Do not order ANYTHING for Delivery.Ordered x9 4x6 stall mats for my home gym. 3 arrived damaged.I called and spoke to the store manager who would only give me 20% off my damaged items if i brought them back in store with me to show the damage (these weight 94 lbs each)20% off would be $30. I'm paying that in gas/time. Also wouldn't process a refund over the phone, it has to be in person.All in all, terrible experience and i won't be purchasing ANYTHING else from this store.

Went to Tractor Supply to get a trailor and say enough about how helpful Tom was. He assisted me with every thing from getting my registration to hooking it up. The customer service was above and beyond.

Went in and found what i wanted, went to check out, noone came to help me, i waited for a couple of minutes, left 2 tubes of grease and a pepsi on the counter, am going to farm and home now they will be happy to take my money.

These guys have been so helpful and the associates are always friendly. Called today to see about some horse feed that was out of stock and the man I talked to was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Exceeded my expectations for sure! Wish I would have caught his name! Thanks again!

I enjoy going to tractor supply they have a lot of great items and the people always seem knowledgeable and friendly. The only thing I would stay away from is the Ridge cut boots. I bought a pair of the wedge sole boots they are comfortable and serve the purpose, but the sole started falling off in about a month. I have tried to repair them with gorilla glue a few times, and won’t waste my money on them again. If you need a fairly expensive pair of boots in a pinch. To get you through a month or so they will do. I would definitely recommend the store, but not those boots.

Wow! Great place to find neat and interesting lawn/yard/garden items.Got a sweet tri-level herb garden planter, mountable solar deck lights, decorative planters ie not the same stuff that Lowe's, Home Depot, and Farm and Home always carry.Guess they have all the tools/parts/equipment you might need, but a little out of the way for that stuff.Also, fresh herb plants, hanging baskets looked exceptionally good when we were spring planting.

Had an issue with the delivery of a zero turn mower that I purchased. The manager on days Personally delivered it the mower the next morning full of gas. He was on top of everything and bent over backwards. Great service! Thanks Mike!

I read online you had womens denim overalls in many variations available for store pick up today. I came inside to try some on and there were none to be found. Not even Unisex. Even the store associate looked with me. Please do better at inventory in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Looking to purchase a mower and had a few questions. Asked the girl up front (didn't catch her name) and although she didn't have the answers (not her area) she was very nice and made sure she found someone who knew. Michael got me all the info and sold me a mower. Very courteous and professional all around. Best part was that I didn't have to spend my money at home depot or lowes.

I called up to the alton store to see if they had horse earplugs in stock and they did. They told me they would put them up front with my full name on it. I informed them I was driving an hour to get them. I got there and they said they put them in someone else’s bag. The workers showed no care or emotion about it at all! I then called the store assistant manager who had no care in the world to apologize or make anything right! What a terrible store. Thanks Alton Tractor Supply!

Friend called to ask for my product to be set aside so I could come in quickly and pick it up, my request was questioned and they told him that they had plenty in stock. I had to call back to ask again and tell the lady on the phone that the issue wasn’t their stock but simply because of COVID-19 and being able to spend the least amount of time in the store. The lady who I spoke with gave me an attitude and made me very displeased with my experience here as I drove 40 minutes for this.

Came in yesterday bought two Guinea birds and a turkey came back today for one more turkey and was turned away with poor customer service attitude because they said I have to buy four birds or no birds but yesterday it wasn't a problem and even though that was their employees mess up I still had to deal with attitude.

Highly recommended. We took our dog there to see VIP Pet Care. This group is amazing and half the cost of our local vet. You also get a free 4 pounds of dog free with each visit. They are there every Saturday. Fyi- They just changed their time to 9:30 am to 11 am. Walk in. No appointments.

Called about an hour before we drove all the way here from Belleville and asked if they had the trailer we wanted. The lady I spoke with said they did, told me I needed to bring two separate checks. Showed up aat 3:30 and was told there was nobody there to do the paperwork. The managers had left for the day. How do you run a business where the managers go home early and there is no one to do paperwork. And why wasn't this mentioned during the phone call before we drove all the way there.

We went to buy some hot spot medicine for a dog and the lady who worked there was really helpful. She gave us information on a low calorie dog food and pointed out that sunflower seeds were on sale, so we left with a cart full!

That won't fill rv propane tank or even try to. Only tractor supply we have ever been to that doesnt. And we travel the country for a living. And it was the manager that came out to do it. At first he said it was policy not to then he said the hose won't reach but never attempted to try. I think he lacks the knowledge and didn't want to admit it. We were stuck paying $4 a gallon else where. The only place we get our propane and dog food is usually Tractor supply. I'm not going to go out of my way to get dog food there if I cant get propane as well.

Good place to find clearance items that you didn't even know you needed. Also good place for pet food and pet toys. Can often find a deal on boots and other farm apparel. Tractor Supply also stocks many common parts for servicing your lawn and garden equipment. There are plenty of maintenance items for Cub Cadet such as belts, air filters, oil filters and blades. They also keep a good inventory of tires. The outdoor area has a selection of small implements and fencing items

Disappointing. We get our chicken, horse and dog food from Farm & Home and decided to give Tractor Supply a chance...everything we feed was at least 20% more expensive. Bummer.
