Rusty's went above & beyond the good customer service criteria to help me find a top notch contractor to do some repairs & remodelling on my home. Not only did he spend some time talking to me when I called to ask his guidance...he called back with a list of names & phone numbers along with his commentary on which ones would be best for the jobs needing done. I have tried to keep my business locally as much as possible & since Rusty was so good to help me find qualified help I have also been using Rusty's Home Center to provide the supplies needed for the job. I think the results have been wonderful and I am looking forward to the help from Rusty in providing high quality materials for my contractor, which came highly recommended by him, for the work that is still to come inside.

The owner remembers my name, even after many months if not years have passed since my last visit. I never have trouble finding help, unlike the big box stores. The Anna location is closest to my Illinois home and always has customers. Thank you, Rusty! Men like you are the fabric of our beloved country.

Rusty and his crew are the absolute BEST! We are VERY fortunate to have this business in our town. They carry quality products at very competitive prices, and are always knowledgeable and helpful…even when I’m not sure what I need. LOL! Delivery folks are top knotch, and will get your larger orders (lumber,etc) to you usually the same day, if everything is in stock. Forget going out of town, Rusty’s is the place to go!

Outstanding staff. The best hardware, lumber store around. Better than the lager home improvement stores. If you don't see it ask,most likely it can be ordered. Better than going out of town. Don't forget the delivery.

The best place to get your supplies. Talk about customer service. Building an addition, every interaction so far has been wonderful. We've had a dozen or more transactions from decking to screws. They made one mistake, and they went above and beyond to get it fix and not hold us up!

I'm not handy nor am I smart when it comes to fixing things. I do however pay attention to detail & rusty's in Anna gave me the proper items for my d.i.y project they explained the purpose of each item. Great hometown handyman store!

They immediately ask my need of product and met my need ...not the everyday but the extra ordainary.. Porch swing chain heavy coil springs . ...plus the more ordinary of bolts , washers, and nuts. ..along with flagging tape and caution tape. ..things not ussually found at Walmart ect.... grege.

Great place, have what you need. Had to have five m 5 hex bolts and they led me right to them. Auto part store couldn't help me. Dilly dilly.
