I’ll never bring my dog anywhere else besides shampooches! They always treat my dog like one of their own & they’re so patient with her! my baby always comes home smelling so good & haircuts are on point everytime, they even paint her nails sometimes! 100% recommend bringing your fur babies here you won’t regret it!

They take such good care of my Great Pyrenees! She always looks amazing afterwards! They get her done in a pretty decent time frame too.Pictures from October 2020. I didn't get any on her recent visit.

I asked for a deshed of my golden retriever and Bernese mountain dog/border collie mix. They took 4 hours and my dogs are still shedding like crazy. Clumps of hair are still falling off of them. If they didn’t smell good I wouldn’t even think they got groomed. If you go here make sure to bring cash because the payment holds up double the charge before it clears through your bank account. I paid 200$ just for my dogs to smell nice. Would not recommend going here.

I recently made an appointment for my dog, who was long overdue for some grooming. She came out looking like a new dog - in a good way! The staff members were nice. The only thing I was confused about was we had a scheduled appointment ahead of time but it took several hours for them to get to her. Would go again!

Excellent! I called and they got my dogs in the same day for a quick nail trim. However they were super busy when we got there which i always take as a good sign! The tech who did my fogs nails was very sweet and gentle with my big babies who typically hate getting their nails trimmed! Great prices for grooming needs. Will be returning for full service grooming after the new year and we genuinely are looking forward to returning!

They do a great shop of grooming, however, their scheduling needs improvement. They don’t get back to you quickly and don’t have any availability.. … Maybe they have gotten too big to handle it!

Never take your pet to this place here they lie to you they mistreat your pets they are very prejudice. They need the state to pay them a visit and get shut down. They only cater to certain race.I received your message (Shampooches) and my reply to your message is you're not checking your records correctly I've been there it's not under this name but I've been there and I still say to the public NEVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE.

I was suggest to Shampooches by a family friend and they were amazing with my Great Pyrenees who doesn’t do well in new situations or new people! She left looking and acting like a new dog. She is always beautiful looking and smelling and I will use them over and over again!

They don’t call back, they don’t or haven’t answered the phone for 3 weeks of me trying. I finally got a woman on the phone today to schedule an appointment and she said hold on and disconnected me. No wonder they can’t keep any business or groomers. Petco here we come, see you on Sunday.

Shampooches at one time was a great place to take your dog that has completly changed. A couple years ago Shampooches was on tv and the business blew up over night. Which is great but this is also went the customer service changed. Shampooches overbooks dogs to the point they can not handle the volume in a timely manner. The owner does care how this may effect the dogs in her care or the time of her clients. The owner also does not care about the concerns of her clients. Openly says that her older clients must understand things have changed and they must just deal with it. Clients dont have to understand. They are not the ones that need to change. They are the ones that built your bussines. You need to be greatful for the clients that helped build your business. If you can not handle the volume hire additional help or get out.

I took Tyson to Shampooches Dog Grooming and let me tell you.....they are AMAZING! Tyson loved the staff and so did I. They definitely are good at what they do and are very reasonably priced. Tyson is so handsome and I can’t get over how soft he is!

OMG! THIS PLACE IS ROCK STAR AMAZING! i was told my dogs hair couldnt be cut by petco and petco was really high on price just for a comb out and shampoo.. i took her to shampooches and this place made my dog so cute with her new haircut.
