We have been going here for years. Our 14 year old female Sheltie loves coming here. We have boarded her here and they are an awesome and loving to our pet. They are great at grooming her as well. They specialize in getting her through her shedding times of the year. We drop her off in the morning and come get her in the after work. She is always happy and looks beautiful. We highly recommend Our Turn Pet Center.

5 star service at this place! The staff are wonderful and go above and beyond to help us with all of our pet needs. I just need to remember to call earlier to set my grooming because they are so great that they book out a few weeks in advance, but what do you expect with the great quality that comes from them?

I called on a Saturday morning to get my pooch in for a nail trim. My pooch hates getting her nails clipped, and she is very jumpy when she sees the clippers. When we’re done, she is usually distressed.Even though they were down a groomer for the day, they squeezed us in. They use a dremel instead of clippers. This was the first time my pooch had her nails trimmed this way and they told me that she sat through it. Her nails look fantastic and she came back out completely unfazed by the experience.I’m not a local, but when I do return to the area I’ll be sure to come back!

My girl hates baths! There’s no way I can do it at home. The staff at our turn somehow gets her in with no problem! She loves everyone there and comes out absolutely beautiful and smelling amazing. I wouldn’t take her anywhere else! I’ve even had to board her there and I hate taking her anywhere but I know they show her all the love she needs! Our turn is definitely the place to go!

our turn pet center is the best! i love that they take such good care of my dog, and always groom him so well. the groomers always know what to do and i make sure my appointment is made well in advance since they are so busy. their boarding and daycare staff is wonderful as well! i love our turn pet center!

Came in from out of town for a short stay. We extended it an extra day with zero notice and they accommodated. They took care of our pups and wore them out. I especially appreciated that they groomed them before we picked them up and they came back to us nice and clean. We’ve taken our dogs to boarders across the country and this one is the best we’ve taken them to. Highly recommend and so do they.

I hate to say how wonderful this place is. It’s hard enough trying to get an appointment. Their love for animals and the caring of people shows through. I must say every time I’ve been very thrilled for my girls, but the the best part is their paws are always done perfectly

I absolutely LOVE taking my dogs here!!! I’ve coming to Michelle & Tom for over 10 years for both boarding & grooming. They take care of my fur babies as if they’re part of their family ❤️ and when we lost our one Shiba, Michelle & staff made sure our boxer was comforted during her 1st boarding without her Buddy 💞 I’ve recommended OTPC to all of my neighbors & friends! We boarded our 2 king charles cavalier for 13 days with them. Our pups had a wonderful time and was loved on none stop. The staff was friendly and shared so much about our pups stay with us when returned. Thank you for loving on our Bella and Gerard for us.

There's only one word to describe Our Turn Pet Center - AMAZING!I have a senior dog, who is partially blind and deaf, so he easily gets scared by, well, by everything. He is also a pug, and anyone who knows pugs knows they HATE to get their nails clipped. Mine won't even let you touch his feet.It's embarrassing to admit, but he's been terrible to every groomer and vet in the area. He refuses to let them cut his nails at all, to the extent that they won't do it or even try anymore.But the nails were getting too long and we had to figure something out. My wife happened upon Our Turn completely by accident - we live 35 minutes from here. Well happy accident it was. Melissa was absolutely wonderful. She was happy to fit our pup in after hours, her recommendation, to help keep him a little calmer since there wouldn't be other dogs there to distract him.She came out to the car and swooped him up. Giving him so much love as she carried him inside. When she came out a few minutes later, my wife had to assume it was unsuccessful, but no! They cut his nails no problem, and he even came out calm as he went in.These people have the magic touch, but more importantly, you can see there love for animals. You can trust these folks with your pets, and for that I'm extremely grateful!

Melissa and the entire staff at Our Turn Pet Center are amazing! Our lab is so happy when she gets to go to a ‘sleepover’ w Melissa! I have been to a few other doggy day care centers in the area and Our Turn is the only place I continue to go back to! Our baby is greeted w love each time we bring her which makes it easier for me to leave for travels. We also love that she can have nails and grooming done all at the same time. Costs are very reasonable! Melissa is great w communication! Very flexible w pick up and drop off times! Would highly recommend and extremely grateful for Melissa and team! Thank you!

My 15 year old Eskie really needed grooming. He has lots of aches and pains at his old age. I was worried about getting him groomed. Melissa and her team were excellent at taking care of him. They treated him with kit hands, gentleness and caring... just like they did in his younger years but, even more. And he came out of their 'spa' gorgeous and very happy! Snowy thanks you Melissa and so do I. I will keep his grooming regular from now on and I won't worry. Thank you for your encouragement.

I have an 11-year-old Golden Retriever and she had become scared of her previous groomer. Our Turn Pet Center reassured my concerns and made this an incredible first experience. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and my dog looks beautiful and smells great! What a wonderful job for such a great price, we will be returning here for every pet and pet service!

