This is the best vet clinic I've found. Plenty closer, a few that will save me a buck or ten, but none that leaves me feeling as confident about the care my dogs receive. It's worth the 45 minute trip as far as I'm concerned.

The staff here is truly amazing. Dr Kim and Dr Tia put such a personal touch on their care, as does every staff member I've met. I had been taking my dog here for only little bit when she developed an eye issue. (We were new to Arcola area). They took such great care of her and the ongoing treatment needed. Unfortunately I lost my girl unexpectedly, she was diagnosed at U of I with a brain tumor. When I found out she was end of life, Dr Tia made it work so I could bring her there to have her final moments with the staff that cared for her so well. Everyone came in to love on her, and they shed almost as many tears as I did. They truly care and want the best for your pet. I'd reccomend them to anyone! My father and I have also used them for boarding and they send pictures during their stay! They sent this one of my dads Jack Russell and my pittie girl while they were staying there for a few nights!

Dr Kim and her team are the best. Years of experience. We were worried we were taking up to much of her time and she said it was all about DJ today! We went to her on a recommendation and it was the best advise we could have taken. We drive 25 miles to see her and have her take care of our babies! Thank you Dr Kim and team!

Dr. Kim and Dr. Hayley really have a love for their furry patients. Also it is a no fear clinic so they go out of their way to make the animals comfortable. We have been seeing Dr. Kim for about 21 years. Dr. Hayley is new to the team but we are very impressed with her as well.

We love Dr. Kim!! Staff is great with my fur babies. Dr. Kim is great at explaining things to me and even my children. She is great at making sure we do the right tests for your animal. She doesn't run unneeded tests and run up your bill. Great place to board your dogs as well! Highly recommend Animal Health Care Center!

Just an amazing place! They work so hard to take care of your pet. I love that they follow up and stay in contact. I always feel good about referring other pet lovers to them. We have done boarding for vacation, regular visits, and emergency treatments over the years. They are great!

The Vet came in met my dog first formed a relationship with him before treating him...she was very professional concerned kind and the best Vet ever!! She had other woman come in to our waiting room to help assist and they were all very kind. The facility was dog and cat friendly. Utmost respect that on my first visit they let me establish a payment plan which is unheard of. My family and I highly recommend this clinic for all your pets needs. Again thank you Dr for being a sparkle in the world!!😁

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Our dog is not fond of other dogs, and they were sure to get us right into a room and take her outside when it was time for me to pay. I had to take my kids with me to the appointment, and Dr. Livezey included them in the appointment by letting them give our dog treats while she got her shots. We will definitely be returning for future care!

The staff at Arcola Heath Care Animal Center are so very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be taking all my animals to this clinic! Thanks to all the staff who took care of our little 3 week old kitten! He is 100% back to normal and nursing fully from his adopted momma! Love and HUGGZ to all!

Several years ago Dr Kim repaired my Labrador, Maple's, torn cruciate ligament which had been misdiagnosed as hip displasia by another vet. Within the year she had recovered and was back jogging with me and playing fetch like a puppy. I've never reviewed the clinic or been back in touch with Dr Kim since, but there's not a week that goes by that I don't think about her and what a great job she did "fixing" Maple's leg. Her quality of life has been so much better and no pain medication!Thank you!
