 13 month old Golden retriever since he was a very young puppy. It was important to me that he be introduced to new experiences in a gentle, positive way. Andrea's patience with a wiggly pup was a gift that I will never take for granted. Now 65 pounds, my dog willingly goes to see her and her staff. They groom him like a proper Golden, and listen to my preferences. I can't say enough about her skill and kindness. Truly one of a kind!!!

We moved to Andrea's Pet Spaw when we were told Andrea (who was working at a place much closer to us) was starting her own business. She clearly loves and understands dogs and is extremely gentle with my very old bichon poodle. So that Ellie doesn't have to sit and wait her turn to be groomed during busier times of the day (since her arthritis is so bad), Andrea always sets her up for first appointment of the day (has even come in before regular hours to start her), so that she can get in and out quickly. Andrea also listens to how we want Ellie groomed and does a fabulous job. We do love this place!

Andrea's petspaw is NOTHING but the BEST! They treat your pets as if they're their own. They're not put into crate, they have their own areas to relax while they wait. The pricing is wonderful. My yorkie is most difficult, I've actually had groomers say he's too to hard for them. No joke, he jumps into Andrea's arms when were there! If you're looking for the best groomer for your pets, Andrea's is the place to go!

I brought in my new (shelter dog) pup today. The dog was traumatized going into the salon. The owner was wonderful with my lil pup had him cleaned up and nails trimmed in 35 minutes. I recommend this groomer and couldn’t be happier with the result! Thanks you Andrea

I was referred to Andrea from a patient who could attest to her abilities. My wife and I were having our Pomeranian in our wedding, and wanted a cute and clean haircut, so getting this right was very important to us. Normally we would just cut her ourselves, but knew this would not suffice for a wedding haircut. Thank god we took our pom to Andrea, after a simple description of what we were aiming for, read our minds knew exactly what we were trying to accomplish. They were sooo sweet with our dog, who normally is very anxious with strangers, but quickly warmed up to Andrea and her staff. More impressive is she cooperated with them getting her hair trimmed, she never does that with us!. We have never seen the dog cuter looking!! Secondly, Andrea personally went out and made a head reef for the dog that matched the bridesmaids dress colors, all at her own good will (I told her that was too thoughtful and not to worry, but she did it anyways). The first time I contacted Andrea I had a cat matt emergency affecting my poor kitty's ability to use the litter box and Andrea was kind enough to allow me to bring my kitty in that day to have the emergency addressed. (Some other groomers didn't even return my phone call). Following that, Andrea started giving my new puppy her puppy bath treatment which is very affordable and has gotten my cream colored baby used to being bathed and blown dry -- which also makes her smell nicer and look prettier (and is certainly easier than my trying to bathe her as she is a large puppy)! Andrea has shown great care in helping my puppy get used to grooming and make sure to provides only the services my puppy can handle well so that later visits don't create fear. In addition, Andrea has helped provide lion cuts for my two long haired kitties that had gotten very matted (while hiding away because of the addition of the new puppy), and neither kitty is very easy to handle from a grooming standpoint. Andrea takes into account the animal's ability to tolerate the grooming and environment and takes care not to overstress your pet. I appreciate her concern for my babies -- I am confident that she cares first about my pet's well being - which is of utmost importance in keeping your loved pets happy and preventing fear of grooming. This place is amazing! I brought my dogs here for the first time and I was blown away by the friendliness of staff. Their patience with not only my dogs but the rest that were being groomed at the moment. The place is huge, it is also open and not secluded so you won't have to worry about your pets being placed in a confined space while waiting to be picked up! Highly recommend this for your pets grooming appointments!

We have been taking our dog to Andrea for almost 3 years now. We have had some other groomers in the AH area and none come close to the work and professionalism of Andrea's Pet Spaw. Whatever, I have asked, she has and continues to be very accommodating.
