Phenomenal tattoo artist! Just finished my 3rd tattoo session with Bill and I have to say he is just an amazing talent! Very friendly, clean equipment, clean shop, and superb work! I scheduled an appointment at noon that I had scheduled 3 weeks in advance and when I showed up to the shop no one was there. When I called the artist, Richard, and asked what happened he had forgot about it. I even had to send a picture of the messages to remind him. I am very disappointed.Service: Tattoos