My mom brings her dog for daycare and he LOVES it. Melissa and her husband are very knowledgeable and know how to take care of ur furry family member and get to know their personality to make sure they have fun.Also one of the few who does cat grooming!!!Great job guys!! 💯👍👍

I wish that I could respond to the below review as this is absolutely the most inaccurate description of this business I have ever seen and borders on libel! Every single member of the staff at Our Turn Pet Center has been nothing short of amazing! We have been going here daily with our three dogs for day care for 3 years, and we board there at least once a month. I have never seen more attentive care. My dog suffered a major health concern (due to complications from a prior surgery) while there. They not only called myself and my husband IMMEDIATELY, but they also took my dog to our vet and waited with him until my husband arrived. After surgery when my pup wasn't able to attend, they came to my home and let him out during the day. They may not have realized that I recorded his entire day (I know I'm that mom who is obsessed with my dogs) but I was able to hear them when they arrived speaking so gently and lovingly to my baby WITHOUT realizing I could see this interaction. The staff has become like a second family to me and to many of the loyal customers. There is absolutely NO ONE I would trust more with my babies than Melissa, Tom, and the crew at Our Turn Pet Center and my dogs agree! Every day when I ask if they want to go to school, they run to the car and practically pull me up the driveway when we get there.They are incredibly excited to go there and always leave happy and tired!

I began working in this facility when I was 11 and it was still RB Renegades. I have groomed, run the kennel, assistant-managed and loved every inch of this place since I was a kid. That may set me up for some bias, but I have also lived all over the country and continued to work in the animal care industry. I have never found somewhere that holds their expectations as high as Melissa does.If your dog comes in for boarding, the staff carefully considers the dog's behavior and personality before placing them in a run. They want quiet dogs to be by quiet dogs so the loud dogs can have fun all on their own. Short haired dogs will get extra blankets and old dogs get the best comforters and beds. Hairy dogs who overheat are considered and beyond that, their individual personalities are taken into consideration. If they happen to be a giant malamute who hates being inside, their door is left open so they can stay cool outside and the staff makes sure no short hair dogs are next to them to catch a breeze. Scared? They'll be put next to a quiet and calm regular boarder for some confidence. If they're playful and friendly, everyone can hang out while the staff clean for 6 hours every single day - but if they're not so friendly, they can have time on their own... I won't even go into how many dogs wind up staying the HOUSE instead.If they won't eat or aren't acting like they usually do, there's peanut butter, cheese, low-sodium chicken broth, or hot dogs to coax them into eating. The schedule is fixed and the kennel is deep cleaned every. single. day. All beds washed, all bowls washed, the entire kennel is sprayed down and manually scrubbed with a paw-safe cleaning solution. Any medical problems that Melissa can't handle, she will call me about still (veterinary technician) and we will talk about treatment or a vet visit. In the case of an emergency, they will try their best to get your dog into their regular veterinarian rather than a new doctor who doesn't know them. But there is never hesitation to get medical care. There is so much done that one might not expect.When it comes to grooming, Melissa and her groomers are meticulous. If you feel that something has been missed, all you have to do is mention it. But let me tell you - I have seen people pay double for a cut that would be considered half-done by Melissa and I. We were taught to be meticulous and we have taught all of our other groomers to be just the same.We drive 1000 miles to get back home and see everyone at Our Turn and after all this time, every time we pull onto North Ave, our dogs LOSE IT like we're headed on a 12 mile hike in the wilderness.I may be biased but I know what goes into the care provided to your pets at Our Turn. I know how much heart and soul it takes and everyone here gives their all or they just don't last long.

Wonderful dog grooming and boarding! They take care of my dogs as if they were their own.The facilities are clean and there is lots of room for dogs to get some outside play time! I don't like when we can't bring our dogs with us on vacation but I'm so glad Our Turn is here to care for them when we can't!

Their customer service is wonderful. They have done excellent grooming on my English Labrador (may she RIP, miss u sweet Jessi) and have treated my new MaltePom puppy very nice while trimming her nails. I will definitely use them to groom her when that time comes.And their prices are very reasonable !!!

All I can say is WOW! We are over the moon to find such a great groomer as Melissa. She truly knows what she’s doing. We have a Keeshond who is not the easiest when it comes to grooming, and terrified of everything. She did an WONDERFUL job making him look like his dapper handsome self again. I was absolutely blown away they also were able to trim his nails which is a task very few have been able to complete. Thank you so much for caring about our B as if he were your own family member! We can’t wait to come back!

I first started going to Our Turn Pet Center back when it was called RB Renegade and Melissa worked there. I've been bringing my dogs there for 13 years and would never ever think of going any place else.I currently am down to just one baby, and this baby is very high-maintenance. She is currently on 4 different medications taken in different combinations 3 times a day. I have always taken Rain (my baby's name) to Melissa for grooming and boarding, and just in the last month (my helper started college) started taking her to day care. I was afraid that she would hate it there since she's never been with any other dogs other than my one that recently passed away. The first few days Rain didn't want to get out of the car, and was shaking. Now, I can barely open the door with out her trying to get out to see Melissa. When Melissa is around, I no longer exist!! : ) Melissa and her staff are amazing. They make sure Rain gets her medicine every day, and when I board her that's not an easy job as I stated above - very-high maintenance.The MOST important thing that Melissa and crew provide is love, caring and patience. They go WAY above and beyond - Melissa is actually taking Rain to the vet for me today since I have crazy work hours AND she lets me drop Rain off at a time that is convenient for me (which is outside her normal hours).I really can't say enough about Our Turn and would give them 1,000 stars if I could!

I always take my cats there to get their nails cut. You can just walk in, no appointment necessary and cheap price. My son's dog goes there for doggy daycare and she loves it. Also good prices on daycare too.
