Always a line but that's because it's one of the only good places to eat in Anna. It's usually a quick wait to get your order. Always have older couples eating inside so it keeps out the rough crowds.Wheelchair accessibility: Recently renovated and wheelchair access in and out both entrances and bathrooms as well

Ordered through the app at 9:05, sat in the parking lot for almost an hour in the pick-up spot while I watched them be completely empty and several times the drive-thru emptied out. Watched the girls in the window laughing and joking while I waited an hour.I just got out of the hospital and wanted to get some food for the literal first time today at NINE P.M. lmao, but I didn't even get to start eating until 10:03. That's ridiculous, I've worked fast food for a decade and that is "whole crew gets lectured" levels of negligence

I came to this Dairy Queen to get a banana split, since I had been craving one. Went through the drive thru and placed my order. I informed the person that I didn't want any fudge, so she gave me the option of another flavor. I chose caramel. I asked does whipped cream come on it, and she said, if I wanted it. I asked do nuts come on it too and she said no. I asked her for some on it. She asked if I wanted nuts. Why yes, that's why I asked. I'm thinking in my mind that they would be the small sprinkle of nuts on top. I pull up to pay at the window, and they hadn't even started making my order. As I handed the woman my card, I asked does cherries come on that and she said in a huff, "The lid is already shut, we've added whipped cream to it." I was looking in amazement. How could you Not have at least 1 cherry on a banana split?? When I got my bag, I inspected it and proceeds to open the lid, juice splashed up and on me. It was watery and messy.Look at them big nuts and how messy it is.I didn't have a good experience.

First time there. Nice place. Very clean and friendly employees. Did not have to wait long to get our food and it was brought to our table. No waiting in line to pick it up.Parking: Easy parking, but a little hard to leave from especially when there is a long train going through town.

I ordered through the app on a Saturday night for curbside pickup. I ordered a double cheeseburger with fries and a bottled water. Multiple people came and went while I waited 35 MINUTES for my food. There was no explanation or even an apology. The fries had clearly sat for some time and the burger was a sloppy mess. I called when my order was 10 minutes late and was told it would be ready in "1 minute" I called AGAIN 10 minutes after that. This store is mainly operated by high school students who have no customer service skills.

My kids love eating here. There always is a line for drive-thru and the inside is usually packed as well but it is a super small building.The staff is mostly made up of high school students being more female than male or so it seems because I have never seen a male work front counter. The staff isn't as welcoming or friendly as other restaurants.They usually always get our order right with no errors. The food is always hot. It is more costly compared to other fast food restaurants in the area.I love all their desserts and their ice cream cakes the most ex with the different personal touch options for different occasions.Parking: Not a lot of parking on the right but has about double the space to the left of the building, still small area for parking. Kid-friendliness: Not as kid friendly as one particular fast food restaurant in the area but does offer kid meals and/or a sweet treat with some meals. Wheelchair accessibility: The patio entrance is flush with the parking lot leaving no need for a ramp.

Normally they have very good food. My fiancé, my mother and I went through to get dinner and what we got was so cold and the fries were ice cold. We ordered 2 A1 burgers and a number 3 comb and we got the A1 burgers but not a bacon cheeseburger like we asked. We got a chicken with bacon sandwich. And they closed right after we left so we could not get our order fixed.

I was having a rough day when I came into this location, and I appreciate the patience that the woman had with me at the cash register. I ordered some chicken tenders and they were very good. Thank you for being polite to me even though I was in a rough place and I was doing my best to show kindness through my attitude.

It's been a struggle ordering here that last couple months. Every time we order through drive thru after 5 PM, our order is either wrong or poorly put together. Tonight, we tried to correct the girl 5 different times while placing our order, for it to still be wrong when we got to the window. They remade it for us, but not very well. Just very disappointed for the continued poor service through the drive thru.

0ct.4 2022 First time to try the Chrispy Chicken Salad and was very good. There was plenty of chicken too. We had honey mustard dressing and made it even better. Better try it sometime. Blizzards are delicious as well.

Went in for the fish sandwich with the wife, love it there. Our order was taken promptly and the girl at the register was nice. $17 for fish sandwich meal, chicken finger basket, and a plain cheeseburger. Took a while to come out, after we had to change tables because so many of them were dirty. Almost no one in the dining area, but tables and booth seats were dirty. Once the food came, such a disappointment. Didn't put the cheese on it, almost no tartare sauce, and some thrown on lettuce. Maybe if the cooks paid as much attention to the food they were making as the girls in the front, our dining experience would have been better. We don't need another McDonald's caliber fast food place in Anna, one is bad enough.

What more could be said about delicious ice cream on a hot day. The only drawback is the location, sometimes when I'm in a heated rush for a scrumptious dippy bar, the line is all the way out to the road. If Hardee's could get on board with some dippy's and blizzards y'all could share car room between parking lots. I imagine a fun bumper cars deal where I and everyone else have dippy bars, and bonk. Oh dang I got tagged I'll trade my dippy for 7 Hardee's fries, but I will require a Mr. Misty in return, which is no longer on the menu. So I think at that point we start shaving ice and throwing some fruit flavored syrup on it. Bumper cars has evolved into an impromptu shaved ice competition. Keep this carnival going up to autozone and we'll have something. Why did Google ask me to do this? Oh yeah to get to level 3.

The drive thru lane seems, when compared to Sparta, very slow. Never had an issue with service and as it usually does the dq quality Ice cream was very satisfying.

Went to get blizzards tonight and was very disappointed. My LG Blizzard wasn't even full. I understand that right now it's crazy times, but sitting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes waiting to get amazing ice cream and this is what I get.

Paid $6 for a flamethrower burger in my order and got a normal burger after a 10 minute wait, ordered curbside on the app so idk how that's messed upEdit: Tried to just take the loss and eat anyways and these burgers were definitely left in a warmer for like 30 minutes, dry and falling apart, I normally have wonderful visits and no problems with my orders so again I have no idea what is going on today
