Professional environment and staff, I have zero complaints about this business. Many different product mediums and strains of flower available. Personally I like their online or in-store kiosk order system. I like the kiosk because I can read about and seek the best deal and beneficial products for me needs. 👍

Very clean and well designed place. Let them know of your preferences and they will be able to recommend you the best products matching your needs. Prices are also very good and reasonable.

Imagine using your credit card at thrive for nearly 2 years and it working every time, being a loyalty member who was actually loyal to thrive just to find out that their own new anti fraud system makes you unable to make purchases because they need a CVV number on the back of a credit card? First off that’s sketchy that they’re asking for my credit card CVV but just to add on that I’ve attempted this twice now and been denied both times and it’s a nearly 4 hour round trip I’ve oh so loyally made each time for nearly 2 years. First time I was declined was at metropolis and o thought maybe, just maybe Anna would have their stuff together or the month in between visits that thrive would get their stuff together. Apple physical cards DO NOT have a CVV only the virtual card has a CVV for online purchases but thrive won’t accept my virtual card or at least manually enter my virtual card number /security code. Highly disappointed in thrive and won’t return until y’all get your stuff together. I’ve used this credit card for 2 years and it’s my preferred payment choice and works literally EVERYWHERE and no one has ever asked for a CVV

just nowNEWBuyer beware !!!! Stopped in this dispensary bought a couple different items one was a cartridge half gram opened it up and the cartridge was pretty much empty. I paid $70 plus they're outrageous taxis. Contacted the dispensary they would not exchange nor refund nor nor make it right highly disappointed would definitely recommend you check your product before walking out the door.And another example of the equality of the customer care service buyer beware!!

Just went in and picked up my online order and was very happy to not only get some Gary Payton but Casey and everyone working at 12:30 pm today on 8/11 (im bad with names😩) were very very nice and gave me a free grinder to go with it, great customer service love going to thrive!!

Good service got in and out pretty quick. Didn’t examine my product the greatest got home to a short 8th of Mac seal busted. They got me for a g but the rest of my products were still sealed. Go figure the most potent one was busted into next time I’ll inspect much better!

3/23/22 - Double Durban Kush is a HYBRID not sativa - I looked at the container at counter today. Cancelled my order at the cashers desk.Cashier that was watching gave me " lip " when I was going out the door.- If you are driving any distance, I would call them 1st to verify. ( 3 stars now 1 star - 4th time of failure to deliver )( 1/13/22 ) 3rd time in 2 months a flower purchase categorized as " Sativa " was actually packaged and given to me as " Hybrid ". Be sure to LOOK at the container they put in the bag for you. They are miss-labeling the products on the website. --- I would have never posted this if " Dutchie " allowed feedback on the website, and I'm not willing to go back for an explanation. Maybe this " Hybrid " is Sativa dominant, but it should not be sold as such.

Wasn’t able to take any inside pics, but i got a couple outside. My 1st experience in the store and the first person i met was awesome. She tried to help but also had to tend the secured entrance. She quickly got another associate to assist me. She was just as awesome as the first and very knowledgeable of ALL products!!!!! P.S. Just be prepared to pay the out of state taxes. WELL WORTH IT IF ITS YOUR FIRST TIME.
