The property lots are very affordable, but the location isn't really close to anything. The lake is large and stocked w fish, but the property is immediately surrounded by farmland. It makes me think the water might not be ideal for swimming with whatever runoff finds its way into the lake. Maybe a great place to retire and utilize your boat, but the neighboring Galena Territory is a lot better w more amenities and comparablely-priced yearly HOAs.

Our family has had a vacation lake house there for over 50 years. I had a family get together with my granddaughters grandsons they're parents just this weekend.

Great private community kinda in middle of nowhere. Private pool and workout facility as well as golf course and restaurant ( not very good). Packed in forth of July as expected but any other weekend is pretty empty.

Made a lot of great memories here growing up. There's a lot to do on the lake, and the clubhouse hosts different events every now and then
