Stopped here at this Wal-Mart in Anna Illinois. We were able to see the total solar eclipse. Awesome. The manager came out and was very kind and caring. Way to go. Thank you.

I love the self checkout, frees up employees to stock, gets me out fast. Although I wish they would do like Sam's club where you can use an app and check out as you go.

Bought a sound bar 11/24. The remote is not working. It could be I'm missing something simple but I called Allstate Protection since I paid extra for extra protection to ask about the remote. Allstate says it takes 3 days for all the info to trickle over to them. So, why don't they say: if you purchase extra protection, you're screwed for the first three days, since these are the holidays and the weekend I'm probably screwed a little while longer.

It's like most walmarts understaffed and missing alot of products. They start bringing stock out and blocking isles e 0 minutes before closing makes it hard to get last minute things you need

Not very fond of large stores we're lots of people go regularly but i do like the way this walmart is laid out easy to find everything and they don't move it around too much Confusing people.

I never have a problem with having to wait too long to get checked out, or if I decide to go to the self check, I rarely have to wait for one to be available. There is always someone close,but not too close, to help if you need it. I think Will and Trisha are great, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

The cashier's have been removed, new self check machines have been added. I've changed my food shopping to another store chain. If I wanted to work for these china importers, I would fill out an application.

I'm from our of town. All the staff was friendly and helpful. I was looking for an ingredient for a dinner tonight. A staff person helped me try to find it. Unfortunately, they did not carrying it. When checking out, I needed assistance due to a purchase that needed a manager to complete the purchase. The young man who assisted me while I waited for the manager was kind and friendly. He apologized for the delay. The only reason I y a 4 star is the store needs an upgrade.

Employees were very helpful. One of the buggy people went in and brought a wheelchair out for me. Also up on leaving they put my groceries in the car for me. Then took the wheelchair back inside this super helpful due I have a femur fracture.

I love this store because they offer things that others do not. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is smaller, so it doesn't provide everything that the larger chain stores do. I will come to this store more often because it isn't so overwhelming with the products.

The Anna Walmart had 4 or 5 Check Out Lanes. I loved this. I hate the Self Check Out Lanes in any Walmart Store. I think they want these kind of lanes so they won't have to pay them the same as the Cashier's. If u go in the self check lanes there isn't really any communication between employees and customers unless I are having trouble doing the self check. Also have to bag your own groceries which is stupid. I like Walmart but with self check lanes I hope they lose business.

The store used to have problems with stock- always out of many items. It is better now. It's a smaller Super Wal-Mart but is good for the small town it is in.

Lucked out and got a good parking spot. Got my things quickly and went to check out. I prefer a cashier over self check outs. Needed a few more cashiers,during the time of day,I was there. Not a fan of self checkouts. Prefer actually checking out with a real person working behind the cash register.
