No body ever answers the phone, I used them previously to do dog nails and was happy with the outcome. However, i tried to make an appointment, 2 months out. Yes 2 months out.I contacted another down the street and was able to get him in a 2 weeks

WOW - I NEVER write reviews, but they truly deserve 5 stars. Our new Husky Mix, Bort was matted and overgrown; I was overwhelmed as I've never owned a dog in need of professional grooming before. The voice on the other end of the phone when I scheduled was so comforting and helpful; she answered all my questions and was as kind and patient as could be. Appointment day arrived and they allowed several minutes for him to relax and review his surroundings before I left. They could sense my apprehension, like a mother on the first day of Kindergarten, and made sure to be extra compassionate and attentive to both Bort and myself. When I picked him up, I was absolutely speechless -- I was SURE the matting on his hind legs was so severe they would have no choice but to shave it off. Instead, a silky, smooth, soft beautiful boy met me. They were eager to share with me how he handled everything and their love and passion for animals was impossible to ignore. I am so pleased with the results and am positive this will be my "go-to" for years to come. I look forward to posting before and after photos of the transformation!

I have 3 dogs I take to Abigail's faithfully every 5 weeks. One of them has been with her from the very beginning when she opened. I cannot say enough good things about her. I have one dog that has some hip & pain issues, and front leg issues, and she is so gentle and compassionate with him, I would never take them anywhere else! And the gal that works with her, should not go unrecognized, Jamie is also amazing,! both ladies are caring & gentle, and my babies look like "New Men" when she is done, Always Very Happy! I high recommend!

Five More Stars! Recently, there was a big mixup on the scheduling of my dogs appointment were we must of gotten the days or something messed up. Even so, they came to my rescue and found an opening for her to get groomed. I'm on a fixed income so I don't get to treat my dogo often and am happy that Abigail and her team helped make it happen. Thank you girls so much. 💓 You made Lady's and my day.Great service and takes care of your dogs like they were their own. Great prices as well.

Being my son's first puppy he was very nervous about the whole thing. They made sure to explain everything to my 8 year old son from start to finish and included him in washing his puppy so he knew how to do it and had him hug his puppy while he was being blow dried so it kept the puppy calm. They did an amazing job and were super friendly

You know you found the best groomer when you pick up your dog and she is happy, having fun and is in no hurry to leave. My fur baby was one happy pup. Plus the teeth cleaning they use is amazing. My dog'breath stayed great for a solid month.

Abby is the most compassionate groomer we have found. She takes the time for our pups to feel safe before handling them and always takes the time to deal with out little one. ( she's a TERROR getting her nails trimmed) missed her terribly over the last few months.

Abigail's Top Knots & Tails made my girl feel safe from the first time I brought her in. I rescued my girl about a year ago and she was afraid of a lot of people and noises. I explained this to Abigail when I brought her in and she took her and calmed her down and made her feel safe. Abigail's offers a comfort level to the kids that I have not seen at other pet salons. She has great prices, and always makes the experience a pleasant one for my 4 legged kid. Thank you Abiigail!
