R.P. Lumber delivered materials to our house for an upcoming roofing project by Upper Deck Roofing. The delivery guys from R.P. Lumber were AMAZING! We were told there was a chance (due to the steep angle of our roof) they may not be able to get the materials up top and be forced to unload on the ground. The guys from R.P. Lumber were able to get the big truck in the driveway. There is not much for clearance, but the lift operator was surgical with the boom. They got all the materials to the top of the roof without any issues. Thank you for a job well done!

Tycon Builders, a long-time customer of RP Lumber, is working with our family and the VA to construct an addition to my father’s home. Dad is a 90+ year old Marine and his home needed a significant update to accommodate aging in place. Tycon purchased many supplies, lumber, drywall, windows, etc. from RP Lumber for our project and every associate from RP has been helpful, courteous, and provided service above and beyond. For example, the drywall was delivered on a truck too large for Dad’s tree covered driveway, so the RP and Tycon folks unloaded the drywall by hand and moved it a considerable way to reach the new construction area. Excellent attitudes and totally willing to do what it took to get the job done right. Bert from the Alton store has also graciously helped with our Andersen window and door purchase and provided excellent service throughout the project. We look forward to the completion of Dad's addition and have thoroughly enjoyed working with Tycon and RP Lumber. Thank you.
