Dr. Toni Trego has been my vet for many years, and that in itself is a huge recommendation! I breed and show dogs, and also horses in my younger years. Nothing matters more to me than producing the healthiest possible animals. My veterinarian is an extremely important partner in this endeavor. Dr. Trejo works closely with me and shares her knowledge as well as the results of her testing. I can't say enough positive about her and her clinic!

My Vizsla was brought here after bring hit by a car. The Dr and staff were professional and courteous, and they made him comfortable while they assessed his condition. After some X-rays and blood work, he was given some meds and sent home to heal. Overall a good experience with this vet clinic.

I travel a lot so wasn't familiar with the area. They squeezed my dog in for an appointment the same day and it wasn't even an emergency. Very nice, thorough and price was awesome. If I lived in the area this would be my go to vet!!

They are so friendly and personable each and every time. Whether it's an emergency or regular visit the staff is thoughtful and kind to our pets. When we had to put our elder lab down they were right there and so sincere. Top notch all around. It is worth the drive and their pricing is very fair. We love Amboy Vet clinic and so do our boys Frank and Briggs. 💙🐾🐾💙🐾🐾 Absolutely 100% recommend them for your pet care.

Very professional. While they do not allow you to enter due to covid, they keep you informed about your pet's visit. Dr. Truckenbrod called and let me know how are cat did and updated me on my cat's visit and plans for future care.

Don’t even bother calling them. I was at Woodhaven with a injured dog and they refused to see him and she stated because he was not a client. They even said their emergency slots for the next week are full. I asked how did they know what emergency’s they would have the next week and then she said I know. Asked is it basically because we are not a client your doctor won’t see my dog and she said YES. How disgusting is that. Apparently they only take the oath to heal animals who are their clients. Hum wonder how you become a client if they won’t see you. Shame on all of you at that clinic.

Took our new 6 month old male puppy here and Stephanie, the Dr and her assistant, took very good care of him. Gave us a lot of info and packets. Very friendly and Welcoming! Had no problems answering our questions. Very professional!🐶🐕

I would drive 50+ miles to remain a client at this veterinary clinic. My animals have never been in better hands with their healthcare. Dr Trego and Dr Wire are excellent and have handled my donkeys (including dental work!). dogs and cats for 3 years and we have never had a poor experience. The vet techs are incredible as are the people who run the office. I would be a patient here myself, I'm that confident recommending this clinic to everyone.

If you are not a current client do not bother to call this place. For many years I have given this clinic a lot of money to treat my horses. After a few years, without a health issue, I had a problem with one of my horses and Dr Toni said that since she had not seen my horses on a regular basis for an extended period of time that she would not see him, would not help him, and told me to find someone else! I thought that vets took an oath to help all animals, this horse I believed was dying, but since I had not filled her wallet for the past few years she refused to help! Terrible service and very uncaring.

Just called Amboy vet clinic with an emergency with our cat vomiting blood. We were told they are too busy and to call another vet. We have been clients for years with multiple cats, a dog and numerous horses and have spent thousands with this clinic. I am completely appalled by their lack of service and concern and do not recommend this vet clinic.

Love Amboy Veterinary. My Cooper (huge dog) loves them too. He must feel comfortable with the employees there. He doesn't get all crazy..lol.
