Normally, I have a really good time shopping here but tonight there was a different Assistant Manager running the store. She was rude to the employee working, didn't try helping her at all with customer service, and told the cashier that she was just going to listen to the radio and play on her phone while the cashier worked. It was an overall unpleasant experience.

It is 7:57 and the younger of the 2 clerks are rushing people out of the store since 7:45, now the older lady of the 2 was quite nice and very welcoming of us. Isn't the store open for business til 8pm. How rude of the younger lady.

They fit way to much in this little store. Dollar General is great for small families on a limited budget. Often you can find many good deals but you can be mislead by sale items DG claims to have the lowest on advertisement but check other stores you might find a better deal else where.

Store really doesn't have much on the shelves. You have long waits to be checked out. And the store is being very poor managed. Very few employees are doing their jobs. All of the female employees are most of the time talking on their cell phones or setting outside in their vehicle smoking or standing around talking to their friends. Inventory sets on carts in the isles for days for only 1 or 2 employees to putttt stock up. Manger is rarely there or sets in office and doesn't help staff or employees. Can't get anyone to answer phone or answer questions. Needs to be remanged and actually hire employees who will work not just stand around and drawl a check. Company will not hire felons. But will hire well fair to work people who refuse to do their actual jobs.

I love Anna's dollar general. No problems with the cash register, the employees are helpful and take time out to help me with my coupons. It's just a nice atmosphere all around.

I love being able to shop close to my house for inexpensive clothes, shoes and toys for my children. Also I love their decorative storage options. I do not like the new remodel of our Jonesboro store. We didn't need another grocery option in town! Now they have crammed all the clothes and shoes into one long isle causing the clothes to drag the ground and shoes are so low to the ground you can't see them. I don't want to buy dirty clothes! It was displayed well on rounders before.

I absolutely love this store. I stop in there at least 4 times a week. There's always something new on sale every time I go. You're greeted when you walk in, and asked if they can assist you throughout your visit.

Like the concept of the store as far as prices go, however they are always trying to put up stock. It's always in the already tiny isles and maneuvering around is often difficult and the stores temperature is controlled from another location, which means sometimes it's too hot or to cold in the store.

Did i say i hated this place? Nope! Its more crowded and looks as if everything is unorganized most days but its small so give them a lil break there. They often have more selection and or a slightly dif selection than our friendly jonesboro dollar store. The people are often polite and greet w a smile. Quick to help oe answer a question and they arent against friendly conversation or a sense of humor ready for a laugh. If you cant find it here always ALWAYS. Try jonesboro (they arent that far apart)

Store is dirty, aisle are too narrow, clearance aisle is in disarry & all this is every time I go into Anna store. The staff are very friendly & always busy but they can only work with what they have as far as building goes. They need new store!

Cannot remember why I went into the store as that has been a day or three. Store looked very busy. Staff were nice and helpful and store looked well stocked. Ample parking in front of building.
