Store was straightened and clean. Fully stocked with plenty of fall and Halloween decorations. I love there housewares section. When we were ready there was plenty of cashiers. Lanes were all moving quickly. Had a good experience today.

It was cool id never been to a ross prior to today they had surprizingly modest prices for name brand goods like nike and puma addidas and tommy hilfiger. Overall felt like a good about the value of there wares

Great prices for name brand things!! They always have alot to choose from and the people who work there are very nice and really try to keep the store organized.. It may be a discount store but it is usually stocked and organized very well. Also great place for Christmas, birthday any kind of shopping for gifts for loved ones

Some like stores like this, I don't shop at Ross, or tj max. The clothes look cheap. I ran in to buy a jean jacket & at the last minute. Didn't like the 1 that I saw. I ran down the street to Kohls found one AND on sale in just 5 minutes!!

So I was nice and clean but the employees were rude. turn on the intercom 30 minutes before closing that they were closing and then had a countdown every 5 minutes until 9 they even went as far as soon as that they would shut the registers down at 9 and lock the gates as a tactic to get it out of there. I've been other Ross's before and I know that they do an ounce when I leaving but never as rudely as they have here. From now on I will drive the extra 20 minutes and go to the Edwardsville location because I will not spend another Penny in this store.

I was in this store about 30 mins ago. There was a customer with a hacking cough who kept removing her mask. I then saw her spit on the floor. I reported this to a worker, then security since the supervisor wouldn't come out of the office to speak with me. Nobody ask where she spit. So it wasn't cleaned up. They were not concerned at all. COVID people!

Workers treat everyone like they are stealing and follow everyone around watching them. I tossed my products on the floor in front of them and walked out. Went to the edwardsville location and dealt with a ride manager vs being treated like a criminal

I don't think this place is as low priced as they claim. Shoes are over priced and nobody asked if we needed help finding anything. The dressing room girl was very nice. She joked and made the experience worth a 3 star.

I love this store....social distancing and masks are enforced but if u forgot one, don't worry, they have them at the door! And as always, great stuff at even better prices!

Really like their variety of merchandise and so glad they have the Senior discount on Tuesdays.That really helps being on a fixed income...Definitely need more cashiers for checking out.

Good deals if you get lucky. Not many good designer clothes for men. Cologne for men is scarce. Great place to take your lady and give her the debit card.
